Goering directed an improved economic
life in Germany, second only to Hitler in
lifting his people out of that humiliation
and poverty that the Versailles Treaty had
created.

Tea Partiers of having “violent tendencies,”
resulting in them being banned by local law
enforcement from attending an upcoming
town hall event with their Congressman,
Breitbart News has learned.
Local Maryland bloggers at Front Line
State broke the story on June 22, noting
that “Carroll County Maryland Democrats
have re port edly at tempted to use the
Sheriff’s department to keep members of a
local Tea Party activist group from attending
a “meet and greet” with their congressional
representative, Chris Van Hollen, on June
24 at Caroll County Community College.”
Van Hollen is the ranking member of the
House Budget Committee.
Michelle Jefferson of We The People, a
local Tea Party group in the area, told Front
Line State that she had spoken with Major
Tom Long of the Carroll County Sheriff’s
Department when she returned home on
Wednesday after the “Audit The IRS” rally
in Washington, D.C.
Long told her that Don West, recording
secretary for the Carroll County Democratic
Central Committee, had contacted the
Community College’s campus security, the
State Police and the county sheriff’s office
asking that We The People be banned from
attending Van Hollen’s upcoming town
hall event. He claimed the Tea Party group
engages in what he described as “violent
tendencies.”
It was later discovered that West, the
Democratic Party official, filed an “interim
peace order” against WTP’s Jefferson.

Democrats in a statement obtained by
Breitbart News. “After a 2012 campaign
marred by vehicle and property vandalism
and a more re cent, bra zen dis play of
gov ern ment thug gery by the IRS, the
Democrats are at it again,” Bongino said.
“Now they are at tempt ing to use law
enforcement to intimidate and silence one
of my former volun teers and a female
Conservative activist in Carroll County,
MD.”
A spokeswoman for Van Hollen did not
immediately respond to Breitbart News’
request for comment on whether or not he
approves of the State party’s use of such
tactics against his constituents.
Seriously, now
Finishing her shopping, on the parking
lot this elderly lady came upon four males
apparently about to leave with her car. She
dropped those parcels, drew her handgun
and screamed loudly: “I have a gun and
know how to use it! Get out of the car you
dirty, rotten scoundrels!”
The four men didn’t wait for a second
invitation but sprang out and ran like mad,
whereupon the woman, somewhat shaken,
loaded her shopping bags into the back of
that car and got into the driver’s seat.
So excited that she couldn’t get her key
into the ignition after several tries, finally
the reason became clear. Seeing her own
car four or five spaces away, she reloaded
those bags and drove to the police station.
Hearing this story, the sergeant nearly
died laughing, then pointed to the other
end of the counter where four pale men had
just reported a carjacking by a mad, elderly
woman described as White, under five feet
tall, glasses and curly white hair, carrying a
large handgun.
No charges were filed.

Can we talk about surviving, or would you rather not?

having this discussion today if the 1790
United States Naturalization Act penned
by Thomas Jefferson were still in effect:
When truth was in session
Original intent
“Any alien being a free White person…
may be admitted to become a citizen…”
This would eliminate the above crowd in
question. And because State constitutions
are lawful parties to the National compact,
they are within their own bounds law of the
land.
One example
Florida’s original State Constitution at
Article I, Section 21, reads: “That the free
White men of this State shall have the right
to keep and bear arms, for their common
defense.” Article VI, Section 1, The Right
of Suffrage and Qualifications of Offices:
“Every free White male person of the age
of twenty-one-years and upwards…” “…
And who shall be enrolled in the Militia
thereof…” Article XVI, Section 3: “The
General Assembly shall have power to pass
laws to prevent free negroes, mulattoes, and
other persons of color, from emigrating to
this State, or from being discharged from
on board any vessel, in any of the ports of
Florida.”
It is important to note that the original
thirteen American State governments of
the 18th Century were racial Nations. The
“all men are created equal” statement in the
1776 Declaration of Independence did not

The purpose of Lincoln’s war
As we know, this all changed with the
unconstitutional Radical Republican laws
of the 1860s, which non-laws now license
the likes of violence-prone Black, Latino
and Asian gangs. Disarming these creatures
is an excellent idea, but it’s never going to
happen. Useful pawns of the Bolshevik
government in Cesspool, DC, they are a
protected species.
Our freedom is much too precious for us
to expect someone else will keep it sacred.
Always remember: freedom isn’t free. The
National Rifle Association was founded in
the late 1800s. Its purpose was to promote
safety, proficiency and competition, good
things, but still just recreation. We mustn’t
expect someone else to protect our rights,
particularly not a group primarily focused
on recreation. The NRA has compromised
too many times over the years.
Anywhere there is tyranny, the people
“Nothing is more certainly written in the
book of fate than that these people are to be
free. Nor is it less certain, that the two
races, equally free, cannot live in the same
government.”
That whole statement made by Thomas
Jefferson concerning the Nigra race (the
second part is censored on the Jefferson
Memorial in Cesspool, DC) warned clearly
against what later became, under bayonet
“law,” the so-called 14th Amendment.
Check out the U. S. government’s stats
for Black-on-White crime since creatures of
color were decreed equally free “citizens.”
Mr. Jones points out: “The NRA has done a
masterful job in covering up the real cause
of gun-related crime, i.e., Black, Latino
and Asian street gangs…”
Forbidden territory
The problem is racial, an issue our
so-called conservative leaders refuse to
address. Meanwhile, it will escalate until
we have an all-out race war.
Dear reader, let’s thank God that we

federal control over
education via the “No
Child Left Behind”
act. During my time
in Congress I heard nothing but complaints
about this law from teachers, administrators
and, most importantly, students and parents.
Most of the complaints concerned No
Child Left Behind’s testing requirements,
which encouraged educators to “teach to
the test.”
Latest scam
Sadly, but not surprisingly, instead of
improving education by repealing No Child
Left Behind’s testing and other mandates,
the Obama administration is increasing
national control over schools via the
“Common Core” initiative. Common Core
is a new curriculum developed by a panel
of so-called ed u ca tion ex perts. The
administration is trying to turn Common
Core into a national curriculum by offering
States increased federal education funding
if they impose Common Core’s curriculum
on their public schools. This is yet another
example of the government using money
stolen from the people to bribe States into
obeying federal dictates.
Critics of Common Core say it “dumbs
down” education by replacing traditional
Eng lish lit er a ture with “in for ma tional
texts.” So students will read such inspiring
materials as studies by the Federal Reserve
Bank of San Fran cisco, the EPA’s
“Recommended Levels of Insulation” and
“Invasive Plant Inventory” by California’s
Invasive Plant Council. It is doubtful that
reading federal reports will teach students
the hab its of critical think ing and that
skepticism of government the Founders
considered essential to maintaining a free
republic.
No State Left Sovereign?
Like Obamacare, Common Core (now
dubbed “ObamaCore” by some) has sparked
a backlash in the States, leading some to
pro pose leg is la tion for bid ding State
participation in the scheme. I hope these
efforts lead to States not just opting out of
Common Core, but out of No Child Left
Behind and all other federal education
programs as well.
Parents can also effectively “opt out” of
programs like Common Core by seeking
alternatives to government education. It is
no coincidence that, as federal control over
education increases, the quality of public
education has declined and more parents
have chosen to homeschool.
To support these parents, I have established my own homeschool curriculum.
Unlike Common Core, we do not dumb
down any of our offerings. Instead, the
goal is to provide students with a rigorous
education in history, math, English, foreign
languages and other core subjects necessary
to a well-rounded education. Unlike the
top-down model of nationalized education,
the homeschool curriculum is deigned to
encourage maximum input from parents
and students. While the curriculum will
reflect my belief, and interest, in Austrian
economics, libertarian political theory and
the history of the struggle against State
power, the curriculum is being carefully
designed to not show bias toward any
one religion. I hope all parents of any faith
– or no religious belief at all – will feel
comfortable using the curriculum.
Elbowing the feds out
I believe it is important for those of us
concerned with education and liberty to
fight our battles locally. We must oppose
further encroachment on the autonomy of
local public schools and work to roll back
existing interference, while encouraging
and supporting the growth of homeschooling
and other alternative education movements.
The key to restoring quality education is to
replace the bureaucratic control of education
with a free market in education. Parents
should have the freedom to select the type
of education that best suits their child’s
unique needs.

Roy Costner IV ended his
high school career with a bang.
As valedictorian, Costner had
the honor of giving a speech in
front of the entire school, and he
certainly made an impact. The
school district, under threats
from the ACLU and atheist
groups, had decided to end the
practice of praying before school events.
Costner had something else in mind.
As reported by Christian News, Liberty
High School held its graduation ceremonies
this past month, and little did the school
officials know that their valedictorian was
about to make national news.
Doesn’t play that game
A high school valedictorian from South
Carolina ripped up his approved speech
on stage that weekend, and minutes later,
delivered the Lord’s Prayer in defiance of
speech in front of the audience and soon
thanked his par ents for his Chris tian
up bring ing.
“Those that we look up to, they have
helped carve and mold us into the young
adults that we are today,” he said. “I’m so
glad that both of my parents led me to the
Lord at a young age.
“And I think most of you
will understand when I say…”
he continued, surprising the
crowd with what came next.

Pickens County School District spokesman John Eby said the decision to remove
prayer from the ceremony was driven
“from the ACLU sending FOIA requests
to every district in the State this year after

us a complaint about religion at board
meetings and some other issues as well.”
Costner ripped up his pre-approved
“Our Fa ther, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be Thy name,” Costner declared.
“Thy Kingdom come…”
The audience sprang to its feet in robust
approval!
And to think… all of this “controversy”
is spurred on by atheist groups who have
nothing better to do than protest, protest,
protest. If they don’t believe in God, then
that’s their problem. But, of course, they
don’t stop there. Their entire mission is to
stamp out all references to God in any
public venue.
I say good for Costner!

America’s greatest affliction: the presstitute media

hen Gerald Celente branded the
American media “presstitutes,” he got it
right. The U. S. print
and TV media (and
NPR) whore for
Washington and the
corporations. Reporting the real news is
their last concern. The
presstitutes are a Ministry of Propaganda
and Coverup. This is true of the entire
Western media, a collection of boughtand-paid-for whores.
It seems that ev ery day I wit ness a
dozen or more examples. Take May 31 for
example.
The presstitutes report that U. S. Secretary
of State John Kerry and his Ger man
coun ter part are work ing on Rus sia to
convince that country to be a “party to
peace” in Syria by not supplying the Syrian
gov ern ment, whose coun try has been
invaded, with arms. Kerry and the Israelis
especially do not want Russia to deliver the
S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to Syria.
Exclusively outsiders
This was the extent of the presstitutes’
report. The presstitutes made no mention
of the fact that the invasion of Syria by
al-Qaeda affiliated radical Muslims was
organized and equipped by Washington
via its proxies in the region, such as Saudi
Arabia and the oil emirates. Americans
sufficiently stupid to rely on the presstitute
media do not know that it is not Syrians
who want to overthrow their government,
but Wash ing ton, Is rael, and rad i cal
Islamists who object to Syria’s secular
non-confrontational government.
One might think that the U. S. media
would wonder why Washington prefers to
have al-Qaeda governing Syria than a
non-confrontational secular government.
But such a question is off-limits for the
U. S. media.
Israel, unlike Washington which so far
hides behind proxies, has actually openly
committed war crimes as defined by the
Nuremberg trials of Nazis by initiating
unprovoked aggression against Syria by
militarily attacking the country.
In reporting Kerry’s pressure on Putin,
presstitutes made no mention that the
Washington-backed attempted overthrow
of the Syrian government has run into
diffi culty, causing Pres ident Obama to
ask the Pentagon to come up with a no-fly
plan, which means according to the Libya
precedent NATO or U. S. air attacks on
Syrian government forces. As the S-300
missiles are a defensive weapon, Obama’s
plan to send in Western or Israeli air forces
to attack the Syrian army is why Kerry is
pressuring Russia not to honor its contract
to deliver to Syria the S-300 missiles,
which can knock U. S., NATO, and Israeli

Assad’s crime: being normal
Wil liam Hague, who serves, with
Washington’s approval, as British foreign
secretary to the shame of a once proud
nation, made this clear when he declared:
“We want a solution without Assad. We
do not accept the stay of Assad.” This is
amazing hypocrisy, because the Syrian
government is more respectful of human
rights than Washington and London.
While Kerry was trying to con Putin,
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said
that the Obama administration’s immediate
priority was removing Assad from power.
So for the U. S. and U. K., “peace” means
the overthrow of the Syrian government by
force.
Why isn’t the United Nations protesting?
The answer is that the countries and their
UN representatives have been purchased
by Washington. Money talks. Integrity
and justice don’t. Integrity and justice are
poverty-inflicted. The UN belongs to the
evil empire. Washington owns it. The
American Empire has the money. It pays
for the headlines and for the budget that
lets the UN delegates enjoy New York City.
In the world today, integrity is worthless,
but money is valuable, and Washington has
the money because, as the dollar is the
world reserve currency, it can be printed in
sufficient quantities to purchase every
country’s government, including our own.
One year out of office and Tony Blair was
worth $35 million. Look at the amazing
Clinton riches. According to news reports,
$3.2 mil lion was spent on Chelsea’s
wed ding.
Hague said that the U. K. and France
“seek to end the ban on arming Syr ian
rebels.” Hague did not explain how the
invasion force was armed if there is a ban
against arming it. But Hague did tell us
who the invading force is: “the Syrian
National Coalition,” which con sists of
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates,
Qatar, Egypt (still the American puppet),
the United States, Britain, France, Turkey,
Germany and Italy. Obviously, the talk
about a “Syrian rebellion” is pure BS.
Syria is confronted with an attempted
overthrow of its government by the U. S.
and its puppet States. Kerry is trying to
convince Putin to let Washington overthrow
Syria.

As if this wasn’t enough, also on May
31, I listened to E. J. Dionne and David
Brooks on National Public Radio discuss
the state of the Obama presidency. Both
were protective of “our president.” Neither
would dare say: “the military-security
com plex’s pres i dent,” “Wall Street’s
president,” “the Israel Lobby’s president,”
“Monsanto’s president,” “the mining and
fracking pres i dent.” Obama is “our
pres i dent.”
Both Brooks and Dionne agreed that the
media had got rid of the Benghazi issue
and that the IRS persecution of Tea Party
members was under the media’s control
and was not a threat to Obama. David
Brooks did acknowledge that there were
economic problems ignored and no new
ideas. However, the blatant fact that under
Obama the U. S. is in a con sti tu tional
cri sis, well-de scribed by Dr. Fran cis
Boyle, professor of international law at the
University of Illinois, was not mentioned

reported the false information planted on
them, which for the insouciant American
public was sufficient to explain Toashev’s
murder, the FBI admitted that the victim
was unarmed.

