MARCH 2013
RUGER FIREARMS MEMORABILIA
Most of the following Ruger items are not available retail anymore and most never were. Sturm, Ruger Inc., gave out
employee gifts as far back as the mid to late fifties as Christmas gifts, tenure gifts and safety gifts. The older items all have
the SR logo. Today they have taken the Sturm out of the name so that all memorabilia is being produced with the R only. I
have acquired these items from retired employees as well as people still employed at the Newport, New Hampshire plant. I
will tell you in the description what years they were given out if I know them. Many were given to ten year employees
only and were gifts that were sent to retired employees. The Ruger Company no longer gives out any employee gifts on a
regular basis. I also list firearm parts, holsters and gun/ammo boxes that are allowable from time to time. Please do not
hesitate to email me with any questions you may have. I have tried to be fair with my prices but remember, these are the
last of the original Sturm, Ruger items. I have only one of some of the items so it is a first come, first serve basis. Some of
them have their original boxes and some don’t. If the box is important to you, please ask me up front if one comes with it.
I have numbered each item so please refer to that number & description when you email me to buy or ask a question
about something. Numbers will not necessarily run consecutively because of new listings and deletions because of sales.
If you are interested in something, email me immediately at [email protected]. I will be making one of these up every month
during the winter if there are changes and new items. Prices DO NOT include shipping and insurance.
#1 This clock is made of Lucite and was given out to ten year club members ONLY in 1988.
and tested it to make sure it works…..it does, perfectly. This clock measures 5 ¾” square.

in mint condition and measure 2 7/8" tall. They are both limited editions: The 1998 reads 1 of 725 and the 1994 reads 1 if
575. They would make a wonderful and unique gift for the Ruger collector and a great addition to any collection. I have
these to sell individually if you need just one of them.

#6 This is a newer item and dated 2006. It was given to all ten year club members only as well as being sent to retired
employees. It was the last gift sent to retired employees. It has a nice little clock in the top with the eagle logo and Ten
Year Club 2006, 1 of 900 burned into the top left. It is solid wood that looks like cherry to me with a beautiful grain. The
pen, also made of the wood has RUGER burned into the top and is a ball point that screws down to write. It stands in the
top or lies inside the wooden box. This box measures 6 1/2" long X 2" wide and 1" deep. It comes in its original dark
green and white cardboard box.

#17 These little plates were given out at Christmas time from 1990 to 1994. There are five of them in new condition and
in their original little Christmas boxes. I have listed them all together because they are a set and a wonderful collection of
Ruger memorabilia. The first one is of the original barn Bill Ruger started making guns in and dated 1990. The second one
is of the Southport, CT plant and dated 1991, the third of the Newport, NH plant and is dated 1992, the fourth is of the
Prescott, AZ plant dated 1993 and the fifth one is to commemorate the life of William B. Ruger and has his picture on it. It
is dated 1994. Each one measures just under 3 3/8" across and is made of very fine porcelain. They have a metal loop on
the back to hang them with and all are marked STURM, RUGER & Company, Inc. Limited Edition. I do have these to sell
individually if you do not have them all.

#19 This is one of the nicest pieces! Made of, and marked on the back, Courock of Monterey. Given to employees in
1982, it measures 8 1/2" square and has a raised rim. Very shiny and in what appears to be unused condition. $35.00
#20 This lovely porcelain candy dish was given to employees in 1980. It measures 6 3/4" across and is a little over 1"
deep. Beautiful colors with bright red eagle logo. This is an old piece and getting harder and harder for me to find.
$40.00
#21 This is a very pretty two piece pin dish with etched Ruger eagle on the cover. It was given out to the employees 1995.
It measures 3 3/4" X 3 3/4" X just under 2" deep when the cover is on. Though not marked, this is heavy glass and feels
like lead crystal.

It is new and never been worn. It was given out in 1983 to employees only. This hat come out of a NON smoking
environment.
$18.00
#23 There are six of these cork backed, Lucite coasters in their original box. These were given to employees only in 1985.
