Our pricing is determined by the total number of students, therefore both small and large

Overview
Our CMS has been custom designed for schools. It is the easiest CMS on the planet. We designed the CMS so that anyone from 7 to 70 or novice to Webmaster can create their own web
pages. We include over 25 page types to choose from, so you can build as many pages as you
need and only have to worry about the content and not the technical. If you can imagine it, it
can be built with a couple of mouse clicks. It is so easy that teachers can have content wealthy
web pages with minimal training. Webmasters can add widgets, iFrame websites within the
school site, and even have the option to edit html code to modify the page content as needed.

Training and Support is our #1 priority. We can come to your school and train your Website
Administrators, Instructional Technologist, and / or Teachers. Our teacher training classes are
both motivational and technical. We focus time discussing WHY teachers need to have a website, content ideas, and how to create pages and add content. Our trainers develop a good
relationship with your teachers and staff so that they feel very comfortable calling us when
they need support. At the conclusion of the class, teachers are given their trainers personal
cell phone number. When they call for support, they actually get to talk to the person who
trained them. They will not be talking to a call center. Gabbart Communications also provides
FREE regional training classes for your website administrators every summer.

Gabbart Communications provides a custom designed District Website that is
dedicated to the needs of the District. Calendars are integrated together,
providing a simple solution to share information. A Campus Selector makes
navigating from the district to individual campuses very simple.
E-Notes replace paper handouts that never make it home. E-Notes are E-Mail
and Text messages sent directly to parents & students. When an E-Note is added
to the website, people can subscribe for information to be sent to them. Subjects
subscribed to can include: District, Campuses, Organizations, Athletics, Classes, Teachers, etc.
School Administrators use E-Notes to send messages about upcoming events, school
cancellations, and news that involve the school. Teachers use E-Notes to notify parents about
upcoming tests and classroom projects.Coaches send practice schedules and let parents know
when they will be returning from games.
Lesson Plans
Teachers can easily display their current lesson plans or choose to use our
built-in lesson plan page type. As teachers build their curriculum library
through out the year it will be available year after year. Once created, lessons
can be emailed to their Principal or a Parent. Also, Lesson Plans can be subscribed to so
that when lessons are added or updated, it will be modified on recipients calendar or phone.
Each lesson provides a personal notes area that only the teacher can see, so she can reflect
on the lesson and make notes for future years.

Gabbart Communications offers multiple options for online support. For visual learners, we

recorded. Lastly, any user can create an online support request and have a trainer call or