Nevertheless, he was shot seven times,
one to the back of the head. His father
wants to know why the FBI assassinated
his son, but the presstitutes could not care
less. Don’t expect any answer from the
American press and TV media or from
NPR, an organization that pretends to be

appeal your side. He really does not seem
too interested in representing you. I don’t
know why such happens when attorneys
rep. I don’t think Cobb is competent as he
could be, or he is but does not want to lead
too much since you are constitutionally
well-versed. Some attorneys just want to
practice before a court to look good, like
ladies gabbling about nothing but to hope
somebody nearby hears them. I think he
needs to timely go into the appeal with
counterattack. Easy case law, I think, will end
this now. You need this done immediately
and stop letting the defendants rule the
action.

At this time you do not have a right to
appeal because you won, which is exactly
why the defendant is appealing. An appeal
only exists for the losing side and is only
permitted by the rules of civil procedure
at the time and for causes designated.
Counsel can not prevent the defendants
from exercising their right to appeal the
Judge’s decision and until the Appeals
Court rules on this matter we can not move
forward with trial.
Should the Appeals Court rule against
the defendants, meaning you win again, this
matter will not be immediately rescheduled
for trial as the court main tains a tight
calendar with limited trial weeks and we
have already lost our date. Therefore, you
must understand that it may not be until the
end of the year or next year before your
case will be re set for trial and there is
nothing within counsel’s control to change
that fact.
The only way to get this matter concluded
sooner rather than later is to ac cept a
settlement offer from the defendant and
you have emphat ically ex pressed your
displeasure at such a resolution. However,
should you change your mind please advise
counsel accordingly.

FBI admits drones spy on us

cornered the market on mischief
and sees no profit in transparency.

surveillance purposes, the head of that
agency told Congress on June 19.
Robert Mueller, director of the Federal
Bu reau of In ves ti ga tion, con firmed to
law mak ers that the FBI owns sev eral
unmanned aerial vehicles, but has not
adopted any strict policies or guidelines yet
to govern the use of the controversial
aircraft.
“Does the FBI use drones for surveillance
on U. S. soil?” Sen. Chuck Grassley
(R-Iowa) asked Mr. Mueller during an
oversight hearing on Capitol Hill June 19
before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“Yes,” Mueller re sponded bluntly,
adding that the FBI’s operation of drones is
“very seldom.”
Asked by Sen. Dianne Feinstein
(D-California) to elaborate, Mueller added,
“It’s very seldom used and generally used
in a particular incident where you need
the capability.” Earlier in the morning,
however, Mueller had said that the agency
was only now working to establish set
rules for the drone program.
Mueller began answering questions just
after 10 AM EDT. He briefly touched on
the recently exposed NSA surveillance
program that has marred the reputation of
the United States intelligence community.
Mueller said 22 agents have access to a
vast surveillance database, including 20
analysts and two overseers.
When Sen. Al Franken (D-Minnesota)
asked Mueller later in the morning if he’d
consider being more open about the FBI’s
surveillance methods, the director expressed
reluctance to be more transparent. Mueller
said the FBI has and will con tinue to
weigh the possibility of publishing more
information about its spy habits, but

warned that do ing so would be to the
advantage of America’s enemies.
“There is a price to be paid for that
transparency,” Mueller said. “I certainly
think it would be educating our adversaries
as to what our capabilities are.”

including a term limit for Prime Minister
and a flat tax, one dwarfed all oth ers
combined. A repeal of the ban on handguns
garnered over 86 percent of the vote.
“After all,” the proposal
rationalized, “why should
only criminals be ‘allowed’
to possess guns and shoot
unarmed, defenseless citizens
and police officers?”
That’s a great question, but one the poll
may not provide an accurate accounting
of true British sentiment for, as anyone
anywhere could vote. While there is a
small segment of the UK population active
in pro mot ing the shoot ing sports and
abolishing the Firearms Acts that banned,
among other firearms, centerfire semiautomatic rifles and handguns, the awareness
and demand from the general public to
mandate change is not evident – yet.
That’s un for tu nate, be cause ten sions
brought to the fore following the beheading
of a British soldier on a London street,
reportedly by British-born Muslim converts
from the Nigerian immigrant community,
were heightened with a chilling warning.
“You people will never be safe,” a
“blood-soaked” suspect Michael Adebowale
pledged on camera. “An eye for an eye, a
tooth for a tooth.”
And it’s not just the UK. The European
Union is reflecting the reality of immigration
pol i cies that, rather than as sim i lat ing
disparate cultures, leave groups with other
values and goals, and no small amount of
hostility, occupying the same turf.

Hands off the Second Amendment!

ere’s a message for South Carolina’s
elected State officials reminding them of
their obligation to defend laws established
under the U. S. Constitution on behalf of
each State’s citizens. These words apply
for our sister States as well.
Why do we need organizations like the
NRA to defend the U. S. Constitution’s
Second Amendment? State governments
comprise the actual membership body of
that constitutional compact, a legal contract,
for they were its signatories. No participant
known as the NRA signed that document,
so it’s more proper for the actual member
States to defend and enforce its established
law than a lobbyist outsider.
National Rifle Association
Be it known that I am not putting down
the NRA, as it presently “stands in the gap”
where our States have failed their duties.
I’m saying that South Carolina and all of
the other States haven’t kept the Federal
government fully accountable in accord
with the Second Amendment as endorsed
by each signatory of the constitutional
compact. Today they’re acting more like
bystanders than progenitors of this law of
the U. S. Constitution. If I’m in error here,
why then is the NRA, no signatory of the
compact, having to fill in where the actual
signatories have deserted, in demanding
the Federal government keep its “hands off
the Second Amendment!”?
Blinkering and tinkering
Could the reason States fail to defend
the laws of this compact originally made
between themselves be due to all those
other “amendments” adopted while under
Lincoln’s and Eisenhower’s usurpations,
etc., the 17th Amendment in particular?
This amendment “nullified” Article I,
Section 3, first clause of the Constitution,
removing each State’s Senators as chosen
by their own legislatures from taking seats
in the U. S. Senate. In short, no seat, no
voice in controlling Washington’s actions.
What’s the point of a two chamber Federal
legislature if both accept popularly-elected
candidates owing more allegiance to media
moguls than the distracted masses, none of
them accountable to the States?
Then again it could be as simple as the
States having abandoned those laws they
signed to uphold and defend, including the
Second Amendment, thus bringing the
NRA to rise in the Second Amendment’s
defense, for the contractual failure of our
States.
Unmistakable
The Second Amendment attached no
addendum that would give the Federal
Judicial branch any play on intent. Here’s
the definition for that amendment’s word
“infringed.”
§ infringe: 1) violate, transgress, 2)
encroach.
§ encroach: 1) to enter or force oneself
gradually (incremental steps) upon another’s
property or rights: trespass, intrude, 2) to
advance beyond the usual or proper limits.
Wake up!
States, fail the people no longer. Arise
and defend the laws of the constitutional
compact that you are the signatories of.
Defend the Second Amendment from
Federal infringements and correct those
earlier trespasses by the same. Fulfill that
oath you’ve taken to protect and defend the
established laws of the U. S. Constitution.

What is Mein
Kampf? It con sists
of two volumes by
Adolf Hitler with the
assistance of Rudolf
Hess while they were prisoners at the
Landsberg prison located in Landsberg am
Lech in Bavaria, Germany. Hitler had been
sentenced to five years for his involvement
in the Beer Hall Putsch of November,
1923.

1940 edition contains the unexpurgated
version published by Reynal & Hitchcock
of New York. A committee of men from the
New School for Social Research undertook
the translation and included their extensive
explanatory notes. This English translation
flows nicely.
Even though many thousand copies of
Mein Kampf were published in Germany,
Christine Miller informs me few of them
were actually read due to its size (my book
is 1,003 pages) and the awkward German
linguistic style. She also said Mein Kampf
was presented to newlyweds. I saw several
of these presentation books available for
sale on the website www.abebooks.com.

Volume One’s 559 pages.

Judicial conspiracy and the IRS

hen starting out in 1999 to learn
about how this Godforsaken
gov ern ment works in the
United States, I sin cerely
believed in the separation of
powers – and that I could get
at least one of the three
branches of government to
see the light and right the
wrongs that were be ing
perpetrated against me in the
interest of “public safety” and “the general
welfare.” Believing that I had rights, even
could use those rights to convince the
government and its “myriad of offices” and
“swarms of agents” to leave me alone, I
was wrong.
I first tried to in flu ence my elected
“representatives” in the legislative branch
by informing and educating them on the
threat we faced regarding our lost rights
and how the laws were being improperly
enforced by the executive and judicial
branches. This effort fell on deaf ears. I
have since rescinded my voter registration
because fully realizing the uselessness of
trying to right those wrongs by the ballot
box and recognizing that there is no “right
to vote.”
Second try
I then worked with the executive branch
thru the governor, Attorney General, local
and State law en forcement, the district
attorney (a curious mixture of the executive
and judicial branches) and the Sheriff to
help them understand how the law was
being improperly enforced against us with
the sole intent of abusing and eliminating
our protected rights, in this endeavor often
placing myself in harm’s way by getting
ticketed, arrested and worse as a means of
sending my message out. Another failure.
That led, of course, to the judicial
branch, which I absolutely believed would
do its duty to protect and maintain the law
and my rights under the law. As reported
previously, I was totally disappointed, but
along the way learned about this “judicial
conspiracy” to prolong and encourage the
insidious and incremental destruction of
our protected rights. Judges are, after all,
employees of the State. Thus, anytime the
State is a party to a case, judges have a
conflict of interest which cannot be denied;
and they will nearly always defer to the
State. There will be no impartiality on the
part of the judiciary, and we can’t get a fair
trial. This conspiracy is nowhere more
obvious than in the matters of revenue.
The last straw
You may recall from a previous article
one Judge Marion Warren, a Brunswick
County, NC, State Judge involved in a
“right to travel” case. In our discussion of
invalid jurors’ oaths, he initially agreed
with me that jurors were improperly sworn
and even apologized for the mistake. After
over a year of being impossible to reach, he
reversed and confided in me that it turns
out jurors are not parties to the group
mentioned in the statute “as required” to
swear an oath to the Constitution when, in
fact, the law specifically identifies jurors
as so obliged. When I pressed him further
on the issue of our “right to travel,” meaning
licenses, titles, tags, registrations, etc. are
unnecessary, he admitted jokingly that,
“No judge is going to disrupt the revenue
stream in North Carolina.”
When that “revenue stream” is the IRS,
the judicial conspiracy really takes off,
nowhere more evident than in adjudication
of income tax issues. For example, in the
widely known case, Sullivan v. United
States, 03CV39 (2003), where I was trying
to prevent or stop the fraudulent Iraq
“War,” Senior Federal District Court Judge
James C. Fox, in an effort to rationalize
Congress’ attitude that “the Constitution
has been overwhelmed by events and by
time,” stated the following on the record:
“I will say I think, you know, Colonel, I
have to tell you that there are cases where a
long course of history in fact does change
the Constitution, and I can think of
one instance, I believe I’m correct
on this, I think if you were to go
back and try to find and review the
ratification of the 16th amendment,
which was the in ter nal rev e nue,
income tax, I think if you went back
and examined that carefully you
would find that a sufficient number
of States never ratified that amendment; and, nonetheless, I think it’s fair to
say that it is part of the Constitution of the
United States, and I don’t think any court
would ever, would set it aside. Well, I’ve
seen that – I’ve seen somewhere a treatise
on that, and I think it was – I think I’m
correct in saying that actually the ratification
never really properly occurred. Yet nonetheless, I’m sure no court’s going to say that
the 16th amendment permitting income tax
is void for any reason, although I wouldn’t
mind filing for a rebate myself.”
He was right. Since then, the courts have
ruled that the 16th Amendment was properly
ratified when the evidence, which was not
allowed to be presented, in dicated the
exact opposite. This phenomenon is known
as “legal memory,” or the “everybody
knows” syndrome.
Like the way IRS itself was apparently
created, or at least validated, by the courts:
“We can all agree the Department of the
Treasury is created at 31 U.S.C. Section
301(a) by Congress” (See Hoodenpyle,
461 Fed. Appx. at 682). The Tenth Circuit
went on to say that “the IRS is an agency
of the United States” as a matter of well
settled law, citing 5 U.S.C. Section 101;
but the words “Internal Revenue Service”
do not appear at Section 101. It is true the
Department of Treasury is listed at Section
101. But the IRS is not.
There also appears to be no doubt that
the IRS has a planned program to keep
judges in line in tax related cases with their
“attitude adjustment” program defined in
February, 1973, by IRS’ Western Regional
Commissioner Homer O. Croasmun, in a
Memorandum which included the minutes
of the meet ing held on Feb ru ary 9,
1973, pertaining to the “Tax Rebellion
Movement.” The memo, now known as the
“Croasmun Memorandum,” opened a door
to the realization that a planned program
was already in operation to infiltrate and
destroy the tax patriot movement and to
implement an attitude adjustment on
federal judges. From those minutes we
find,
“Mr. Croasmun pointed out that seven
months ago we changed our direction on
Tax Re bel lion cases from a defen sive
posture and have now seized the initiative
by infiltration of their organizations so we
now know in advance their plans before
they execute them.”
“Mr. Hansen [Chief of IRS Intelligence
from Los Angeles] commented on the
problem of federal judges appearing to be
anti-IRS based on the belief that IRS is
‘highhanded’.”
“Mr. Howard [Chief of IRS Intelligence
from San Francisco] reported on a change
of at ti tude of fed eral judges in San
Francisco after he met with a number of
them and discussed the gravity of the Tax
Rebellion Movement and the importance
of giving prison sentences as deterrents.”
An ameliorative for tyranny
This “attitude adjustment” is continuing
today. It is mentioned in the IRS’ System
of Records, specifically in their “Case
Management and Time Reporting System,
Criminal Investigation Division” – Treasury/
IRS 46.002, which can be found in the
Federal Register by searching the Privacy
Act Issuances Compilation for the Treasury/
IRS, available online through the Office of
the Federal Register, National Archives
and Records Administration, Washington,
D.C. 20408.
Footprints of a conspiracy
In this system of records, under the
sub-heading “Categories of Individuals
Covered by the System,” are listed the
“Sub jects of Crim i nal In ves ti ga tion
Division Investigations, U. S. Attorneys,
Special Agents, and U. S. District Court
Judges.” Under other sub-headings is stated:
“This sys tem of records may not be
accessed for purposes of determining if the
system contains a record pertaining to a
particular individual”; “This system of
records contains investigative material
compiled for law enforcement purposes
whose sources need not be reported”;
and, “This system has been designated as
exempt from certain provisions of the
Privacy Act.”
We know this conspiracy is happening
because the judges have told us. Take a
look at what Judge Wyzanski said in Lord
v. Kelley, 240 F. Supp. 167 at 169 (1965):
“When this court found that the Internal
Revenue agents had violated the law and
directed that the improperly seized records
were to be returned, the agents were, to say
the least, not happy. The original appearance
in this Court by counsel for the Government
was, if not in so lent, at least none too
respectful. The brief filed following the
Court’s ad verse de ci sion ask ing for
reconsideration thereof showed more than
hurt feel ings and came close to be ing
worthy of a rebuke.
“More than once, the judges of a court
have been indirectly reminded that they
personally are taxpayers. No sophisticated
person is unaware that even in this very
Common wealth, the In ter nal Rev enue
Service has been in possession of facts
with respect to public officials which it has
presented or shelved in order to serve what
can only be called political ends, be they
high or low. And a judge who knows the
score is aware that every time his decisions
offend the Internal Revenue Service, he is
in viting a close in spec tion of his own
returns. But I suppose that no one familiar
with this Court believes that intimidation,
direct or indirect, is effective.”
Though truthful, Judge Wyzanski may
have been a bit naïve. He was obviously
not aware that this was not just a casual
happening on the part of the IRS. And
neither was he aware of the federal judges
like Judge Harry Claiborne in Nevada, who
dared to cross the IRS, was prosecuted and
jailed; or Judge Walter Nixon in Mississippi, who was prosecuted for perjury, but
had acted as an IRS pimp and was not
jailed; or Judge Alcee Hastings of Florida
who, having a habit of coming in conflict
with the IRS and the powers that be, was
prosecuted and found innocent, but later
impeached by Congress.
Having knowledge of this judicial
conspiracy, we may be able to use it to our
own advantage. Judges are required to be
“impartial” and act as mere referees. In
1971, Justice Thurgood Marshall, in the
Supreme Court case of Peters v. Kiff, 407
U. S. 493 at 502, said:
“Moreover, even if there is no showing
of actual bias in the tri bu nal, this Court
has held that due pro cess is denied by
circumstances that create the likelihood or
the appearance of bias. This rule was well
established long before the right to jury
trial was made applicable in State trials and
does not depend on it. As this court said In
Re Murchison, 349 U. S. 133 at 136 (1955),
‘(f)airness of course requires an absence
of actual bias in the trial of cases. But our
system of law has always endeavored to
prevent even the probability of unfairness.’”
The fact before us
We now know that judges cannot be
impartial in an income tax case or any case
where the IRS is a party. Knowing this, we
can and should demand recusal of any judge
who files and pays income tax, because he
cannot be impartial, if for no other reason
than the attitude that, “If I have to file and
pay income tax, so do you.” In the case of a
judge who, for whatever reason, does not
pay income tax, challenge him on whether
the IRS has compromising information on
him.
The United States relies upon judicial
conspiracy to allow the government to usurp
well established federal law by saying the
law is something else. Life-tenured federal
judges are the most powerful public officers
in the whole American government. They
are un ac count able and, con se quently,
without risk. They engage in wrongdoing
so coordinated, routine and widespread as
to have turned it into the institutionalized
modus operandi of the Federal Judiciary, a
safe haven for their wrongdoing.
IRS to pay $70 million in bonuses
The Internal Revenue Service, which is
already struggling with a series of scandals,
is in the process of handing out $70 million
in bonuses to employees.
Despite an April directive from the White
House budget office ordering agencies to
halt discretionary bonuses due to automatic
spending cuts, the IRS has announced it is
legally obligated under a union contract to
pay out $70 million in staff bonuses.
Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, a senior
Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, has said his office has information
that the U. S. tax agency is cur rently
negotiating with the National Treasury
Employee Union to pay the staff bonuses.
“It [the IRS] appears to be making an
extra effort to give the bonuses despite
opportunities to renegotiate with the union
and federal instruction to cease discretionary
bonuses during sequestration,” said Grassley.
The IRS is already under fire for a string
of scandals including wasteful spending,
targeting certain groups for their political
views, having its law enforcement agents
trained with AR-15 rifles, and seeking
state-of-the art spying tools for tax
collection.
An agenda
It emerges that the IRS inappropriately
targeted cer tain con ser va tive groups
applying for tax-exempt status on various
occasions over the past two years.
“Tea party” or “patriot” groups which
criticized the U. S. government and tried to
educate the American public about the
U. S. Constitution were singled out by the
tax agency for close scrutiny.
In late May, Republican Congressman
Jeff Duncan, who is the chairman of the
House Homeland Security oversight subcommittee, noticed that IRS agents were
training with AR-15 rifles at a federal law
enforcement facility.
“I think
Americans raise
eyebrows when
you tell them
that IRS agents are training with a type of
weapon that has stand-off capability. It’s
not like they’re carrying a sidearm and they
knock on someone’s door and say, ‘You’re
evading your taxes,’” Duncan said.
A report by the Treasury Department’s
Inspector General last month showed the
embattled agency wasted $50 million on
“in ap pro pri ate” con fer ences dur ing a
three-year period between 2010 and 2012.