These have never been used as far as I can tell and all still have little labels on the bottom that reads: Made in Canada
There is a little buff mark on them from being packed tightly together for so many years but this does not detract from them
in any way. You have to turn them just right in the light to see it. The coasters measure 3 3/4" across.
$30.00
#24 This is a single deck of cards in new, unused condition and still in its original unopened package. The deck has the
oroginal SR logo.

#27 This wonderful piece of Ruger memorabilia is in its original box. It was given out to employees in 1985 and is a
combination of tools....it is a money clip, a knife blade and a fingernail file/cleaner. This lists for $75 in the 1990
collector's guide I have.

Newport that these are indeed for the Red Hawk KRH445. They are black rubber and have the old SR logo on both sides.
$10.00
#29 This medallion was given out in 1999, the year of Ruger's 50th anniversary to employees only. It is a limited edition

crystal clear with bright red eagle logo.
$35.00
#31 Here is a box of eight Ruger matches given out at the 25 year dinner in 2005. The Ruger no longer has these anual
dinners for either the ten year or twenty-five year employees. All are full boxes in unused condition. These are getting less
and less frequent to come by.
$25.00
#32 These neat beer mugs were given out to ten year club members only in the years 2000 thru 2005 one at a time at their
annual dinner. They are in new, unused condition and all are of limited editions and the numbers are printed on them
under the year. They are all etched with the 50th anniversary logo and date of issue. They measure just under 5 1/2" tall. I
also have these to sell individually as long as they last.
$50.00/Set of Six $10.00/Each
#33 This beautiful crystal piece was given to employees in 2005 as a Christmas Gift. This cannot be bought retail; it was
made for the employees only. It is new in its box lined with cobalt blue satin. This piece is much nicer in reality. It was
really tough to take a picture of. It measures just under 3" tall by 2 1/4" square on the base. It shows a father teaching his
son how to hold a rifle and reads "A Father's Advice". Also inside behind the duo is the old SR eagle logo with the name
below it.
$50.00
#34 This key chain is from the Pine Tree Castings division of Sturm, Ruger. Pine Tree Castings is the captive foundry at
the Newport, NH Ruger factory. The key chain commemorates the 20th anniversary and is dated 1963 - 1983. It measures
1 1/4" end to end and 3/4" wide. Another rare piece that I don't see very often. I have just the one.

all commemorating the 50th anniversary. (NOTE: I will sell the plate by itself for $35.00).
#36 These steins are getting harder and harder to come by and are the original porcelain steins given out to employees at
Christmas time from 1972 (the most rare and not dated) thru 1977 the last one. . I also have the entire set of five listed with
the rare stein included. This one is the 1976 stein. If you need this one for your collection, here is the opportunity to pick
it up individually.

with the rare stein included. This one is the 1977 stein. If you need this one for your collection, here is the opportunity to
pick it up individually.
$25.00
#41 This neat double deck of cards was the employee gift given out on Christmas 2006. They have never been out of the
box. You cannot buy these through the catalog; they were made and distributed to the employees only. The picture is of
etched revolvers crossing barrels.
$35.00
#42 This is a neat item but not an old one. This was an employee safety gift. It is pewter and measures a little over 1
1/2" across. I have shown you a picture of both sides, it is in mint condition. The valuable thing about this item is that it is
the last one to be made with the S in the logo.
$15.00
#43 This particular pocket knife, given to employees in 1984, lists for $100 in the collector's guide I have that was
compiled in 1990. I am offering it for considerably less and I am finding them harder and harder to come by. It is a Zippo
and comes new in box with original warranty paper and cardboard sleeve. There is some staining in the box because these
were apparently oiled when packed. They are all this way. This is a neat piece of old Ruger memorabilia.
$65.00
#44 This was tough to take a picture of because it is such a shiny gold. It is new in box and given out in 1996 to
employees. It has four rings with it for keys. It is engraved LaClasp at the bottom and has a Lucite covered face over a red
and gold logo on black background.
$15.00
#45 This is a unique item that was never for sale in the catalog. It is a pin with the old SR and the eagle is made of pewter.
