SATIN CAST DIAMANTE
®
• Recommended Water Powder Ratios
38 ml to 40 ml water to 100 gm
• Work time
9 to 10.5 min
• Suggested Burnout
Most conventional burnout procedures may be applied , with the exception of paying
special attention to the maximum Burnout Temperature
• Typical - 8 Hour Cycle
- 2 hour - 300ºF / 149ºC
- 2 hour - 700ºF / 371ºC
- 3 hour - Maximum Temp.
- 1 hour - Casting Temp.
• Maximum Burnout Temperatures
- Diamond 566ºC / 1050ºF
- Gemstone 593ºC / 1100ºF
- Cubic Zirconia 732ºC / 1350ºF
• Burnout Length
A longer burnout time of 6 to 8 hours is recommended to compensate for the lower peak temperatures,
and steam Die-Waxing is also recommended
• Casting Temperatures
During the last 1 to 2 hours of burnout, the temperature must be adjusted so that the flask are at correct temperature
• Ladies rings
- Lacy or intricate designs
- 900º - 1000ºF (482º - 538ºC)
• Gents rings
- heavier designs
- 700º - 900ºF (371º - 482ºC)
• Investment Removal
NEVER QUENCH - as the sudden temperature shock normally results in cracking of the stones. Allow flask to sit
in room temperature for at least two hours, at which time the tree can be loosened from the flask by tapping
with a rubber mallet. When cool enough the tree can be soaked in an investment removing solution.

Rotary Burnout Furnace
Get consistent rests with the most advanced burnout furnace
ECOLOGICAL DESIGN
DEWAX IN THE FURNACE:
The melted wax is drained into a collecting pan outside the heating chamber.
Buying an extra dewaxer is not required.
NO SMELL AFTERBURNER:
This device burns out all the fumes and smell caused during dewaxing process, thus exhaust
systems are not required and population will not spread outside your factory.

Small, Mobile, Powerful
The Picco Laser has a very compact
construction: The four integrated motorized
axes allow a repeat accuracy of 0.1 mm. An
accurate control system handles movement
in the x, y and z axes as well as the rotational
axis. Thanks to its modular design, the
system can be matched exactly to the
particular technical requirements preferred.
The Picco Laser replaces the conventional
methods of soldering, welding and fusing,
but is far quicker, more precise and has
repeat accuracy: Set parameters can be
easily called up again at any time. In
contrast to normal soldering or
conventional gas welding, a homogeneous
melt is produced at the fusion point of the
materials to be joined. Accurate point or
area laser welding, therefore, delivers an
optimum result without discolouration,
spots or beads. This makes physical or
optical quality defects and costly
reprocessing a thing of the past, saving
time and money. Laser instant adjustments
can be carried out immediately.
Thanks to its high level of precision, laser
welding equipment is already being
routinely employed today in the Aerospace
and Automotive industry as well as for tool
and mold making. However, its ability to
handle extremely small details also makes it
the ideal tool for Dental Technicians,
Goldsmiths and Jewelers. OR Laser has
developed a particularly compact piece of
laser equipment especially for this target
group: the Picco laser. At last a piece of
equipment that combines the toughest
quality requirements priced with extreme
cost efficiency.