The IRS also posted a pro cure ment
so lic i ta tion on June 6 for ac quir ing
state-of-the art spying tools like “Covert
coffee tray(s) with camera concealment”
and surveillance equipment to be hidden in
plants to bolster its tax collection “mission.”

.308 cal. (7.62 mm), .45 cal., 9 mm, while
increasing its number of acquired firearms.

at “heritage organizations.”
After all, our freedom is not
only dis ap pear ing but so
are our peo ple; the very
existence of our race is at
stake and they’re out there
polishing tombstones.
Staying power
All too often, we forget
that the work these people
do is of incalculable value to
nationalism, although many of
those doing it would angrily
and even vehemently deny it.
Yes, the past is in the past; it is
certainly not the future, but
still it’s the foundation we
must build our future on. With
no foun da tion, we are left
with out an iden tity, lack ing
which there can be no nation.
So, even while we should keep
urging the heritage people to
look toward our future, let’s
also support them in preserving
the past, just as we lovingly
pre serve pho to graphs and
stories of our beloved grandparents, even while we put our
care, en ergies and for tunes
toward the advancement of
our children.
In other words, it’s heritage
fes ti val sea son for White
people, and, if a Confederate
reenactment or a Renaissance,
whether a fair, an Orthodox Church Greek
day or a set of Scottish Highland games, it
behooves all nationalists to attend anytime

NSA, the secret AT&T spy room, two Israeli companies…
…and loss of American privacy.

Boom. Explosive revelations. The NSA
is using telecom giants to spy on anybody
and ev ery body, in a pro gram called
PRISM.
But the information
is not new.
Three books have
been written about
the super-secret NSA,
and James Bamford
has written them all.
Amy Goodman of
De moc racy Now
interviewed Bamford in 2008 as his latest
book, The Shadow Factory, was being
released.
Bamford explained that, in the 1990s,
everything changed for NSA. Previously,
they’d been able to intercept electronic
communications by using big dishes to
capture what was coming down to Earth
from telecom satellites.
But with the shift to fiber-optic cables,
NSA was shut out. So they devised new
methods.
Diabolic
For example, they set up a secret spy
room at an AT&T office in San Francisco.
NSA installed new equipment that enabled
them to tap into the fiber-optic cables and
suck up all traffic.
How Bamford describes this, in 2008,
tells you ex actly where the PRISM
program came from:
“NSA began making these agreements
with AT&T and other companies, and that
in order to get access to the actual cables,
they had to build these secret rooms in
these buildings.
“So what would happen would be the
communications on the cables would come
into the building, and then the cable would
go to this thing called a splitter box, which
was a box that had something that was
similar to a prism, a glass prism.
“And the prism was shaped like a prism,
and the light signals would come in, and
they’d be split by the prism. And one copy
of the light signal would go off to where it
was supposed to be going in the telecom
system, and the other half, this new cloned
copy of the cables, would actually go one
floor below to NSA’s secret room.
“…And in the secret room was equipment
by a private company called Narus, the
very small company hardly anybody has
ever heard of that created the hardware
and the software to an alyze these cables
and then pick out the targets NSA is
looking for and then forward the targeted
communications onto NSA headquarters.”
In James Bamford’s 2008 interview, he
mentions two Israeli companies, Narus and
Verint, that almost nobody knew about.
They played a key role in developing and
selling the technology that allowed NSA to
deploy its PRISM spying program:

not major, they’re small companies, but they
service the two major telecom companies.
This company, Narus, which was founded
in Israel and has large Israel connections,
does the – basically the tapping of the
communications on AT&T. And Verizon

“So these two companies specialize in
what’s known as mass surveillance. Their
literature – I read this literature from Verint,
for example – is supposed to only go to
intelligence agencies and so forth, and it
says, ‘We specialize in mass surveillance,’
and that’s what they do.
“They put [this] mass sur veillance
equip ment in these fa cil i ties. So you
have AT&T, for example, that, you know,
considers it’s their job to get messages
from one person to another, not tapping
into messages, and you get the NSA that
says, we want, you know, copies of all
this. So that’s where these [two Israeli]
companies come in. These companies act
as the intermediary basically between the
telecom companies and the NSA.”
AMY GOODMAN: “Now, Jim Bamford,
take this a step further, because you say the
founder and former CEO of one of these
companies [Verint] is now a fugitive from
the United States somewhere in Africa?”
Outlaws as federal agents
JAMES BAMFORD: “…the company
that Verizon uses, Verint, the founder of the
company, the former head of the company,
is now a fugitive in – hiding out in Africa
in the country of Namibia, because he’s
wanted on a number of felony warrants for
fraud and other charges. And then, two
other top executives of the company, the
general counsel and another top official of
the parent company, have also pled guilty
to these charges.
“So, you know, you’ve got companies –
these [two] com pa nies have for eign
connections with potential ties to foreign
in tel li gence agen cies, and you have
prob lems of cred ibil ity, prob lems of
honesty and all that. And these companies
– through these two com pa nies pass
probably 80 percent or more of all U. S.
communications at one point or another.
“And it’s even – gets even worse in the
fact that these companies also supply their
equipment all around the world to other
countries, to countries that don’t have a lot
of respect for individual rights – Vietnam,
China, Libya, other countries like that.
And so, these countries use this equipment
to filter out dissident communications and
people trying to protest the government. It
gives them the ability to eavesdrop on
communications and monitor dissident
email communications. And as a result of
that, people are put in jail, and so forth…”
Protecting fellow criminals
AMY GOODMAN: “And despite all of
this…these telecom companies still have
access to the most private communications
of people all over America and actually, it
ends up, around the world. And at the
beginning of the summer [2008], the
Dem o crats and Re pub li cans joined
together in granting retroactive immunity
to these companies for spying on American
citizens.”
The fugitive CEO of Verint, whom
Bamford men tions, is Ja cob “Kobi”
Alexander. In 2006, the U. S. Department
of Justice charged him with conspiring to
commit securities and wire and mail fraud.
The SEC weighed in and filed similar civil
charges.
Alexander fled to Namibia, where he
finally settled with the SEC for $46 million.
The DOJ criminal complaint, as far as I can
tell, still stands. Alexander continues to
fight against extradition to the U. S.
He is no longer the CEO of Verint.
It’s ob vious that these two Israeli
companies, Narus and Verint, working for
NSA, have been able to divert duplicate
mega-tons of data to Israeli intelligence.
The recent media stories on this NSA
PRISM spying system indicate that NSA
is tapping into the servers of huge tech
com pa nies; Google, AOL, Microsoft,
Skype, Apple, Yahoo. The methods of data
theft may have expanded, but the result and
intent remain the same.
The government-corporate juggernaut
moves ahead. Their rationale – catching
terrorists – is, in great part, a cover story to
obscure the fact that the State wants control
over the lives of all citizens, as it ratchets
up the very con di tions that pro voke
re bel lion.
It’s a classic pincer movement.
In bed with presstitutes
As far as the cur rent NSA PRISM
spy ing is con cerned, look for limited
hangouts. These are partial admissions and
excuses, offered to conceal greater crimes
and stop investigations.
The giant tech companies already have
their limited hangout in place: “We didn’t
know it was happening, we would never
have allowed it to happen, and we’ll be
much more careful in the future.”
Obama is saying: Yes, let’s have dialogue
on this matter…there’s a fine line between
national security needs and overweening
intrusion into citizens’ privacy.
The NSA is saying: We do spy, but we
don’t read content of emails and phone
calls. We just keep “re cords” of the
commu ni cations.
The lies lying liars tell. The NSA has
multiple and redundant methods of spying.
If they have to cut back, for a while, on
directly accessing the servers of the giant
tech firms, they can do it without losing a
step.
After all, as James Bamford revealed
five years ago, NSA cuts di rectly into
fiber-optic cables and splits the data into
two copies, one of which it keeps for itself.
They can access Google and Yahoo in
other ways.
Integrity not a factor here
Most easily, they can say to these willing
tech partners, “Give us all your data.” And
it will be done.
Firms like Google are already spying on
their customers, putting together extensive
profiles to craft better targeted ads. Google
knows spying. Doing it for commercial
purposes, or for “national security” purposes?
They don’t make those distinctions.

Learning from the SPLC

t may enrage most all readers to hear it
– but I like the $PLC. Let me revise that
statement – I like the website of the $PLC.
I have never, and will never give them a
dime. I have never, and will never buy any
of the junk they sell on their stupid corner
of Café Press. Though I would certainly
buy a t-shirt with the $PLC logo on it
should I ever bump into one at a secondhand shop or some such – the irony of it
would be too rich to pass up.
I must also admit that I loathe the $PLC
itself a great deal. Trust me, I write under a
fake name and they would love to reveal
my true identity to the whole world in an
attempt to make me as destitute as possible.
Jared Taylor, Wayne Lutton, and many
others have commented on how vile the
group is, and how they seem much more
interested in financially destroying those
who disagree with them as opposed to
convincing in any way. Even staunch leftists
have written about how the group is a
shamelessly self-promoting money racket.
Information jackpot
But everybody reading this is well
aware of everything I am saying. The point
is, that despite all of the above, their
website is great. I genuinely recommend it
to everyone reading this. No one does a
better job of writing about all the different
websites and authors I thoroughly enjoy –
and they do it all in one place! Granted,
you have to put up with the polemical tone
and their ar chives can be dif fi cult to
nav i gate, but in the end no “blog roll” I
can think of holds a candle to the lists of
intellectuals and organizations that are to
be found at splcenter.org.
For my dis believing readers, let me
provide an example. Into the Mainstream
by Chip Berlet was an “Intelligence Report”
published about ten years ago, and it still
serves as a great list of recommendations
for race-realists looking to expand their
reading list. With well over a dozen different
organizations listed in the report, you are
bound to find something previously absent
from your browser history. When I found
that “report” I thought I had struck gold. In
all honesty, it is how I learned about The
American Cause and Chronicles Magazine.
Many criticize the $PLC for not differentiating among very diverse targets, and
that critique is apt (lumping the American
Enterprise Institute and National Alliance
into the same generic label of “hateful”
makes little sense). However I like variety
in my reading, so when using the $PLC to
find good authors, it is quite nice that they
paint in such broad brush strokes.
Latch on before they catch on
Another great “Intelligence Report”
from the $PLC is The Ideologues, which
provides a neat list (with brief profiles) of
several well-educated academics that are
worth checking out. I promise that regardless
of how well read and informed you are,
there will be at least one or two authors on
this list that you’ve missed. The collected
bibliography of these “ideologues” is an
Amazon Wish List waiting to happen.
Looking for something more in the way
of punditry? Not a problem. The $PLC has
that covered too. Check out 30 New Activists
Heading Up the Radical Right – not even
a year old, and you are certain to find
someone on the list that you can get into
(though again, the range is bizarre – Alex
Jones and Pam Gellar are both on it).
I could go on and on, but you may as
well check out the website yourself – rest
assured the people who work for the $PLC
check out “our” websites, so do not feel
guilty about visiting the enemy. Their
writeups sometimes even prove thought
provoking – never before had I considered
moving to Montana.
Should the $PLC bring about my undoing
in some way or another, I will certainly
look upon this piece with bitter irony, but
even then I will have to admit that it was
the $PLC that helped get me here to begin
with – the $PLC giveth, the $PLC taketh
away, I suppose.