This was made by a gentleman that used to do hand engraving for Sturm, Ruger back in the seventies and eighties. He is
retired now but still does special hand engraving of firearms as a hobby. The pin measures approximately 1 5/8” X 1 5/8”.
$20.00
#46 I am thrilled to be able to offer you another one of these beautiful pocket watches. These were not given out and
could only be purchased thru the catalog and by safety points as the retired employee I bought this from did. It is a
beautiful piece and has never been used. I have had just one before and am offering it for exactly what I sold that one for.
Remember, this is an older piece with the original SR logo and will need a new battery. It comes in a beautiful navy blue
velvet box with original tag still attached.
$450.00
#47 This is a fairly new item given out to employees at the Newport plant. It has several tools on it as well as a little light
you see shining in the picture. The Ruger name and logo is etched on the side. It only measures 2 3/4" long when folded.
It comes with a case that has a strap on the back to put on your belt. Neat little tool and Ruger collectible. $25.00
#48 This is the man's watch that commemorates the 50th anniversary and was given to the employee I bought it from in
1999. It has never been worn and still has the original plastic on the lens. It has the date magnified date window and has
the old SR logo. The tin measures 3 3/4" across.
$150.00
#49 This is a lady's watch that was given out at the 50th anniversary in 1999 and came in a metal tin commemorating the
event. I have just the woman's in what appears to be nearly new condition but without the can. This may have been worn
a few times but the plastic protector is still on the back of it. It is clean and the glass is not scratched. It has the magnified
date window. When in the tin, it is worth much, much more of course but I thought someone might like this watch just to
wear and you can't wear the tin. It will need a new battery of course.
$50.00
#50 This paperweight is another hard one to come by. It measures 2” square and ¾” thick. It was given out to ten year
club members ONLY in 1985 and is dated. It reads: STURM RUGER 10 YEAR CLUB 1985 over and under the logo.
All is in gold with a red background and a Lucite dome. There is a little tag on the side that reads: Fine Marble Base –
Made in Italy. It is in new condition.
$50.00
#51 This silver quill pen was given out in 1981. It has the old S/R eagle logo in silver on the clip. It works fine and seems
to be in new condition You can buy refills for them.
$35.00
#52 This is another decal lot all from Ruger as you see. They date from the old one commemorating the 30 year anniversary
to one just given out recently. There are 10 decals here all with the original SR logo except for the one right in the front
which is the new one given out fairly recently. I try to put different decals in each lot I sell so this is a one time group. I am
told the shield on the left that was made for the 30th anniversary, is worth more than I have listed the group for.
$35.00
#53 This patch is different in that it has an orange background instead of the traditional yellow. It measures 4" in
diameter. It is unused and in mint condition. It has the original eagle with SR.
$10.00
#54 I have been asked by several collectors to list these patches individually so here goes. This one is the largest round
red and yellow with old logo. It measures 3 7/8” across. It is in new, unused condition.
$10.00
#55 Received a couple of these patches recently. They measure 3” across. They have black background with yellow and
red and the old logo Nice addition to any collection
$10.00
#56 I have been asked by several collectors to list these patches individually so here goes. This one reads Law
Enforcement Products and has the old logo. It measures 4 ¼” X 3 ¾” and is in new, unused condition. $10.00
#57 I have been asked by several collectors to list these patches individually so here goes. This one is the smallest round
red and yellow with old logo. It measures 2 7/8” across. It is in new, unused condition.
$8.00
#58 I have been asked by several collectors to list these patches individually so here goes. This one is the oldest patch I
have had. It commemorates the 30th anniversary of Ruger Firearms and was given out in 1979. These are pretty hard to
acquire. It is red and yellow with old logo and shaped like a shield. It measures 4” X 4 3/8”. It is in new, unused
condition.
$25.00
#59 I have been asked by several collectors to list these patches individually so here goes. This one is the latest patch I
have with old logo. It has the red logo on a white background, is dated 2000 and measures 4” X 1 1/2”. It is in new,
unused condition.
