Wells is one of the most winningest coaches in the history of NAIA Men’s Soccer and holds the highest winning percentage of all time. He has led Lindsey Wilson to 23-consecutive NAIA National Championship Tournament postseason appearances dating back to the 1992 season. The Blue Raiders concluded the 2014 season with a 14-3-3 record while advancing to the NAIA National Championship Second Round. Lindsey Wilson claimed both the Mid-South Conference reagular season and tournament titles in 2014. Wells has coached 67 NAIA All-Americans at Lindsey Wilson including along with 28 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and two National Players of the Year.