Who should possess the land
of Israel? Christian evangelicals
say it should be the descendants
of Abraham. They point to the
Old Testament and claim that
God gave this land forever to
the descendants of Abraham
and that God demands they and
they alone own the land.
To the Christian evangelical, this means
the Jews. Yes, it is the Jews who own this
land, and it is their land forever.
The Jews, then, according to Christian
evan gel i cals, are the de scen dants of
Abraham, his seed.
The “Jews” of America, Europe, and
Israel are descendants not of Father
Abraham but of King Bulan and the people
of ancient Khazaria. Khazaria was an
amalgam of Turkic clans who once lived in
the Caucasus (Southern Russia) in the
early centuries CE. These Turkic peoples
were pagans who converted to Judaism in
the eighth century. As converts, they called
themselves “Jews,” but none of
their blood comes from Israel.
Later, the “Jews” (Khazars)
emigrated, settling in Russia,
Hungary, Poland, Germany and
elsewhere in Europe. As “Jews,”
the Khazars then left the European
nations in 1948 and settled the
fledgling new State of Israel.
The peo ple of Is rael are not
the seed, nor the ancestors, of
forefathers,” he is absolutely wrong. There
are no Israelite forefathers of today’s
“Jews.” When today’s “Jews” say they
should possess the land because they are
Israelites and are the seed of Abraham,
they are mistaken.
The “Jews” are in Israel for one reason
and one reason only: Because the United
States, in 1948, rec og nized the State
of “Is rael” and has since funded and
protected it. God’s Word has nothing to do
with it.
God’s Word, the Holy Bible, prophesied
that in the last days im post ers would
erroneously and falsely claim to be “Jews.”
These imposters would, the Bible told us,
persecute their enemies and especially the
Christians. But God would have his revenge:
“Be hold, I will make them of the
Synagogue of Satan, which say they are
Jews, and are not, but do
lie; Behold I will make them
to come and worship at thy
feet and know that I have
loved thee.” – Revelation 3:9
Do the “Jews” (Khazars)
Dr. Eran Elhaik, geneticist researcher at Johns
Hopkins University School of Medicine, found
that today’s “Jews” originated from Khazaria and
not Israel. They are not the seed of Abraham.
We know that Netanyahu and the people
who now in habit Is rael have no claim
to the land. They are interlopers, false
pretenders. But there is a true and legitimate
Chosen People of God. In fact, the scriptures
had it right all along. The answer is found
in Galatians 3:29. Read it for yourself:
“And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye
Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the
promise.”
DNA science confounds
the common wisdom
There is only one problem. And it is a
huge one. Science proves those who call
themselves “Jews” are not Jews! DNA
Science has confounded the Christian
evangelicals by proving conclusively that
most of the people in the nation of Israel and
in World Jewry are not the descendants of
Abraham.
Those living today who profess to be
“Jews” are not of the ancient Israelites, and
they are not the seed of Abraham. In fact,
the new DNA re search shows that the
Palestinians actually have more Israelite
blood than do the “Jews!”
The nation of Israel today is populated
with seven and half million imposters.
Geneticists report that less than 2% of “Jews” living in Israel are
actually Israelites.
The “Jews” are not Jews
but are Khazarians
The newest DNA science finding is from
Dr. Eran Elhaik (“a Jew”) and associates at
the McKusick-Nathans Institute of Genetic
Med i cine, Johns Hopkins Uni ver sity
School of Medicine. In research accepted
December 5, 2012, and published by the
Oxford University Press on behalf of the
So ci ety of Mo lec u lar Bi ol ogy and
Evolution, it was found that the “Khazarian
Hypothesis” is scientifically correct.
What is the “Khazarian
Hypothesis?” Simply stated,
it holds that the Jewry
ge nome is a mo saic of
ancestries which rise
primarily out of the Khazars.
Jews are Khazars, not Israelites.
The Khazarians, never in Israel, converted to Talmudic Judaism in the 8th Century.
Their descendants are today’s Jews.
Abraham. They call themselves “Jews,”
but in fact, DNA science shows them to be
Khazars. They say they are “Jew,” but they
are not.
“There are no blood or family connections
among the Jews,” said Dr. Elhaik in an
inter view with Haaretz, Is rael’s daily
newspaper. “The various groups of Jews in
the world today do not share a common
genetic origin. Their genome is largely
Khazar.”
God did not give the land to the
Khazarians.
Thus, when Prime Minister Netanyahu
says, “God gave this land to our Israelite
not do exactly as our God prophesied? Do
they not persecute the Palestinians and
defile the land, claiming they are its original
inhabitants? This, even though their proven
ancestors, the Khazars, never set foot in
the Middle East and are not the seed of
Abraham?

You have performed a valuable service
with your DNA research, both to Christianity
and to world un der stand ing. Elhaik’s
research confirms earlier DNA studies,
especially the work of Dr. Ariella
Oppenheim of Hebrew University, who
likewise found, in 2001, that the “Jews”
came from the Khazars rather than the
Israelites. Dr. Oppenheim even found that
some of the Palestinians have the chromosomes proving they are “Cohen,” related to
the ancient Israelites who worked in the
Synagogue and Temple.
Where, and who, are the
seed of Abraham?
In 2008, Russian archaeologist Dmitry Vasilyev unearthed Itil, the long lost capital of the Kingdom of
Khazaria. New DNA science proves that today’s “Jews” come from Khazaria and are not the seed of
Abraham.
I ask my evangelical Christian friends:
What will you do now? Will you heed what
God said, in Revelation 2 and 3, about
“them which say they are Jews and are not?”
Will you accept modern DNA science as
legitimate and valuable in proving the truth
of God’s Word?
Or will you, dear Christian friend, walk
right on by, dismissing what both God and
science have informed you?
God said that the seed of Abraham
would inherit the land. Therefore, we must
– absolutely must – in light of the DNA
evidence, ask ourselves: Where, and who
are the seed of Abraham?
So, if you belong to Jesus our Lord, you
are “Abraham’s seed,” regardless of your
physical race. You are overcomers, and
Rev e la tion 21:7 prom ises, “He that
overcometh shall inherit all things.” This is
the great secret that every true Christian
knows.
God is not a racist. The Great Commission extends to every race and ethnicity.
We who love Jesus are His Chosen People,
and we have the promise first given to
Abraham way back in Genesis.
Know this, and you will forever be
greatly blessed. And that, dear friends is
the promise given Abraham and his seed.

“Elie Wiesel Was Not in Buchenwald” Made Simple
Is it time to call Ken Waltzer a
fraud?

The story that Michigan State University
history professor Kenneth Waltzer has
told us about Elie Wiesel in Buchenwald,
based on Wiesel’s book Night, is not true.1
Elie Wiesel was not incarcerated at
Buchenwald.
He was not liberated from Buchenwald.
He was not a victim of the “Nazis” there.
How do we know that?
Well, how do we know that Elie Wiesel
was at Buchenwald?
1. We have a numerical file (registration)
card for Lazar Wiesel from Sighet, born
1913.
2. We have a questionnaire (Fragebogen)
made out for and signed by a Lázár Wiesel,
a 16-year old Jew from Sighet.
3. We have a transport list from Buchenwald to France with the name La zar
Wiesel, born Oct. 4, 1928.
4. We see a picture of him in the famous
photograph taken in Barracks #56 on April
16, 1945.
5. We have a death report for Abraham
Viezel on 2-2-1945, in Block 57.
6. We have a transport list from Auschwitz
to Buchenwald with the names Lazar
Wiesel, #123565, born 4 September 1913
and Abram Viezel, #123488, born 10
October 1900.
7. We have a photo of the “rescued
children” marching out of the Buchenwald
main gate on April 27, 1945.
8. We have the book Night, in which he
says he was.
Now let’s dissect this
The above list is ordered according to its
perceived importance in proving Wiesel
was at Buchenwald, so I’ll start from the
bottom (least important) in showing that
they don’t prove any such thing.

7. Photo of Buchenwald Boys. The boy
that Ken Waltzer has identified as Elie
Wiesel (who was identified to him as such

that Lazar Wiesel, age 31 (a locksmith by
trade) and Abram Viesel, age 44, arrived at
Buchenwald on January 26, 1945 from
Auschwitz. Lazar had been given the
Buchenwald number 123565, while
Abram had 123488. There is no honest
way to turn these two into Eliezer Wiesel
and his father. The birth dates and the
names are wrong. It only proves that Elie
Wiesel claimed for himself the Auschwitz
prisoner number (A7713) of another man.
Where is the tattoo on Elie’s arm that reads
A-7713?
5. The Death Re port for Abra ham
Viezel, Buchenwald pris oner number
123488, same as on the transport list. His
death is recorded as taking place in Block
57 on February 2, 1945, not Jan. 29, 1945
as is clearly stated in Night.2
4. The Famous Liberation Photo taken
at Buchenwald on April 16, 1945 is said to
show Elie Wiesel among the men in the
bunks. Beside the fact that the face pointed
out as Elie’s doesn’t look like him (for
reasons which have been made clear) and
that he did not identify himself in it until
1983 when the campaign to get him a
No bel Prize be gan, there is also his
hospitalization which began on April
14th.3 He could not have been near death
in a hospital and in the picture at the same
time! Ken Waltzer took the liberty of
chang ing the date of the photo-tak ing
to April 12 or 13th to get around that
inconvenient fact.4
3. The Transport List to France. When
did Elie Wiesel’s birthday
change to Oct. 4th from
Sept. 30th? A majority of
boys on this list share the
birth year of 1928. The
person listed as Lazar
Wiesel is the same Lazar
Wiesel that the Questionnaire refers to, but we
have determined that this
person could not have
been Elie Wiesel. It is
true that Elie Wiesel
went to France, but how
he got there, and when, is
not clear.
2. The Questionnaire
(right) was apparently
prepared for and signed
by all prisoners prior to their
release. It is dated April 22,
1945; the prisoner number
is 123165, different by one
digit from our pre vi ous
Lazar Wiesel, and is the
num ber be long ing to a
recently deceased inmate,
Pavel Kun, born July 6,
1926. It would seem from
this that Lázár Wiesel is a
newcomer who had been
given a number that had
just been released.
The name Lázár is
spelled with distinct, heavy
accent marks; the birth date
given is Oct. 4, 1928; date
of arrest is April 16, 1944 (Elie’s family’s
deportation was at the end of May/early
June); the signature on the back does not
match Elie Wiesel’s known signature or
handwriting. The signature is also written
with accents over the a’s in Lázár, implying
that the accenting originated with Lázár
and not with the official person who filled
out the form.5
But, beyond all this, on April 22 Elie
Wiesel was in a hospital in or near
Buchenwald camp “hanging between life
and death” after coming down with severe
food poi son ing. He was taken to the
hospital on April 14 and not released until
April 28, according to his own words in his
“autobiographical” Night and his 1995
memoir All Rivers Run to the Sea. Therefore,
he could not have been interviewed or
signed the document.3

above my father, who was still alive. The date was
January 28, 1945. I woke up at dawn on January 29.
On my father’s cot there lay another sick person. They
must have taken him away before daybreak and taken
him to the crematorium.” – Night, 2006 Marion

The Yiddish original, Un di Velt Hot Gesvign, says
Father’s death occurs on the 18-19 of Shevat:
“For a couple of hours I stayed by him and looked at
his face long and well […] Then they forced me to go
lie down to sleep. I climbed up to the uppermost bunk
and I did not know that in the morning, on awakening,
I would find my father no more.”
It was the eighteenth of Shevat, 5705.
Nineteenth of Shevat. Early in the morning.
“I got up and ran to my father. Another sick man
was lying in his place.”
“I had a father no more.” (pp 233-238)
Readers might be surprised to learn that the Hebrew
calendar date of 18-19 Shevat, 5705 corresponds to
February 1-2, 1945. This gives credence to the idea
that Abram Viesel’s death is the model for the story
And The World Re mained Si lent. The date in the
original story for Father’s death and the date of
Buchenwald records for Abram’s death concur. This
leads me to question Elie Wiesel’s personal knowledge
of events at Buchenwald because why would he
change the date to Jan. 28-29 if he knew the significance
of Feb. 1-2?
Also, the death took place in Block 57, the report
said, which would seem to be next door to Block 56
where the famous Buchenwald liberation photo was
said to be taken.

Also in Un di Velt Hot Gesvign (the original Yiddish
story from which Night was taken), p.244:
“Three days after liberation I became very ill;
food-poisoning. They took me to the hospital and the
doctors said that I was gone. For two weeks I lay in
the hospital between life and death. My situation grew
worse from day to day.”
Another question that occurs is: Of all the photos
taken in Buchenwald after liberation, why don’t we
find even a single one with Elie Wiesel in it? Knowing
he wasn’t there at all may be why he liked the food
poisoning/hospitalization story – it can explain why
he doesn’t show up in any pictures. But it totally

some doubt6 over Nikolaus
Grüner’s ac count of

does not prove that this
Lazar Wiesel is Elie
Wiesel. It does not make
Ever again
any sense that all the birth dates for the
same person would be different! It makes
more sense that there were several persons
with similar names.
Note that this card identifies Lazar
Wiesel as a locksmith (Schlosserfehrling),
something the 15-year-old Elie Wiesel
never would have identified himself as. In
Night he identified himself upon entry to
Auschwitz as “a farmer” (p. 32, MW
translation) and continued not to boast of
any skill (of which he had none anyway) so
as not to be sent out for specialized work.
Conclusion
So we end up realizing there is no hard
or clear evidence that Elie Wiesel ever set
foot in Buchenwald in 1945. What’s more,
he and others (including Ken Waltzer)
have actively and knowingly lied about
photographs, dates, times, names, etc. This
has gone on with the blessings and support
of Yad Vashem Ho locaust Memo rial in
Is rael, the U. S. Ho lo caust Me mo rial
Museum in Washington DC, the New York
Times Company and other establishment
me dia, and the mul ti tude of Jew ish/
Holocaust-promoting organizations across
the globe. It is a giant criminal conspiracy
when one really takes a look at it.
Someone, preferably Elie Wiesel, needs
to explain all the discrepancies in his tale.
He has never offered to and never been
asked to. If Wiesel won’t at tempt an

What nonsense. The officially declared date of the
photo is April 16, which is well established. Waltzer is
simply trying to evade with lies the serious problem of
Wiesel going into the hospital two days before that.
This is not how a respectable, responsible historian
does things.
In addition, Waltzer is saying that the photograph
was taken in the children’s barracks #66, which is
utterly wrong. The official description says it was
barracks #56, for men, or possibly a sick barracks. If
Abram Viezel was in a sick barracks when he died
(#57), then #56 might also be an “infirmary” barracks.

this proves that Lazar Wiesel is Elie Wiesel, but what
about the very wrong birthdate? Why don’t we have a
card for Szalamo too? These cards are kept at Bad
Arolson, not at the Buchenwald Memorial Museum
Archive; only people with special permission (like
Waltzer) have access to them.

