Khortytsya Distillery
The Khortytsya distillery is the leading
manufacturer of alcoholic beverages.
First bottles were produced in December
2003, exactly one year after the start of
construction. The distillery was built “from
scratch” as a unique project on a carefully
chosen location.
Production capacity of the Khortytsya
distillery allows producing 16 bottles of
vodka per second. The average speed of the
production line is 30 meters per minute. The
Khortytsya distillery has more than a hundred
different spirits recipes. The total volume of
the storage facility is 1,000 cubic meters, or
100,000 hectoliters, or 1,000,000 liters. “The
best equipment – to the best distillery!” was
our motto when equipping the distillery.
Our research laboratory is monitoring
the compliance with all the technological
modes of production, enforcing the quality
control of raw materials, work in progress
and manufactured spirits. The laboratory
is equipped with the state-of-the-art
equipment and reagents. Its employs the
best professionals in the spirits industry in
Ukraine.
At the Khortytsa distillery we use the
most advanced technology to be found in

Poltava Distillery
Officially the Poltava Distillery was
founded in 1986, although the Poltava
province directory mentions that the David
Moldavsky distillery existed under Panyanka
mountain since 1885.
Today the Poltava Distillery is a modern
factory which combines the best traditions
of the past and with the state-of-the-art
technology for spirits production. When
producing spirits we clean the water-alcohol
mixture only with natural sorbents and use
solely herbal ingredients from ecologically
clean areas. We produce our vodka using
the high quality pure alcohol and specially
treated smooth Poltava water, which adds
a piquant taste and makes our vodka a
unique product.

Our forefathers appreciated most the spirit of a first
distillation. That’s why we took the aroma spirit of rye
bread of the first distillation to make this special vodka.
We have also added to the recipe the grain spirit, best
drinking water, as well as aroma spirits of lime-blossom
color and honey. So now you can fully enjoy the mild
flavor and rye aroma of our Pervak.
The secret of this Pervak is in its double distillation.
We double-distilled aroma spirit of wheat bread and
added the grain spirit and best drinking water. Also we
added to the recipe the aroma spirits of lime-blossom
color and a bit of sugar syrup. This is the way we made
the really soft drink with a barely perceptible flavor of
whaet bread.

Odessa Cognac Factory
The Odessa Cognac Factory is а fullcycle production of cognac on the classical
French technology. This means that all
stages of production of cognac - from grape
seedlings to alcohol exposure and pouring
cognac in bottles produced in the same
enterprise. This allows you to create a real
cognac with its own unique character.
Factory history begins back in 1863,
when the territory of modern enterprise was
founded as a small winery of Black Sea Wine
Making Society. The company which was
developing dynamically, already by 1890
became quite famous. At that time Shustov
dynasty became interested in the winery.
As a result, at the beginning of XX century
«Shustov» cognac, perhaps, was the best
known product in Russian Empire.
At the World Exhibition in Paris in 1900
Russian cognac was awarded with the Grand
Prix and it was the biggest victory Shustov
dynasty. It was the time when Shustov
dynasty, the world’s only foreign producers
of cognac, were honored to name their
product as “cognac”, and not “brandy” as all
others.
In 1912, on forty-ninth year of its
existence, the Association of Nikolai Shustov
received the title of Supplier of the Imperial
Court.
Now factory is the flagman in winery
culture in Ukraine.
Only Odessa Cognac Factory boasts
the largest fleet of cognac barrels and the
biggest stockpiles of the oldest cognac
spirits.