$10.00
#60 This is a set of 50th anniversary items. A large decal measuring 4 ¾” X 4 ¾” that has the removable back. The middle
one is a patch measuring 3 3/8” X 3” and the bottom one is a gold pin (I have shown you a close up of this pin on the right.
Pretty colors in this lot and they are all in new, unused condition.
$20.00
#61 Another great Ruger Firearms buckle made of solid brass with black enamel and the OLD SR logo. It is in new,
unused condition. It measures 3 3/8” across.
$75.00
#62 This is a very large umbrella. It was an employee gift in the nineties and you can see them all over this area when it
raining. Most people used them but I have been able to buy a few. This is the only one I have right now. It is in new
condition in its plastic sleeve with tags. I will mail this in a priority tube.
$45.00
#63 This is the first key chain given to ten year employees back in 1986. It is made by Colonial Pewter and comes in its
original box and little velvet pouch. Most of these old pewter, though in unused condition, do have some oxidization from
age but this does not interfere with their collectible value. The key chain measures just under 1 ½” across.
$35.00
#64 This is a nice old set of Ruger cuff links and tie bar that was given out to employees only in 1973. The set does not
come in its original plastic box with blue felt/cardboard backing but they are all original. The cuff links measure ¾”
across the face and the tie bar measures 2" end to end with the same old SR logo 3/4" across. They are gold toned metal
and non magnetic. Very shiny and in good condition. These are highly collectible and have been used and enjoyed by a
retired Ruger employee. These would be terrific gift! I have just the one set and will ship them in a nice jewelry box.
$150.00
#65 This is a woman’s watch commemorating the 40th anniversary of Ruger Firearms. It reads 40 Years of Ruger
Firearms across the top and 1949 – 1989 at the bottom. I tried to show you a close up but it is still small. It has a leather
strap that looks like alligator in brown. It is in new condition, is water proof but will need a new battery. It comes in its
original box.
$65.00
#66 This is the same watch as the one above only the mans which has a larger face. It commemorates the 40th anniversary
of Ruger Firearms and reads “40 Years of Ruger Firearms across the top and 1949 – 1989 at the bottom. . The leather
strap is designed in black and looks like alligator. The face measures 1 ¼” across. It comes in its original box and
cardboard sleeve and is in new, unused condition. It will need a new battery.
$75.00
#68 This is a gorgeous money clip. New in box with tag (not shown). It measures 2 3/8" long and has the OLD SR logo
as you can see. It is silver and gold with beautiful scroll work and raised design. I have had just one of these before and it
sold fast. You can't get these anymore so don't procrastinate if you like it.
$75.00
#69 This is not a Ruger item but certainly a great ORVIS exclusive belt with cartridge accent insert and fine quality
leather. Listed in the Orvis catalog as the Ultimate Shotgun Belt. It is in new condition and a size 42. A great item for a
firearm enthusiast and I thought perhaps one of my buyers would like this. It would make a terrific gift. It goes for over
$60.00 in the Orvis catalog.
$20.00
#70 This is a single deck of cards given out in the 90’s to employees. They are new in their original box and show the
original barn Sturm & Ruger started making guns in. They have the old red logo with the SR and read: Arms Makers for
Responsible Citizens across the bottom.
$30.00
#74 This coffee mug is not dated and I can’t tell you when these were given out but it is in its original box and has the old
eagle logo with SR etched as you see with RUGER etched along the bottom. It measures 3 ½” tall and 3 1/8” across the
rim.
$25.00
#75 This is a brand new jacket with the old SR logo. It is silver/gray satin with quilted lining. It is light but I would think
very warm. It has the logo and Ruger name on the front left and on the back in a large logo measuring 7 1/2" across and 8
1/4" tall. The Ruger name in black across the bottom is in large letters. The jacket is a size Medium 38/40 and the
measurements are: 47" around the chest, 22 1/2" from sleeve cuff to arm pit. It has raglan sleeves with no shoulder seam.
It is 26" from the base of the back knitted collar to the knitted band around the bottom. It has a snap front, no zipper. It is
perfect except for some very tiny spots on the left side of the back. I never noticed them until I was measuring it, they are
very faint and do not detract from the jacket but I have lowered my price because of them. Finding one in unworn
condition is rare.