The lens caps are back on for another
year. The satellite trucks have trundled off,
the police patrols have melted away and
the security fence has been fork-lifted off.
Bilderberg has left the building and finally
the residents of Old Hempstead Road are
getting their verge back.
No one who witnessed it will soon forget
Bilderberg Watford. Or “Hert ford shire
2013” as the official security lanyards call
it, coyly. (The organizers clearly couldn’t
quite bring themselves to embrace the
name Watford – it hasn’t got that blue-chip,
billionaire ring to it.)
“Hertfordshire 2013” went out with a
bang, not a whimper, as talkshow host
Alex Jones exploded on Sunday Politics,
and Ken Clarke found himself answering
questions in parliament. Issues of security
funding, lobbying registers and undeclared
interests remain, but they will be picked
apart in the weeks to come. For now, it’s
time for Watford to reflect on what just
happened.
Pities them
“I wouldn’t join ’em, even if they asked
me,” said Jack Ruck, an 87-year-old RAF
veteran. Jack stared up at the luxury Grove
Hotel. “200 quid a night? I’d rather sleep in
my car.” Jack felt a genuine pang of sorrow
for the Bilderberg delegates, spending so
long conferencing in their five-star gulag.
“What do they want out of life?” he wondered. “I think they’d have been happier
round my back garden having a barbecue.”
Of all the politicians and policymakers
at Bilderberg this year, the hap pi est,
without a doubt, was none of the delegates.

Tucker, Jr., of American
Free Press was ferreting
out the locations of these
secret Bilderberg annual
confabs years before most
Brits had even heard of the
thieves. For half a century
he stalked them wherever
they convened their shady
deal-making that can only
be called a conspiracy. It’s
devoid of transparency.
It was Michael Meacher. He had such a
rewarding time in the press zone on
Thursday – “the most fun I’ve had in the
last 20 years of politics” – that he came
back towards the end of the conference to
deliver a barnstorming speech at the
Bilderberg Fringe.
Lunatics running the asylum
A grey and dapper fireball of righteous
indignation, Meacher energized the crowds,
rail ing might ily against the fail ure of
democracy that the conference represents.
He pointed out the irony that that while
people were demanding more transparency
from those in power, the public themselves
have never been more transparent to the
powers that be, with every email, text and
private message visible to GCHQ & co.
The crowd whooped and roared, the sun
blazed and the years fell away from
Meacher. He hopped off the platform like a
young firebrand, and was mobbed by
grateful campaigners. “This moment is
historical,” smiled Basílio Martins, a
journalist from Portugal. “People need to

know about Bilderberg, and now they start
to know.”
Change
At the weekend, the press zone inside
the hotel grounds morphed into a public
zone, and the crowds were astonishing.
Two thousand people inside the paddock –
that’s up from barely a dozen in 2009. A
huge queue of people zig-zagged up and
down Grove Mill Lane; it’s estimated that
another 2,000 were turned away. So, more
people were turned away from Bilderberg
2013 than had shown up to all previous
Bilderberg conferences put together. If
that’s not a sign of the times, I don’t know
what is.
But the biggest change has been in the
coverage. Finally, after 59 years, Bilderberg
has beeped its way onto the radar of the
mainstream press. Basílio showed me
photocopies of some Portuguese papers.
He translated from the Diário Económico:
“They get together to define the political
agenda of the world.” Portugal’s main
opposition leader, António José Seguro,
was con fronted by jour nal ists on live
television, and asked about Bilderberg.
“He was very angry, he turned his face and
said he would not answer.”
Invisible man
David Cameron is likely to face questions
from journalists about the visit he paid to
Bilderberg on Friday. But he’ll be fine
about that, as Downing Street declared:
“The Prime Minister has always been clear
about the importance of transparency.”
Tamsin Cave of the Al li ance for
Lobbying Transparency is skeptical. “The
Prime Minister is a public servant. His job
is to represent the public interest. When he
is meeting with this elite group of business
leaders whose interest is he really serving?”
One pro-transparency campaigner has
had enough: “For too long, those in power
made de ci sions be hind closed doors,
re leased in for ma tion be hind a veil of
jargon and denied people the power to hold
them to account.”
This particular critic of closed-doors
government is a certain David Cameron,
speaking shortly after taking office. “This
coalition is driving a wrecking ball through
that culture,” he said, “and it’s called
transparency.”
Clear as mud
Cameron wasn’t the only one swinging
the wrecking-ball of transparency inside
this year’s Bilderberg. He was joined on
the end of the chain by Jessica Mathews,
who sits on the ad vi sory coun cil of
Transparency International, and James
Wolfensohn, who’s on the advisory council
of Trans par ency In ter na tional USA.
Together, I’m sure, they were lobbying
hard to open up this last bastion of murky
politicking to the sunlight. If they could
find the time between seminars.
No time for slacking off and lolling
about on the lawns. These oil company
bosses and billionaire venture capitalists
have got “Africa’s challenges” to sort out,
and all that “big data” to divvy up. That’s
why, as Bilderberg’s brand new “media
contact” told me, the conference food is
“buffet only, all days, all meals”. You don’t
align this many diaries to waste time on
banqueting. A scoop of coronation chicken
and a bread roll, then it’s back to the
coalface.
“Aye, they’re hard at work up there,”
said Jamie Hughes, who drove seven
straight hours from Kilmarnock to see the
event for himself. “They’ve got deals to
sign, the world to globalize – it always gets
me how busy they are.”
Jamie is impressed by their industry, if
not their candor. “Our politicians have lied
to us for years. At first it makes you
depressed, then it makes you angry.” Is that
why you’re here, I asked him, because

in short supply in Watford this week. Up
behind the security fence, politicians and
prime min is ters skulked around with
billionaire industrialists and media moguls
at the world’s biggest private corporate
lob by ing jolly, while down in the
Bilderberg press paddock it was so busy
that the porta loo roll-hold ers ran low.
Over by the hedge, the Hare Krishnas did
a roaring trade with their free vegetable
curries. A connection? I prefer not to
speculate.
The free food and glorious sunshine
kept the mood light, and the only time you
saw a po lice man with arms around a
protester was for a souvenir photo. Inspector
Moss of Herts Constabulary spent days
pedaling around the venue, keeping an eye
on the crowds. He hopped off long enough
to give his ver dict. “It’s been very
peaceable, no issues. Everyone’s been
friendly, polite.”
Dutch journalist Jurriaan Maessen
agrees. “It’s a great atmosphere on the
ground, beautiful people, very dynamic.
I have beautiful feelings about it,” he
says. “There are all kinds of people here.
Different opinions. It is not monolithic.”
Maessen is covering “Hertfordshire
2013” for explosivereports.com. Half a
mile away, his prime minister was closeted
with the head of Google, the chief executive
of Royal Dutch Shell and the chairman of
Lazard International (otherwise known as
Lord Mandelson, chairman of Lazard International
Lord Mandelson).
“I feel a kind of moral indignation,”
Maessen says. “I pay taxes, so I want to
know what my elected officials are talking
about. That’s how I’d like my politics to
be. It is time for Bilderberg to make a
choice: either it’s private, you hold a nice
little party, but you don’t let the po lice
secure your event, you pay all the costs,
and it’s a nice little talking shop between
friends. Or it’s not private.”
As to what they’re discussing, “perhaps
they are sitting around saying beautiful
things. A bunch of enlightened souls sitting
together.”
Maessen smiles at the thought. “I doubt
it though.”
A less secretive kind of gathering
Unlike Bilderberg, this one was
right out in the open and made no
attempt at compromising the local
authorities, including police.

rally in Erie, PA, with their firearms in
hand – purposely defying a local ordinance
that prohibits guns at city parks.
“We are American patriots, and we are a
force to be reckoned with!” yelled Pastor
George Cook of North Bangor at the Perry
Square park gazebo on June 22, WSEE-TV
reports.
Law of the land
“First, our constitution…says that the
right of people to bear arms in defense of
themselves and the State shall not be
questioned,” said Cook. “The preemption
clause in our State law…says that local
towns like Erie can’t make other laws
concerning firearms.”
Cook was one of about 80 who showed
up to support “Open Carry Pennsylvania.”
Erie police estimated there were 15 to 20
people carrying firearms in the crowd, and
they issued citations to some of them,
noted the Erie Times-News.
Rally organizers tried to get an injunction
against the city ordinance, but failed.

“Those at the rally carrying guns, both
handguns and semiautomatic rifles, are
subject to a fine of between $100 and $300
and up to 90 days in prison if they fail to
pay the fines. Police walked around the
crowd and noted license plate numbers of
parked cars in an attempt to identify people
carrying weapons. They said they would

mail citations to people carrying weapons
who were successfully identified.
“‘They’ve been going around writing
down everyone’s license plate number…’

defend those who brought firearms to the

Pennsylvania Supreme Court that has now
issued an order to the city to file an answer
by June 28th…
“‘There’s all types of towns and cities
that have actually dismissed their ordinances
just for a simple letter from an attorney or
the DA saying hey we’re not gonna enforce
it. Why can’t I get that same support here?’
Dillon asked. ‘I’m hoping and I’m sure that
the Supreme Court may probably go on our
side.’”

Detroit rock bottom: City announces $2.5bn debt default

revenue base. Meanwhile, the city’s budget
deficit is likely to exceed $380 million by
July 1.
Orr, who was appointed three months
ago by Michigan Governor Rick Snyder to
salvage the city’s finances and operations,
has met with skepticism by local residents
who have accused him of exaggerating the
current situation.
Detroit said it will stop making payment
on $2.5 billion of the city’s massive $18.5
billion debt and has asked creditors to
accept ten cents in the dollar of what the
city owes them in a bid to avoid the largest
municipal bankruptcy filing in U. S. history.
More of the same medicine
Detroit Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr
said the city would stop making payments
on its unsecured debt in a bid to “conserve
cash” for vital services like police and
firefighters. He fur ther said pen sion
benefits both present and future along with
healthcare would face cuts, while control
over the city’s water and sewage would be
turned over to an independent body.
“We’re tapped out,” Orr was quoted by
WWJ-TV as saying. “We need to come
up with a plan to re structure our debt
obligations and our legacy obligations
going forward – that is: pension, other
employee benefits, healthcare, so on and so
forth.”
Orr continued that $1.25 billion would
be set aside over the next decade, $750
million of which will go towards public
safety, including funds for police, fire,
streetlights and other en deav ors. The
remaining $500 million will be for blight
removal.

with about 180 bond insurers, pension
trustees, union representatives and other
creditors holding Detroit debt on June 14

who asked not to be identified told Reuters
Orr’s proposal was likely more than debt
holders would be able to accept.
“It’s just too much. It is an unprecedented amount to ask.”
If creditors reject the plan, Detroit could
be forced into what would be by far the
largest-ever municipal bankruptcy in U. S.
history.
Orr said there is a “50-50” chance the
city will be forced into bankruptcy and that
decision would likely happen in the next
30 days.
“Financial mismanagement, a shrinking
population, a dwindling tax base and other
factors over the past 45 years have brought
De troit to the brink of fi nan cial and
operational ruin,” Orr said.
In a report issued to creditors on June
14, Detroit’s skyrocketing debt, pension
and healthcare obligations will increase to
almost 65 percent of total city revenue by
2017, up from the current level of 42.5
percent.

percent decline in population since 2000,
while unemployment surged from 6.3
percent in June 2000 to 18.3 percent in
June 2012, further shrinking the city’s

Force-feeding Gitmo prisoners contradicts medical ethics
Force-feeding people during a
voluntary hunger strike is an abuse
of the Hippocratic Oath. Medical
personnel at Gitmo shouldn’t obey
orders that violate their ethical
principles, psychiatrist Terry Kupers
told Russia Today.

If the hunger strike continues in
Guantanamo, inmates will most likely face
irreversible organ damage and eventually
death, Terry Kupers, psy chi atrist and
consultant for Human Rights Watch says.
But force-feeding prisoners also contradicts
medical ethics and this aggravated assault
alongside other abuses, psychiatrist argues,
will result in “permanent psychological
damage.”
Over 150 medical professionals have
signed an open letter calling on the U. S. to
allow prisoners at the Guantanamo Bay
detention center to receive independent
medical care.
RT: How likely is it that there will be a
response to the doctors’ petition and that
they will actually be allowed to examine
Guantanamo detainees?

Truth will out
Terry Kupers: I’m pessimistic that they
will be allowed in. If they are allowed in,
they will act in an ethical fashion and the
situation of the prisoners will improve
greatly.
RT: If the doctors receive the green
light, will anything change in the way
detainees are treated?
TK: There are clear ethical standards in
medicine and the first is – do no harm. That
is the first principle of the Hippocratic
Oath. To force-feed people participating in
a voluntary hunger strike is considered an
abuse of that ethical standard.
In a New England journal of medicine
article doctors recently called it aggravated
assault, and I agree. Doctors should not be
following orders from commanders to do
things that violate their ethical principles.
Rather they should be taking care of their
patient. If, with informed consent, a patient
decides as an expression of free speech to
stop eating, then the doctor’s job is to offer
the best education to that patient about
potential bodily harm and also to provide
care when necessary.
RT: The Chair of the U. S. Senate Intelligence Committee has joined the line of
Human rights groups and the UN in calling
for an end to force feeding detainees as a
method to keep hunger strikers alive. How
will this affect the current situation?
TK: The important point to notice is
that there is public recognition of what is
going on – as happened when the torture
that occurred in Abu Ghraib prison was
exposed. The military of the United States
operates in secret and does not want the
world to know what is going on.
But public attention is calling the actual
practice into question. Doctors need to be
up front, and the entire medical profession
needs to step into this. The World Medical
Association has provided a statement that
is very strong: It is unethical to participate in
the force-feeding of people on a voluntary
hunger strike – and all physicians should
join that call.
Indicting their custodians
RT: Significant damage is done to the
hu man brain and body after 90 days of
star vation. Could the hunger strikers’
health be dire after over four months of
starvation?
TK: It is potentially lethal for sure and
after a month or two there is deterioration
of organs. For different people, it means

differ ent organs and differ ent rates of
deterioration. But yes, in the length of time
these individuals have been on a hunger
strike that is something one might expect to
see, and that is a great tragedy.
The continuing tragedy
RT: Could you ex plain some of the
effects on their long-term mental health if
the prisoners are to continue their protest?
TK: As I read more and more about
what is going on, it has been secret mostly,
so we’re only recently hearing much about
what is going on. The force-feeding is an
entirely toxic situation where the individual
is tied/strapped to a restraint chair. The
tube is forced down his throat. They tend to
vomit in that situation when food is forced
into the body. They are being involuntarily
subjected to medications that have very
dangerous side effects.
Doctors should not participate in these
medical ethics abuses and the U. S. military
should not be doing it. One of the purposes
of torture is to cause permanent damage.
So, again, in reference to Abu Ghraib – the
humiliation of prisoners, stripping them
naked, putting them on top of each other,
mocking their genitals and religious belief
– that is deliberately intended to cause
permanent damage, for instance in their
intimate life, in their religious life.
Well the same thing holds for a hunger
strike. For instance, there are also at the
same time extremely invasive searches
going on of the genitals, of the anus, and
the exploiting of those prisoners’ Korans
who are Muslims. All this has very serious
implications in terms of their integrity as
human beings retaining any capacity for
intimacy as religious beings, and certainly
there will be permanent psychological
damage from that type of severe trauma.

