We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your
past participation and would like to let you know we are
looking forward to providing the Sheboygan community
with another great fall program guide filled with a huge
variety of recreation choices. We are extremely proud
to be celebrating our 25th year of providing Child Care
for our community. The program has grown from a one
site school year only program to more than six sites, in
addition to offering all-day care during the summer.
Providing many programming choices to our community is our passion
and we want to do the best possible job we can. Recreation has been an
integral part of the community for more than 80 years. We are truly hoping
you find something in our fall guide; a casual program to enjoy, an art or
music class to participate in, your favorite theatre show, fitness class or
sports activity. We believe that there should be a class or program in our
fall book for everyone to enjoy - ages 2-99 - and if there isn’t please call
to let us know how we can serve you better.

MUSIC, MOVEMENT & MORE...
Ages 2 and 3
What child doesn’t love to sing and move to music? With Music, Movement
& More you can turn your child’s movin’ and groovin’ into the ABC’s and Do
Re Mi’s of music. Your child and a group of music-loving friends will learn
music by singing, improvising, interacting with peers, listening for musical
cues, responding to musical stories, and experiencing rhythms through
songs and movement.
Classes introduce you and your 2-3 year old child to musical concepts-such
as fast/slow, start/stop, high/low - plus the classes give you a repertoire of
activities to continue the fun at home.
No practice, no homework, no nagging...Music, Movement & More is JUST

along his/her imagination and a spirit of fun. Music, Movement & More is

HAND & FOOT MASSAGE
Reflexology is a technique of massage used on the hands
and feet that has a positive effect on the functioning
of the entire body. Our body is interconnected
and as such, has reflexes on both the hands and
feet. We can activate these reflexes and normalize
various areas in our body thus effecting both
acute and chronic illness. Some examples include
reflexes on the kidney, bladder, glands, soft tissue
within the body, etc. Foot or hand reflexology can
be helpful in keeping ourselves in better health and
assist in preventing sickness. Reflexology requires no
other equipment other than our hands. It can be done
anytime and almost any place. At times, it takes only a
few minutes for results. (Reflexology does not replace
medical care from your doctor.) Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring
2 bed size pillows and a bath towel.

Tired after a hectic day? Learn how to de-stress and unwind by giving yourself
a shoulder, head and face massage along with several face exercises. A face
massage is thought to relieve muscle tension in the face and improve blood
and lymph circulation. Couple up with a partner and experience how to share
this relaxing experience. Bring a towel, washcloth, and 2 pillows per person.
