After many years of working for other restaurants in Durango they decided to create their own place with a locally sourced menu and artisanal beers. The brews are lovingly crafted by Erik and often feature unique ingredients, like yarrow grown in the Maxson’s front yard. With items like the local beet and goat cheese salad, the menu is diverse and rather different from most brew pub fare. The menu also uses as much locally sourced, grown and produced items as possible.