Last Spring my son and I flew to
Fargo. It was Lent and he wanted to attend
Sunday mass. Saints Anne and Joachim
Catholic Church was conveniently down
the road.
I left the service at its very beginning.
Before Vatican II, the priest would exhort
the faithful: “Sursum corda!” But when
trying to lift up my heart I was brought
down to this earth by baby-crying and the
children’s unruliness there. While waiting
for that mass to end I spent some time in
the church vestibule browsing through its
literature and found this pamphlet, Pope
Benedict XVI, composed by Amy Welborn
and published by Our Sunday Visitor.
The heading, “Who is Pope Benedict?”
reads: “Pope Benedict was born on April
16, 1927, on Holy Saturday. In his youth,
he was exposed to the horrors of Nazi
Germany, which left a lasting impression
on him.”

Likewise, Pope Pius XII
was exposed to the horrors

destroyed by Red artillery before German
bombs fell as asked for by Franco, meant

Ezra Pound’s World War II reply

me insane.” The United States government
faced several problems in prosecuting Pound.
First of all, because Italy’s radio broadcasts
were so weak, they were unable to prove
anyone in United States had actually heard
his broadcasts. More importantly, Pound
still had a strong following among the
artistic and intellectual community in the
United States, and to have him publicly

expound on his views on the war, Jewish

considered the poet most responsible for
de fin ing and pro mot ing a mod ern ist
aesthetic in poetry. He was born October
30, 1885 in Hailey, Idaho Territory, United
States and died at age 87 November 1,
1972 in Venice, Italy.
His grandfather, Thaddeus C. Pound,
was Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin.
Largely unremembered and uncelebrated
today, he was an exceptional poet, critic
and intellectual who was a major figure in
poetry and music in the first half of the 20th
Century. He opened a seminal exchange of
ideas between American and British writers
and generously advanced the work of
major contemporaries such as Robert Frost,
William Williams, Ernest Hemingway, and
especially T. S. Elliot.
Power ful 20th Century mind
He also had a profound influence on the
Irish writers W. Butler Yeats and James
Joyce. His own significant contributions
to poetry began with his promotion of
Imagism which derived its technique from
classical Chinese and Japanese poetry,
two of the several languages in which he
was fluent. It eschewed traditional rhyme
and meter in order to, as Pound put it,
“compose in the sequence of the musical
phrase, not in the sequence of the metronome.” Upon meeting him, the critic Hugh
Kenner said of Pound, “I suddenly knew
that I was in the presence of the center of
modernism.” While he was still a child, his
family moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
where he entered University of Pennsylvania
at the age of 15 and finally received an MA
from Penn in Romance philology in 1906.
An American expatriate, he moved to
Europe in 1908, living first in Venice
where he self published his first collection
of short poems , A Lume Spento, in Italian
but then moved to London. In the years
before World War I Pound edited his
friend, T. S. Elliot’s The Waste Land, the
poem which forced Pound’s new poetic
sensibility into public attention. In 1915
he published Cathay, a small volume of
poems which he described as “For the most
part from the Chinese of Rihaku (Li Po)
from the notes of the late Ernest Fenellorosa,
and the deciphering of professors Mori and
Ariga.” Unlike earlier American translators
of Chinese poetry, who used strict metrical
and stanza patterns, Pound gave his readers
free verse translations because of their ease
of diction and conversation.
Political awakening
World War I had a profound effect on
many writers and poets and shattered
Pound’s belief in modern Western civilization, and he left London soon after to move
to Paris in 1920, but not before beginning
The Cantos in 1915, which pointed to his
future work. In Paris he moved among a
circle of artists, musicians and writers in
the world of modern art and surrealist
movements. He was close friends with
Ernest Hemingway who was to become
involved in the Spanish Civil War on the
Republican (Communist) side. He said to
Hemingway later, “Every man of common
sense, including the odd British MP, knows
that every man of common sense prefers
Fascism to Communism, from the moment
he learns a few concrete facts about both of
them.” During his Paris time he wrote critical
prose and translations and composed two
operas and several pieces for violin. In
1922 he met and began an affair with Olga
Rudge, a violinist, which lasted the rest of
his life.
On October 10, 1924 Pound left Paris
permanently and moved to Rapallo, Italy,
where he continued to be a creative catalyst,
giving the starving young sculptor, Heinz
Henges, lodging and marble to carve, and
he organized an annual series of concerts
to perform a wide range of Classical and
Gulag gambit

ac tiv ity con trib uted im mensely to the
revival of the music of Vivaldi, who had
been neglected since his death.
Involvement
In 1933, he befriended Benito Mussolini
and presented him with a draft of XXX

Later Mus so lini was to ask him to do a
series of broadcasts from Rome, which he
did. In 1939, with the outbreak of World
War II, Pound made his first trip back to the
United States in many years. He considered
making the move permanent, but returned
to Italy, largely because he and Olga Rudge
had had a daughter, Mary, who had lived in
Italy for 16 years since her birth.
Pound re mained in It aly af ter the
outbreak of World War II and the United
States’ en try into it in 1941. He made
several radio broadcasts from Rome during
the war for which he was paid a small sum.
He also wrote many newspaper pieces. He
disapproved of American involvement in
the war and tried to use his political contacts
in the United States to prevent it. Pound’s
radio broadcasts from Rome centered on
political and cultural matters, art, patronage
and eco nomic the o ries. He be lieved
economics was the core issue for the war.
Specifically, his talks were largely about
Jew ish usury and that rep re sen tative
democracy had been usurped by bankers’
infiltration of governments through the
central banks which made governments
pay interest to private banks for the use of
their own money. He main tained the
central bank’s ability to create money out of
thin air allowed banking interests to buy up

war. Pound was not the first prominent
American to expound these views. In 1922
New York City Mayor John Hylan had said

denunciation of the war.
The dilemma of his critics
Pound’s biographer Humphrey Carpenter
said Pound’s broadcasts were a “masterly
performance” and that “Certainly there
were Americans in 1941 who would have
agreed with every word Ezra said at the
mi cro phone about the United States
government, the European Conflict, and the
power of the Jews.” Pound was indicted
for treason in 1943 by the United States
government.
When Allied Forces overran Southern
Italy in July 1943, Mussolini was dismissed
by King Victor Emmanuel III and interned
at the moun tain resort of Gran Sasso.
However, Mussolini was freed two months
later by German troops under the command
of Otto Skorzeny and moved farther North,
where a Fascist Republic was established
without the King. Pound was also moved
northwards, and, as Mussolini’s puppet
regime crumbled on May 3, 1945, Pound
was captured by partisans whom he asked
to take him to the U. S. Command at
Levagna, from where he was transferred to
Pisa and spent 25 days in an open cage
before being given a tent. He drafted the
Pisan Cantos in the camp which was a
meditation on his own and Europe’s ruin
and on his place in the natural world. The
Pisan Cantos won the first Bollingen Prize
from the Library of Congress in 1949.
After the war, Pound was returned to the
United States to face charges of treason,
but the charges only covered the period
when It aly and the United States were
formally at war. That is, before the time the
Allies captured Rome. Pound courageously
This would have been very much akin to
trying the “enemy combatants” of the
United States’ cur rent un de clared and
unconstitutional “war on terror” against an
unnamed and ill-defined foe within the
confines of the United States. Thus they
have been incarcerated at Guantanamo and
tried before military tribunals outside the
public’s view. A deal was thus made to
have his lawyers plead him insane, and he
was incarcerated on the psychiatric ward
of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington,
DC, for the next twelve years. Following
his release, Pound was asked his opinions
on his home country. He famously quipped,
“America is a lunatic asylum.” After this
he returned to Rapallo, Italy, and then to
Venice, where he remained until his death
in 1972.
While incarcerated at St. Elizabeth’s
Hospital, Pound commissioned a book,
Secrets of the Federal Reserve, which
charged that Jewish bankers in charge of
the Federal Reserve and their associates in
the Bank of England were responsible for
getting the United States into both world
wars, in an effort to drive up government
debt beyond sustainable levels.

define and destroy
his presidency.
On June 13, while
he was ringing in

informed the White
House press that
U. S. weapons will be going to the Syrian
rebels.
For two years Obama has stayed out of
this sectarian-civil war that has consumed
90,000 lives. Why is he going in now?
The White House claims it now has

100-150 people, thus crossing a “red line”

Defied, his credibility challenged, he had
to do something.
Yet Assad’s al leged use of sarin to
justify U. S. intervention seems less like

recapture Aleppo, the largest city.
Should Assad succeed, it would mean a
decisive defeat for the rebels and their
backers: the Turks, Saudis and Qataris.
And it would mean a geostrategic victory
for Iran, Hezbollah and Russia, who have
proven themselves reliable allies.
To prevent this defeat and humiliation,
we are now go ing to ship arms and
ammunition to keep the rebels going and in
control of enough territory to negotiate a
peace that will remove Assad.
The new paradigm
We are going to make this a fair fight.
What is wrong with this strategy? It is
the policy of an amateur. It treats war like a
game. It ignores the lessons of history.
And, as it continues a bloodbath with no
prospect of an end to it, it is immoral.
In every great civil war of modernity –
the Russian civil war of 1919-1921, the
Span ish civil war of 1936-1939, the
Chinese civil war of 1945-49, one side
triumphs and takes power. The other loses
and lives with the consequences – defeat,
death, exile.

take us to war in Syria? Where does our
imperial president get his authority to draw
red lines and attack countries that cross

Have we ceased to be a republic? Has
Con gress become a mere spec tator to
presidential decisions on war and peace?
As Vladi mir Putin seems less the
re luc tant war rior, what do we do if
Moscow answers the U. S. escalation by
delivering on its contract to provide S-300
antiaircraft missiles to Damascus, which
can cover half of Israel?
None of our business
Obama has put us on the escalator to a
war already spilling over Syria’s borders
into Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan, a
war that is now sundering the entire
Middle East along Sunni and Shia lines.
He is making us de facto allies of the
Al-Qaida-like al-Nusra Front, of Hamas
and jihadists from all across the region,
and of the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt’s
President Mohammed Morsi just severed
ties to Syria and is demanding a “no-fly
zone,” which one imagines the United
States, not the Egyptian air force, would
have to enforce.
Our elites shed tears over the 90,000
dead in Syria. But what we are about to do
will not stop the killing, but simply lengthen
the duration of the war and increase the
numbers of dead and wounded.
Let’s have a show of hands
At the top of this escalator our country

Israel detains, tortures, uses minors as human shields

Thousands of Palestinian children
were systematically injured, tortured and
used as human shields by Israel, the UN
Committee on the Rights of the Child has
reported. Israel’s foreign minister denied
the report’s accusations, calling it “recycled
old stuff.”
Habitual
During the ten-year period examined
by UN human rights experts, up to 7,000
chil dren aged 9 to 17 were ar rested,
interrogated and kept captive, the UN
Committee on the Rights of the Child
(CRC) said in its new report. At least 14
cases of abuse were reported to have taken
place in the past three years.

felony for which underage Palestinians are
taken to prison – convicted Palestinian
minors face penalties of up to 20 years in
jail, the CRC reported.
“Palestinian children arrested by [Israeli]
mil i tary and po lice are sys tem at i cally
subject to degrading treatment, and often to
acts of torture, are interrogated in Hebrew,
a language they did not understand, and
sign confessions in Hebrew in order to be
released,” the report said.
Children are fitted with leg chains and
shackles to appear before military courts,
and are often held in solitary confinement.
The committee blames Israel’s “longstand ing oc cu pa tion” of Pal es tin ian
territory for the “severe and continuous
vio lations of the rights of Palestin ian
chil dren and their fam i lies.” Many
Pal es tin ian chil dren are de nied birth
certificates, health care and education, as
well as basic needs such as clean water.
Israel – which disputes the international
stance that its West Bank settlements are
illegal – denied the accusations. The Israeli
Foreign Ministry accused the UN report
of “recycling old stuff” that carries “no
importance.”
“If someone simply wants to magnify
their political bias and political bashing of
Israel not based on a new report, on work
on the ground, but simply recycling old
stuff, there is no importance in that,”
Reuters quoted Foreign Ministry spokesperson Yigal Palmor as saying.
According to Palmor, officials from the
ministry and the military cooperated with
UNICEF in March for its work on the
report. He claimed the effort was aimed at
improv ing the treatment of Palestin ian
minors in Israeli custody.
“Israel will study the conclusions and
will work to implement them through
ongoing cooperation with UNICEF, whose
work we value and respect,” he said back
then.

ast month we went to the Jimmy
Carter Center in Atlanta where the original
copy of George Washington’s Constitution
was on public view. The Ladies of Mount
Vernon paid over nine million dollars for it.
This was a beautiful, leather-bound book
not more than 1½" thick. I took my shoes
off and wept as I looked at it.
Beside it was Jimmy Carter’s copy, at
least 6" thick. Need I say more?
The entire Center is a propaganda show
depicting Carter as the Great Savior of the
world and the UN. We remember him and
his treason, giving away the Panama Canal
with that other traitor, Sen. Howard Baker.
Baker appeared in Chattanooga before a
huge rally of Americans loudly protesting
this giveaway of our Canal, where he was
overheard telling his aide: “This is the kind
of poor, White trash a U. S. Senator puts up
with.”
At the Center, a prominent display about
the giveaway contained a large photograph
of petitions signed by citizens who were
vehemently opposed, noting that a huge
majority of Americans were against it, and
that twenty Senators having voted for this
treason lost their seats in the next election.

Mexican meddlers are eager to
boost Obamnesty – by providing
birth certificate vending machines
at Mexican consulates!

