Disneytravelagents.com Agency Administration Tool 1 Overview As an Agency Administrator, you can now control who has access to disneytravelagents.com under your IATA/CLIA number. You can now: • Approve Access for Travel Agents • Deny Access for Travel Agents • Remove current Travel Agents • Assign additional administrators within your agency 2 REGISTRATION: TRAVEL AGENT VIEW 3 Travel Agent View Registering with an IATA/CLIA number that requires approval After a Travel Agent registers on disneytravelagents.com, they will see the following message on the registration page. They must wait for the Agency Administrator to approve their registration before they are allowed access to the site. 4 Travel Agent View Email Notification The Travel Agent will also receive an email advising that they need to wait until 5 their profile is approved before they will have access to the site. ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS: AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR VIEW 6 Agency Administrator View Email Notification As Agency Administrator, you will receive an email for each new Travel Agent that registers under your IATA/CLIA number. In order for the Travel Agent to have access to the system, you must approve (or deny) them in the admin tool. 7 Agency Administrator View Accessing the Admin Tool As an Agency Administrator, you will now see an ‘Admin’ link on the top of the disneytravelagents.com homepage 8 Agency Administrator View Admin Dashboard Within the admin tool, you will see three sections: ‘Pending Users’ , ‘Approved Users’ and ‘Rejected Users’. 9 Agency Administrator View Approving Pending Users To approve a new Travel Agent/User, simply click ‘approve’. To notify the User that they have been approved, click the ‘send Email on Approve/Deny’ box.10 Agency Administrator View Denying Pending Users To deny a Travel Agent/User click the ‘deny’ link on the far right. A box will come up to confirm that you want to deny this User. You also have a choice to send 11 that User an email. Agency Administrator View Removing Users To remove an existing Travel Agent/User and prevent them from logging into disneytravelagents.com with a profile associated to your IATA/CLIA number, click ‘remove’. You can only remove one User at a time. The Travel Agent will NOT receive an email notification if they are removed. Note: It is possible that the Travel Agent may attempt to ‘reregister’ again under your IATA/CLIA number. Their request will appear in your ‘pending users’ and you will be required to approve or deny them. Also, this tool will only remove Agents from disneytravelagents.com. To remove Agent names from the Disney Cruise Line booking engine, please submit a written request to Disney Cruise Line Travel Agency Maintenance. Fax: 407-938-4286 or [email protected]. 12 EMAIL NOTIFICATION: TRAVEL AGENT VIEW 13 Travel Agent View Approval Email The Travel Agent will receive an email with their approval notification. They may then access disneytravelagents.com with their preselected username and password. 14 Travel Agent View Denial Email The Travel Agent will receive the following email if they were denied. If they attempt to log into disneytravelagents.com after they were denied, they will be required to update their profile to a different IATA/CLIA number to have access to the site. 15 ASSIGNING A SECONDARY ADMINISTRATOR: AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR VIEW 16 Agency Administrator View Assigning a Secondary Admin As Agency Administrator, you may also assign another person within your organization to assume Agency Administrator responsibilities. This person will 17 have the same rights and privileges as you do.
