1 Bedrooms/Nursery -Covering
your bedding with encasings and keeping a watch on humidity levels can help in
controlling exposure to dust mite allergen.
To reduce animal dander, it is important
to keep pets out of the bedroom. A HEPA
air cleaner is ideal for this room.
2 Attic -Keep tabs on excess moisture,
which can create mold & mildew if left
uncorrected. Use sealed plastic containers
to store items.
3 Bath -Consider using personal and
cleaning products that are low in chemicals
and fumes. Shower water can be filtered
for chlorine removal. Keep an eye out for