I write from Mexico, where my family
and I are visiting for
about a month. Of
course I try to keep
up with the latest on
the amnesty debate
in the U. S.; and, of
course, that’s being
covered down here
in Mexico too. Guess
what? Mexicans support amnesty! So it
must be good for the United States, right?
Being here in Mexico while this is going
on brings back memories. As longtime
readers of vdare.com know, it was my
experience living in Mexico for many
years that helped transform me into an
American immigration patriot.
The Mexican media and political class
keep close tabs on U. S. im mi gra tion
leg is la tion – closer tabs than most
Americans do. And of course Eduardo
Medina-Mora, Mexico’s ambassador in
Washington, is particularly on top of
things:
“The Ambassador of Mexico in the
United States, Eduardo Medina Mora,
praised the migratory reform Project being
discussed in the U. S. Senate” (Embajador
de México en EU alaba avance en reforma
migratoria, by Angel Villarino, Terra.com,
June 12th, 2013).
The ambassador prefaced his remark
with a typical disclaimer: “The government
of Mexico admits that migratory reform in
the United States is a domestic issue...”
(Mexican diplomats say that when they’re
about to meddle) “…but we cannot fail to
recognize its deep impact.”
Sugar coating the deadly pill
The am bas sa dor con tin ued: “The
possibility that this reform is passed is a
reminder of the best traditions that have
made this country great.” Actually, this
“reform” is in the tradition of things that
are destroying our nation.
Medina Mora’s comments were at an
American Enterprise Institute symposium
on June 12th – the same day the Senate
voted to begin deliberations on S.744. He
was keynote speaker at that symposium
ludicrously entitled, “Where is Mexico
Headed?”
Invasion
Where is Mexico headed? To the United
States, obviously – in droves.
And the Villarino article included this
equally ludicrous comment:
“While other gov ernments such as
South Korea or China have lobbied to
support migratory reform, Mexico (the
country with the most migrants in the
United States) has preferred to maintain
itself at the margin.”
Mexico at the margin of the immigration
debate? Baloney! Mexico is already
well-established in the United States with
its 50 consulates, and its flagrant meddling
in our internal affairs apparently isn’t an
issue. (When was the last time you heard a
GOP politician complain about it?)
Meanwhile, back in Mexico the Mexican
Con gress is also work ing on S.744.
Recently, Mexican congressman Miguel
Alonso Raya [Twitter] made a statement to
the Comisión Permanente [Permanent
Commission] of the Mexican Congress.
(The Comisión Permanente is a sort of
mini-Congress with 37 members, which is
in session during congressional recesses.)
Underground railroad
Raya’s memo was actually an exhortation
telling the Mexican executive branch to
“prepare to respond… to an unprecedented
de mand for doc u ments on the part of
Mex ican mi grants re sult ing from the
ap proval of a mi gra tory re form in the
United States,” and to “coordinate with the
State governments, the chief of the Federal
District and the municipal governments to
respond to such a demand of documentation
over nationality, identity and civil state.”
(This would include Mexican citizenship,
birth and civil state documents.)
In other words, this congressman wants
the Mexican government to get ready to
help Mexican illegal aliens to be legalized
under S. 744.
Ayala pointed out, in fact, that there
already is a demand for such documents,
and as the amnesty progresses and the
Treason Lobby keeps getting people’s
hopes up, the de mand is go ing to be
unprecedented (Diputados piden a México
prepararse ante reforma migratoria en
Estados Unidos, El Semanario, June 10,
2013).
Another, more famous, member of the
Mexican Congress, Amalia Garcia (who has
served as Governor of Zacatecas, leader of
her PRD party, congresswoman, senator,
and is currently a congresswoman again),
is think ing along the same lines. As
reported on an official website of the
Mexican Congress:
“Congresswoman Amalia Garcia Medina
(PRD) urged the federal government to
create a special fund with public resources
to support the 6.5 million Mexicans who
seek to legalize their stay in the United
States, if migratory reform is approved this
year.”
Congresswoman Garcia is chairwoman
of the congressional Migratory Affairs
committee. Obviously, a Mexican congressional Migratory Affairs committee has to
deal with U. S. immigration legislation,
right?
In what may truly be a
M e x i c a n t e ch n o l o g i c a l
innovation, Amalia Garcia
calls for the installation of
birth cer tif i cate vend ing
machines (“máquinas
expendedoras”) in Mexican
consulates in the U. S.
As reported in the Mexican congressional
bulletin:
“In a press conference, she explained
that vending machines for unfalsifiable
birth certificates be installed in the 50
Mexican consulates in the United States, as
they already exist in some States of the
country.”
And, get this: since there is (supposedly)
an Eng lish-lan guage re quire ment for
legalization, Congresswoman Garcia reports
that Mexicans in the United States have
asked the Mexican government to provide
English teachers!
Amalia Garcia is very interested in our
immigration policies:
“The PRD representative commented
that some days ago she visited Washington
with a committee of legisla tors from
Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Honduras,
Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic,
where she met with His panic lead ers,
academics, [U. S.] congressmen and [U. S.]
government functionaries.”
Streamlining the meddling
It’s not just Mexicans, but also Central
American governments meddling in our
affairs, in our immigration legislation
(with the aid of some U. S. representatives
and His panic ac tiv ists), but, if amnesty
is ac tu ally passed, the med dling will
increase. Mexico will “help” the Obama
Administration speed along the paperwork.
Hmm, do you suppose the Mexican
government would ever tell us, “No, don’t
legalize that guy – he doesn’t have the
proper paperwork”?
And this meddling will never end.
Mexico reformed its citizenship rules in
1997 so that Mexican immigrants who
take U. S. citizenship, and their U. S. born
children, can retain Mexican citizenship.
This fits in with the gen eral Mex i can
view point that peo ple in the U. S. of
Mexican ancestry are essentially Mexicans,
regardless of citizenship. As then-Mexican
President Ernesto Zedillo told MexicanAmerican politicians in Texas back in 1995:
“You’re Mexicans – Mexicans who live
north of the border.” Zedillo specifically
said he wanted to “create an ethnic lobby
with political influence similar to that of
American Jews” (“Mexico Woos U. S.
Mexicans, Proposing Dual Nationality,”

Well, we can’t say Mexico didn’t tell us.
Millions of Americans, sadly, are completely
clueless about what is happening to the
United States.
But Mexican politicians certainly aren’t.
They’re all for amnesty – and eager to do
their part to maximize its impact.
American citizen Allan Wall moved back to the
U.S.A. after many years residing in Mexico. Allan’s
wife is Mexican, and their two sons are bilingual. In
2005, Allan served a tour of duty in Iraq with the
Texas Army National Guard.
Supreme Court’s Clarence Thomas revisits “diversity“
U. S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence
Thomas has decided diversity is a “faddish
theory,” and called for an absolute end to
affirmative action in his concurring opinion
to the just-released Fisher v. Texas ruling.
The 7-1 Fisher decision vacated and
remanded a lower court ruling when Texas
failed to demonstrate affirmative action as
“necessary” to achieve “a diverse student
body” – a requirement of the Grutter v.
Bollinger decision in 2003. It was a win for
foes of affirmative action – albeit one that
won’t actually end the practice.
One justice was particularly dismayed
with the tepid decision.
“I would overrule Grutter v. Bollinger
and hold that a State’s use of race in higher
education admissions… is categorically
pro hib ited by the Equal Pro tection
Clause,” be gan Thomas in a scath ing
concurring opinion.
He didn’t stop there.
“As should be obvious, there is nothing
‘pressing’ or ‘necessary’ about obtaining
whatever educational benefits may flow
from racial diversity,” he wrote.
He went on to call diversity a “faddish
theory,” and also argued that the supporters
of affirmative action made arguments
similar to those put forth by segregationists
who sought to preserve separate facilities
for Blacks and Whites in the earlier part of
the 20th century.
“The University asserts, for instance,
that the diversity obtained through its
discriminatory admissions program prepares
its students to become leaders in a diverse
society,” he wrote. “The segregationists
likewise defended segregation on the
ground that it provided more leadership
opportunities for Blacks. … There is no
prin ci pled dis tinc tion be tween the
University’s assertion that diversity yields
educational benefits and the segregationists’
assertion that segregation yielded those
same benefits.”
Race-based programs are abhorrent to
the text of the Constitution, wrote Thomas.

presidential election with an outright
victory, gaining 18,613,329 votes, or 50.7
percent of a total of 36,704,156 ballots.

Iran’s 11th presidential election.
In a congratulatory message, Sheikhul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh

politician who has played a significant role
in promoting and defending the rights of
the Iranian nation.
“We are confident that
with your experience and
special prudence, you will
help the Islamic Republic
further develop and achieve
successes, and you will also
reinforce Iran’s position on
the international arena,” he
said.
He also ex pressed hope that Rohani
will spare no efforts to help consolidate
solidarity and develop friendly and brotherly
ties between the nations and governments
of Iran and Azerbaijan.
Nearly 50.5 million Iranians, including
more than 1.6 million first-time voters, were
eligible to participate in the presidential
election. The voter turnout in the election
was 72.7 percent, according to the Interior
Ministry.
The Iranian president-elect currently
represents Leader of the Islamic Revolution
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in the
country’s Supreme National Security
Council, is a member of the Expediency
Council and the Assembly of Experts, and
is also director of the Expediency Council’s
Center for Strategic Research.
Suing to square the circle

for applicants who are knowledgeable
about British culture. The owner was
hauled before a thought crime commission
and fined $2,500 for racial discrimination.
The New York City Commission of Human

Uninformed
Looking at the history of the White Race
over the past few centuries it seems clear
that the most damaging events were: in the
18th Century – the French Revolution; in
the 19th Century – the Napoleonic Wars
and the American Civil War; and in the
Twentieth Century – the two World Wars.
But it is the Second World War where the
gap between the popular conception of
events and the actuality is most divergent.

Konigsberg, Muhlberg, Hohenschonhausen,
Ketschendorf, Jamlitz, Funfeichen, Torgau.
Tschemoschna, Jagerndorf, Olmutz,
Rabstein, Theresienstadt, Tachau, Matej
ovce, Litzmannstadt, Pawianitze, Lubin,
Lubraniec, Lamsdorf, Rudolfsgnad,
Krusevlje, Kreuznach, Thoree-les-Pins,
Bretzenheim, Neuengamme, Fallingbostel,
Gakovo, Jarek, Molidorf Lubbecke,
Grasleben. Swientochiowice, Graudeaz,
Tost, Belowo, Grunthal, Backi Jarak,
Tenje, Sternthal, Stan Vrbas, Betschkerek,
Brux-Maltheuern, Potulice, Durst. It’s a
long list, but will it mean anything to him?
Probably not. What is it? It is a list of death
camps associated with World War II. Has
our member of the public possibly ever
heard of that huge net work of death
camps known as the Camps of the Rhine
Meadows (the “Rheinwiesenlager”). No?
OK, we’ll ask him whether he can name
for you one of the hundreds of death camps
in the USSR? No? What about the names
of any of the Siberian Gulag camps? For
example the Kuzbas camp, Tschassow Jar
and those camps in the Cen tral Asian
Republics such as Kimpersai in what is
now Kazakhstan? No? History is written
by the victors and never more so than in the
pre-internet era of modern communications
and mass propaganda. In other words in
the 68 years following WWII.
All the above death camps were places
where German civilians and German
POWs were tortured and killed. Perhaps
he’s heard of the extermination death
marches of Brunn, of Pohrlitz? Still no?
Those who died on these marches were
again Germans.
So, how many Ger man POWs and
civilians died? It couldn’t have been many
– otherwise we’d have heard about it, or so
thinks the naïve general public. I hope you
are sitting down. Between the start and
end of WWII (i.e. 1939-1945) 7.5 million
Germans (civilians and POWs) were killed.
But that’s not all. Between the end of the
war and 1951 a further 2.4 million German
POWs were killed and a further 5.8 million
German civilians were killed. In other
words 8.2 million Germans were killed
after the end of the war.
The disregarded proportions
Let me quote Dr. Claus Nordbruch: “8.2
million Germans were either murdered by
the Allied Forces and their associates or
died due to direct causes of mass starvation
and expulsion caused by the Allies and
their associates between 9th May 1945 (the
end of the war) and 9th July 1951.”
That makes 15.7 million German noncombatants killed as a result of WWII.
Now sit back and digest those figures.
These are mod er ate estimates – many
historians think these figures are on the
low side. I’ve corresponded with many in
writing this article and most, in confidence,
grudgingly agree with these figures. Yet
there is little to gain in them broadcasting
these figures and much to lose.
How did all these millions of Germans
die? The answer is that they were killed
in the usual way in which genocides are
carried out – whether it be the Ukrainian
“Holodomor” of the l920s and 30s or the
Palestinian “Nakba” of the 1940s, the
usual ad hoc mixture of methods: a bullet
in the back of the neck; mas sa cres by
Communist Partisans; ill-disciplined troops
on the rampage; casual violence; gang
rapes; expulsion; starvation; forced marches;
torture; shelling of civilian areas; aerial
bombardment including the firebombing
of cities; and intolerable con ditions in
various sorts of camps; and mass expulsion
– millions of Germans were expelled from
their home lands in what was East ern
Germany near the end and after the war –
2.1 million of them were killed or died as a
result.

None of this was ac ciden tal, as Dr.
Nordbruch makes quite clear it was
planned by the Allied Powers at the highest
levels and energetically pursued and implemented all the way down the command
chain by “the liberators of Europe.” The
book details the meetings and plans of the
Allied Governments and Allied Military
Commands, the propaganda they approved
for their own troops’ consump tion, the
orders they gave and the blind eyes they
turned. Bravely, Nordbruch hints at the
role that Jews, such as Morgenthau, played
in organizing and directing this Genocide.

Even though a few Blacks and Jews
have outright stated that they believed the
solutions to all the world’s problems would
be the extermination of White gentiles, the
majority of them don’t really want to kill us
off. They just want to milk us like aphids.

court cases that ultimately lead to things
like court orders to end segregation are
carefully planned by Jewish lawyers.
The Jews have plotted to take control of

Jewish plot called the “Protocols of the
Learned Elders of Zion” was discovered
by a Russian officer sent to spy on the
Jews. Published in English in 1905, it has
forecast world wars and Jewish activities
with incredible accuracy. It also confirms
that Jews controlled the newspapers of
most Gentile countries over one hundred
years ago already.

not believe it if you told them that someone

documentary was called “The Pruitt-Igoe
Myth.”
Background
In 1954, downtown business interests
and Disingenuous White Liberals (DWLs)
built this massive public housing project
for Blacks in St. Louis. The idea was to
cure poverty by moving them out of the
blighted slums and into the “City of the
Future.”
From the mid-1950s to the mid-1970s,
Blacks systematically destroyed Pruitt-Igoe.
They urinated in the elevators and halls.
They broke the windows. They dumped
their garbage everywhere, demolished the
custom designed “indestructible” light
fixtures and other aspects of the apartments.
Our fault?
Black Undertow made Pruitt-Igoe a no-go
zone for the police and fire department.
They turned their homes into drug and
prostitution dens. They turned the halls of
the buildings into a war zone. They went
on a rent strike which deprived the housing
authority of money to maintain the buildings,
and then physically gutted them in order to
sell the scrap metal.
It’s Whitey’s fault for moving to the
suburbs, taking away jobs and the tax base,
refusing to live amid the conditions created
by Concentrated Blackness. Should Black
children grow up without fathers, then it is
because the housing authority didn’t want
unemployed men living in the building. If
Black people were shooting and killing
each other and fouling their own nest, it is
our fault for not caring about them; we just
didn’t spend enough money on them.