$100.00
#77 This is a very nice stein and in mint condition. It is large and measures 7 1/4" to the top of the metal top. The little
thumb piece to open it extends approximately another 1 1/2". It is a limited edition given out at the 50th anniversary in
1998. The one I have is 1235 edition number. I also have one that says 488 but the metal is dented when you look closely.
I will let this one go for $25.00. The other one is perfect just like the one in the picture and it will be.
$75.00
#78 This beautiful cobalt glass coffee mug was given out to employees in 1998 for the 50th anniversary. It seems to be a
very popular item and I am always being asked about it. I have two so don't procrastinate if you want it. It measures 3
3/4" tall and 3 5/8" across the rim. It is in unused condition and in its original box. The old S/R logo and lettering is all in
gold.
$50.00
#79 This is a set of the original steins first given to the employees only. They started in 1972 with an undated stein that
you see in the front left of my picture. The others are dated 1974, 75, 76 and 77. There was no 1973 stein made. It is hard
to come by the undated one but I have one at this time. I sell the dated ones individually but not the undated one. It should
stay with the set because it is so rare. These are in mint condition.
$200.00/set
#81 This is a belt buckle made from Ruger Titanium and there are not a lot of them around. I have had a couple over the
years but don’t see them very often. They are so pretty with the different colors in them from processing. It is light
compared to a lot of the solid metal buckles and it is in unused condition and in its original box. It was made in the
Prescott, AZ plant that no longer has a foundry. It measures 2 5/8” across and is 2 ¾” tall.
$150.00
#82 This is a three item paper lot. An InSight Ruger internal newspaper Memorarium of the life of William Batterman
Ruger, June 21,1916 - July 6, 2002. There is a local newspaper dated July 9, 2002 with an article about the life and death
of Mr Ruger and there is a copy of the Memorial Service June 13, 2002 celebrated at the Central Station of the Blue
Mountain Forest Association in Croydon, New Hampshire. All three go together.
$45.00
#84 Here is another great Ruger belt buckle. This is really an old one from the Southport branch of Sturm Ruger before
the other plants were built. It has RUGER at the top, Southport, Connecticut at the bottom and Proof of Quality around the
eagle logo on the bottom right. It is non magnetic and I believe it is solid brass but there is some slight wear to the finish of
the gun on the cylinder, tip of the barrel and the grip. This does not detract from the appearance or function of the buckle
but it is there. Doesn’t look like it was ever used and it measures 3 1/8” X 1 ¾”.
$100.00
#85 Here is another great vintage Ruger buckle. This is a beauty! Red sparkly background with shiny silver logo & rim.
It was a devil to get a picture of without glare. It is very chrome silver with black SR in the middle. The buckle measures
2 ¾” X 2 ¼” and is in perfect, unused condition. There are some numbers on the back, but no date.
$75.00
#88 This is a newer key chain given out in the early 2000’s I believe. It is pewter and has the old SR logo on one side and
Steel and Titanium, Newport, NH, RUGER, Investment Casting, Prescott, A and www.ruger.com on the bottom. It is in
new, unused condition.
$15.00
#91 This is a large poster when opened. One side has shotguns and rifles (picture) and the other has pistols. It is an old
one, dated 1983 and in very good condition. Creased from being folded but a nice display of all Ruger firearms at the time.
It is in full color and measures 37” X 23” when opened.
$18.00
#92 30 year Ruger catalog - 1979 Anniversary. Folded, sealed and never opened. I have shown you front and back. The
only damage I can see is where on the back someone has tried to make a pen write and made indents on the right. You
can't see this in the picture because there are no pen marks, just the intentions. Nothing that went thru or ripped it but the
lines are visible. This type of catalog was put out before they book types. Don't see these very often, especially unopened.
$20.00
#94 I have this same medallion with key chain ring. It measures 2" across and is plain on the back side. I have seen them
plain like in the picture but never with the key chain ring. It is still in its package and was given out on the 40th
Anniversary of the 10/22 Carbine.
