said.
Miglorino said she was soon
ostracized in the office, and in
December, she was fired without
cause.
“I’ve never not had a job before,” she said.
She said she’s suing Shapiro
and Cenegenics to be “compensated for the loss of work, stress
and anxiety, and so that they
learn their lesson from this.”
Shapiro did not return calls for
comment at his Wall Street and
Scarsdale, Westchester County,
offices.
He’s had problems in the past.
In 2006, he pleaded guilty to improperly giving out samples of
“Viagra and Cialis and other
drugs.” He was sentenced to one
year of probation and had to pay
a $500 fine.

$9 million in 2009.

The defendants are asking for