Judge says Blacks and Hispanics predisposed to crime

coalition of civil rights organizations
has filed a judicial misconduct complaint
against a conservative federal judge for
discriminatory comments she allegedly
made during a speech, including that some
racial groups were predisposed to violent
crime.
Judge Edith Jones of the 5th U.S. Circuit
Court of Appeals addressed the University
of Pennsylvania law school on Feb. 20.
Her comments were not recorded, but five
students and one attorney who were in
attendance signed affidavits swearing to
what they heard.
The complaint alleges that Jones said
certain “racial groups like African-Americans and Hispanics are predisposed to
crime,” and that they are “prone to commit
acts of violence” and be involved in more
violent and “heinous” crimes than people
of other ethnicities.
The judge also allegedly said Mexicans
would prefer to be on death row in the U. S.
than serve prison terms in their native
country, and that it’s an insult for the U. S.
to look to the laws of other countries such
as Mexico.
The allegations were laid out in a
12-page complaint backed by several
Texas groups and filed June 4 in New
Orleans, where the appeals court is based.
Appointed by President Ronald Reagan,
Jones has served on the court since 1985
and was its chief justice for seven years,
until October 2012.
“Students were appalled by her speech,”
said Katie Naranjo, a spokeswoman for
the coalition backing the complaint that
in cludes the Mex i can Cap i tal Le gal
Assistance Program, the League of United
Latin American Citizens and the Texas
Civil Rights Project.
The NAACP in Austin and the National
Bar Association’s Houston affiliate also
are included.
The complaint also states that Jones said
defendants’ claims of racism, innocence,
arbitrariness, and violations of international
law and treaties are just “red herrings”
used by opponents of the death penalty.
She allegedly said claims of “mental
retardation” by capital defendants disgust
her, and the fact that those defendants were
convicted of a capital crime is sufficient to
prove they are not “mentally retarded.”

Permit me to weigh in on a point made in
the article proving the British Government
initiated the bombing of their own cities, a
tactic used by Winston Churchill to stir up
popular sentiment against Germany. That
article says the same tactic was used to
nuclear bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
There are those who believe if the atomic
bomb had been ready before Germany
surrendered, it would never have fallen on
Germany for the simple reason too many
Jews lived there. Then again the number of
Jews who did live in those two Japanese
cities was nearly nil. As they say here in
America, “Go figure!”
A lot of ink has been spilled that says
both Germany and Japan made attempts to
surrender to Washington in early 1945 and
both were refused. A friend of mine, who
was a soldier for the Ger mans, said that
after Roosevelt’s Unconditional Surrender
was made official policy, they would no

In the June TFF you noted the Spanish
“seeking only gold and plunder… in Florida,
Cuba and Mexico.” Before the sacrificial
Mass and Our Lady of Guadalupe arrived
in Mexico, the natives massacred 50,000

did Irish pagans comparably in sacrificing
their firstborn to the flames of their demon
prior to St. Patrick offering the sacrifice of

The Bible quote in “Which way, White
man” [June 2013] is totally relevant, and it
helps open eyes to the fact that White man’s
destiny relates to God. If we don’t keep the
covenant, our (His) enemies will destroy us.
Witness the Antichrist law intended to end
that covenant and ensures our demise:
“Separation of Church and State” is the
euphemism used to cover up the true nature
of that edict called “law.” The way it’s used
reveals that the real, but invisible, edict is
Antichrist law: “There is no God by State
compulsion.” This is what is forced on us
when the Antichrist sues to halt an official
prayer, or when they try to remove the true
law – the Decalogue.
This Bible quote in “Which way, White
man” does not turn TFF into something to
be feared. We are fighting the Antichrist,
whom only God can defeat. The only hope
we have is in getting back to the covenant,
which means identifying the Antichrist.
The good news is just that: all we must
do to turn White man’s destiny around is
identify the Antichrist Jews. John Peeples
uses “Communist.” That’s good, but it’s
not good enough to awaken the White
masses to the spiritual nature of the war we

What happened to being Irish and proud,
German and proud or African and proud?
Yes, not only European Whites but other
ethnicities worry that ours might become a
beige-mongrel-land. Has not every great
nation or empire fallen because of an “open
borders” policy? Allowing this homeland

surely be alien to us all!
The purple-lipped Kenyan has a great
disdain for our forefathers’ Constitution –

One side or the other will come out victorious

here is nothing new under the sun. Our
present revolution contends with what all
past ages have battled. Law of the jungle?
Well, yes, for those
born among savages.
But many an Aryan,
having imagined this
“democracy” that he
had come to worship
more civilized, lately
realizes it’s just not
to be. We can’t have
it both ways.
“You didn’t build
this!” recites from his cue cards a Kenyan
in the White House. Not all of it – but our
ancestors did, and their progeny improved
thereon except during the interregnums of
Lincoln, Wilson, Roosevelt and Johnson,
leading to that mythological ring’s last act.
Nor has any nation ever confederated itself
under lawful governance so nearly perfect
as we European Americans, none; which
explains why vagrant non-White parasites
attach themselves here in preference to all
other hosts worldwide. Yet, paradoxically,
the first thing many of those global trotters
– rootless sluggards suffering delusions of
grandeur – aim to accomplish upon arrival
is rewrite the very compact that wrought
these many wonders having whetted their
appetites for a place in an environment far
superior to the one they chose, at some risk
and inconvenience, to abandon.
Election and competition
So they must give up this “From each his
abilities, to each his needs” perverse idea
among intruders unschooled in where that
leads – otherwise, their grasp on reality.
Our choice is either for living or merely
scratching on the surface of existence. Any
sage considers himself incurably ignorant,
having discovered each problem’s solution
opening multiple new inquiries. Increased
wisdom simply renders more obvious the
vastness of his ignorance. Another option
is to get comfortable in a satisfactory niche
and believe, even if it’s only make-believe,
when habituating oneself complaisantly
within some prescribed routine.
The most powerful natural force that an
animated spirit can exercise is its soul, or –
stated in the secular voice – franchise. Not
to choose is a choice.
For, those who abhor taking sides – the
many who would avoid getting involved –
are nevertheless, as George W. Bush put it,
“either with or against us.” They make up a
great majority among all peoples including
even our own racial stock.
Such reluctance to take a stand supports
everything that’s attacking their wellbeing
and interests: these endless banksters’ wars
for instance, because the hurt hasn’t as yet
sunk in on them. All revolutions could be
avoided, were it more readily understood
why each ounce of prevention trumps a
pound of cure.
Nature’s balancing act
Can we change this? No. By observing
the fact that whatever is, is right, else it
wouldn’t exist, we see these turmoils some
call problems as, for others, opportunities.

conspiratorial maneuverings hatch another
profitable war? And what of the revolution
that finally exiles them? It’s all one to God.
If certain ants keep milking captive aphids
even as the latter suck plant juices, habits
of election, what does it prove? Perfection
is anything but the replacement of healthy
competition for resources and satisfaction
with an indolent Paradise. Somewhere in
the past, every species took its own present
path of no return. But the road forward, if
we’ll just fix our eyes on it, remains always
open.
So what this world’s most fair-skinned,
beautiful and inventive race is hoping for,
consciously or not, is emancipation from
the parasites that continue milking us while
blocking our freedom to scout new ways
up and, on a legitimate dollar, far beyond
their Slough of Despond.
Chutzpah’s rampant parade
“Be Prepared.” Thus mocks the fading
mediacracy’s headline following its latest
assignment against the Boy Scouts. Won’t
work – they’re onto you Southern Puberty
Lechery Center types whose failed try for a
journalism merit badge with, “We’re here,
we’re queer, get used to it!” didn’t earn
one. Responsible parents still guard their
children’s innocent gaiety against perverts
posing as “gays,” reminding the latter that
they’re confused not only about sex but the
difference between adjectives and nouns.
Healthy adults who love life, integrity
and nature see no problem with the Scout
Law; they are physically strong, mentally
awake and morally straight, their splendid
daily deeds helping others at all times. By
every fork in the road, lifelong scouts take
the higher route where advisable or blaze
new paths otherwise into the unknown.
For the mediacracy’s roadmap can only
lead backwards. Has anyone ever arrived
at that brain-lobotomized station where the
able willingly stop exercising themselves
physically, mentally and morally until all
inferiors, without moving so much as an
iota, become their equals? Yet (give the
devil his dues), those munchkins remain
always among us, never resting that furor
to square the circle.
However, let’s not be angry with them,
neither fearing nor hating such stalemates
as they advocate – chutzpah without a clue
regarding its vast ignorance – but rather
convert that challenge to our advantage.
Where then start? We’ve done so already,
retaking from the enemy not “the country”
(it’s going nowhere), but many of those
media that’ve bluffed the multitudes until
recently into thinking Whites guilty of all
the world’s mischiefs.
It’s the media!
Today’s incipient changeover to honest
journalism owes the fading mediacracy a
(no interest!) debt of gratitude for at least
having overplayed its bought-and-paid-for
hand, whether resulting from desperation
or overconfidence. The thing we’ve feared
has now gone belly up; fantastic numbers
are seeking no-holds-barred investigative
coverage, a zeroing-in on those enemies’
pathological scams. Had the latter not got
drunk on Big Lies and false flags, catching
onto their evil might’ve taken generations
longer.
Among the many of our people who
aren’t comfortably and hopelessly enlisted
under some sappy doctrine that preaches
diversity but actually despises it, noticing
how hawks differ from buzzards as regards
both birds’ habits and appearances isn’t a
sin.
Misguided majority
In today’s valley of the blind, however,
most people won’t hail a one-eyed man as
king, for they don’t want him scanning the
horizon and interpreting what’s out there.
Should their government’s drone bombers
be spreading something other and calling it
democracy, that might shatter this dream of
always “doing good,” whereupon playing
philanthropist would be no more fun.
Let each of us pledge ourselves to doing
good without the quotation marks. How?
By minding our own business, which takes
in enough territory here at home before we
go trying to cure all the world’s diversity.
Such an ounce of prevention could save
Western civilization. Looking after one’s
legitimate interests can become a fulltime
job.
Spinoff
For the surest way to help others is by
example alone, exercising no more force or
persuasion than justice may require. Know
thyself. Do not imagine to penetrate fully
everything that motivates those nearest and
dearest, since all of us exist in a wonderful,
exquisitely mysterious environment that’s
sufficiently diverse with each in his own
digs near at hand. Thus one avoids feeling
any compulsion to go reconstructing what
he didn’t build elsewhere.
But, by the same token, let’s also not
open too wide our own hospitality toward
outsiders desiring us to sing their anthem
in perfect harmony.
Which doesn’t say we become – as the
apparatchik identifies all opponents of his
cosmopolitan obsession – “isolationists.”
Travel to and intellectual exchanges with
foreign nations is necessary for anyone’s
complete education. Let’s just not in the
process “go Oriental,” nor, regarding those
mulattos and Africans who today demand
“proof” nobody’s a “racist,” fail to instruct
our young maidens about this type’s cagey
come-ons that often end in their murders.
Racial fidelity
It’s enough that we aim for a certain
concord among folks who more or less act,
understand, look, reason and talk like us.
One naturally meets sufficiently pleasing
diversity even in familiar surroundings. An
itch to reorder nature’s earthly Paradise
will, however, always find some confused
few conniving to outdo God, and these
couldn’t exist except as patent elements of
the cosmic equation.
The same ones calling those who don’t
play their game “isolationists” just because
they think outside the cosmopolitan box
would also assign racial fidelity into that
pejorative category. No one is accusing the
internationalist of knowing himself, much
less anything about myriad others having
chased his dream throughout history to its
boringly repetitive final act.
He’s obsessed about “racism,” a word
coined for him by the Jewish mediacracy’s
vendetta against natural diversity. What’s
to shake that automaton loose from such
stupidity as shows up anytime called upon
to protest against White rule, then hasn’t
the curiosity to wonder why his team isn’t
even slightly interested in the “change” he
helps institute: such despair as now reigns
over all the races in today’s Philadelphia,
Detroit, Rhodesia and South Africa?
Among most of the world’s population,
race is paramount. Only in White Christian
States, most of them anyway, do we find
the founding but today diminishing stock
apologizing for such excellence as results
in Other Children Left Behind but not so
far as would accept a one-way ticket back
to where they came from. Bear with me;
this is analysis, not cynicism.
No suicide for this State
The pattern becomes clear. We’re about
to come upon what the Russians – in these
times as one exception – have survived.
On February 4, 2013, Russian president
Vladimir Putin addressed the Duma, that
nation’s Parliament, regarding its tensions
with minorities:
“In Russia live Russians. Any minority,
from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia
– to work and eat in Russia – should speak
Russian, and should respect the Russian
laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, then we
advise them to go to those places where
that’s the State law.
“Rus sia does not need mi nor i ties.
Minorities need Russia, and we will not
grant them special privileges, or try to
change our laws to fit their desires, no matter
how loud they yell ‘discrimination.’
“We had better learn from the suicide of
America, England, Holland and France, if
we are to survive as a nation.
“Russian customs and traditions are not
compatible with the lack of culture or the
primitive ways of most minorities.
“When this honorable legislative body
thinks of creating new laws, it should have
in mind the national interest first, observing
that the minorities are not Russians.”
The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a
standing ovation that lasted for a full five
minutes.
The J factor
Something very similar is almost certain
to happen among other European founded
States when those dominoes imagined by
the Jewish mediacracy in setting us up for
Vietnam fall opposite to their predictions.
How can Communism’s addicts grow so
brazenly certain with their religious fervor;
why does such fanaticism learn nothing
from its own history? The only evidence a
true scholar can make out regarding these
phenomena is that diverse approaches to
logic exist because nature requires it. No
game of chess, nor any revolution bloody
or otherwise, can begin until two opposing
forces meet.
Enduring satisfaction at the rainbow’s
end is illusory; it’s all wrapped up in this
lifelong pilgrimage of getting there – and
by whatever logical route. There are higher
intellects doing good for themselves alone
primarily, but, by example, inspiring others
to adapt some of that formula to their own
betterment. Conversely, the dreamer who
never looks before leaping into a startling
new enterprise stimulates repeatedly those
who need an occasional prodding off their
laurels. A village idiot serves his purpose.
Today’s challenge
So let us not become overly-occupied
with fighting such windmills as the present
gun-grabbing frenzy. Once those private
banksters printing federal reserve notes see
their controlling shares of the ammunition
and media markets losing to others they’ve
badly underestimated while congratulating
themselves, they’ll back off a bit.
We’ve laid up our stockpiles nonstop
since that Communist front man began the
siege. Let him continue reading from his
teleprompter to each of us standing behind
the First and Second Amendments; those
moving his arms and lips are about to learn
Main Street ain’t Versailles.
We shall stay calmly informed. “Bring
’em on.” And when they tantalizingly ask,
as did Stalin, how many “assault weapons”
the Christian Church can muster, that’s for
us to know and them to find out.
Our foremost priority
Again, we’re confronted by people who
fear no pangs of conscience regarding their
crimes, but will cringe anytime thinking
they might suffer physically. So retaking
the media high ground – from where we’ll
discharge that weapon’s warning ounce of
preventive birdshot – is important for both
us and them.
It’s possible to accomplish this. We can
win. Aryans have weathered many a storm,
sent multitudes of foreign invaders reeling,
improved immensely each time absorbing
into our own native blood a more powerful
White conqueror and landed such men on
the moon.
But an insidious encroachment is today
upon us by way of voting machines, fiat
money and pornographic corporatism. We
may welcome the reinvigorating promise
of our latest challenge, or let a heretofore
cowering-in-the-shadows stalker switch to
openly plundering and enslaving, for this
much is certain: one side or the other will
come out victorious. It’s decision time.