$20.00
#97 There are four of these wine glasses that were given out in 1999 and have the 50th logo on one side and 1999 Ruger
Collection on the other. The stem and base is cobalt blue glass and the tops are clear. They measure 6 3/4" tall and come
in their original box. These are hard to come by and I only have the one set at this time.
$60.00
#99 Here are a lot of instruction manuals. I will sell them individually. Some I have just one of and some I have several.
They are for: #1) Over & Under Shotguns 20 & 12 Guage (Blued & Stainless Steel) #2) Over and Under Shotgun 20
Gauge #3) Over & Under Shotguns (12, 20 & 28 Gauge) #4) Over and Under Shotguns Red Label Model & Woodside
Model #5) Over and Under Shotgun 12 gauge #6) Ruger M77 Mark II & M77 Mark II Frontier Bolt Action
$5.00/Each
#100 This is the pin given to new ten year employees only. I have several of them in this and blue felt boxes and one in a
little cardboard box. The ones in the blue felt box are older and sterling silver with gold plate but tarnished. I dare not
clean them myself, I will leave that up to the buyer. The newer one you see in the black box (and is the same as the one in
the cardboard box) is made of a different material and apparently does not tarnish. These are not given out anymore so
they are the last. I have shown you a close up and two in their boxes. They are sold individually.
$35.00
#101 Another great Ruger buckle. Solid brass and in new condition. Dated 1980 and given out to employees only at that
time. The buckle measures 3 1/2" X 2 1/2". Great gift for the Ruger enthusiast!
$75.00
#102 Here is a lot of older Ruger InSight newspapers printed and given out at the Newport, New Hampshire plant. They
stopped this paper several years ago when they changed hands and Ruger was no longer a part of the company. The new
paper is called RUGER Action. There are 91 issues here and no duplicates. The dates are from 1982 to the 2007 year end
issue. There is history here that you will find no where else. I have collected these papers for years and they come from all
different retired employees. This is not the complete set but most of them. I am selling them as a lot and I hope that my
price is reasonable for something this rare and interesting. You will not be able to put them down, they are great reading
and full of articles about new guns coming out as well as factory news. Chances are very good that you will not ever be
able to get this many in a collection again.
$200.00
#103 This is a beautiful man's watch! It comes in its original case with papers and I had it checked at the jewelers because
there was no band on it. I bought the new band and put a battery in it and it works beautifully. The jeweler commented on
the good quality of the watch. These were given out in the early nineties to both women and men in different sizes but
were gifts only and not available in the catalog I am told. If this watch was worn, you cannot tell. I tried to show you an
insert but it was not large enough so added the picture on the right so that you could see how nice it is. It has the old SR
logo.
$100.00
#104 This is a very nice light jacket with zipper in a Large. It is a newer gift and does not have the old SR logo, just the R
and Ruger embroidered under it in red as you see. It is new, unworn and the measurements are: 49" around the chest, 24"
from cuff edge to arm pit. It has a raglan sleeve so there is no shoulder seam. 29 1/2" from the base of the collar in the
back to the bottom edge. It is 49" around the bottom with draw string. It is vented under the arms and in the back. A nice
golf jacket in 100% polyester.
$40.00
#105 This is a stock for a Mini 14. It is made of a very hard but light plastic. It has the logo on the bottom of the stock
below the trigger area as I have shown you. Black on white and the old logo with SR. The stock has a clip at the end and
under the butt and a ribbed butt plates. Nice molded checkering. I have a couple of these.
I don’t know any
specifics about the stock. I took it to Rody’s gun shop in the area (they sell and repair Ruger guns and the owners retired
from Rugers several years ago after 30+ years).
$20.00
#106 This is a stadium blanket in new condition. It had never been taken out of the package but I had to in order to get the
picture and measure it. It was issued in 1998 for the 50th anniversary. It is knitted and very soft. I believe it is acrylic.
The measurements are: 67" including the fringe X 64" wide. I have just one of these and they do not come along very
often, especially in this new condition. A couple of you have asked me about so don't hesitate if you want it. $150.00
