Type of halls
single steel pipe - tunnel (6,2 / 9,2 / 12 m)
I-beam hall (10 / 12 / 15 / 17,5 / 20 / 22 m)
I-beam - tunnel hall (10 / 12 / 15 m)
lattice girder tunnel hall (15 / 18 / 20 / 22 / 25 m)
lattice girder gabled roof hall (25 - 60 (80) m)
Typo of foundations
According to the place of the use, subsoil conditions and static requirements
different kinds of anchorage are possible

Advantages of the membrane covering:
•
•
•
•
Wooden facade
planking
hitzeabweisend, neutrale warmth and coldness storage behaviour
very good brightness owing to the light-permeable roof membrane
low noise pollution inside in case of rain, wind and hail
absolute tightness when welded with membrane facade

Occupancy
Schiebetor
Free span hall systems enable a completely clear effective floor area, for
example storage and logistic halls, vehicle halls, production halls, composting halls, sport halls, agricultural halls.
Foundation
The light weight hall construction you can fasten onto a strip foundation, slab or if applicable with ground anchor plates.
Construction
fixing to the anchor plates onto asphalt
The trusses are designed out of hot dip galvanized square shaped steel
profiles. Influenced by the occupancy, local loads and span widths the
truss heights and profiles can vary.
Roof and facade coverage
The textile membrane consists of an acrylic double PVC laminated
polyester mesh reinforcement of low flammability. The material is UV
stabilized and antistatic. You have the choice beside of the standard
translucent white or every other established RAL colour. The membrane
will be chosen according to the local requirements but at least with a
min. dead weight of 900 g/m2 and a min. tear strength of 4200 N/5 cm
material stripe.
assembly of the steel trusses
Combustion performance
The performance of membrane covered halls is different to the conventional hall systems. The textile material is melting non dripping around
300°C, whereas the melting point of steel can be located between 400
and 500°C. In case of a fire the molten membrane cleared already the
way out for the heat and smoke to ensure a significant lower damage
to the main structure. The membrane conforms to the DIN and ÖNORM
classification B1.

Advantages in summary
• Competitive system of halls
• Natural illumination through the
translucent membrane
• Flexible occupancy because of the clear
effective floor area
• Slim site schedule for the modular system
• Magnificent free span widths by the
truss system
• Easy and fast removal and reuse
• High resale or recycle value
