Wheel Pros is one of the largest suppliers of branded custom wheels,
performance tires and related accessories for cars, SUVs and light trucks.
Our extensive portfolio of proprietary wheel brands and acquisition of

COMPANY HISTORY
Starting with a single Distribution Center in Denver, CO, Wheel Pros has grown
to encompass numerous locations around the world. A commitment to our
dealers and producing the highest quality automotive wheels continues to
drive our growth.
In May 2008, Platinum Equity, a Beverly Hills, California-based private equity
group, purchased Wheel Pros and announced the integration of American
Racing and Wheel Pros. The new company, known simply as Wheel Pros,
delivers world-class products and services with more than two dozen brands
and programs to 25,000 dealers in over 30 countries. Wheel Pros is lead by
top industry veterans with more than 150 years of combined experience.

DISTRIBUTION
Value-added distribution capabilities, coupled with best-in-class supply chain

SKUs from multiple brands, designs and fitments.
INVENTORY
Wheel Pros maintains extensive inventory at each of its Distribution Centers,
allowing dealers to offer a wide selection of wheels. In addition, our large
purchasing volume provides significant leverage regarding supplier selection
and terms, such as price, payment, returns and assistance with
inventory management.
Wheel Pros ships International orders directly from our manufacturing facilities
to our dealers – an industry advantage we consider critical to our overseas
dealer support.

Wheel Pros continues to be the indutry’s leader, by providing powerfull
online marketing tools. Each of our core brands are launching new
consumer websites for 2011. Wheel Pros is also launching a new
powerfull website combining a consumer experience and the
ultimate online resource for our dealers. Specifically intergrated with
the ‘Dealer Line’ online ordering, inventory and 24/7 support.
AMERICAN RACING PERFORM
Since 1956, American Racing Equipment has been a driving force in the
aftermarket wheel industry. Today’s American Racing still prides itself on the
mission that began when drag racing innovator Romeo Palamides teamed
up with J.O. Ellison, a San Francisco machine shop owner, to design and craft
high strength-to-weight ratio racing wheels for his dragster.
Palamides and Ellison, along with engineering innovator Tom Griffith formed
the pioneering company in aftermarket wheels. From the golden age of hot
rodding to today’s street enthusiast, American Racing is reinventing the way
wheels are viewed from classics to new trend-setting styles.

DALE EARNHARDT JR MOTORSPORTS
It isn’t often you can combine two American icons in one superior product
line. When American Racing approached Dale Earnhardt Jr. about designing
a Signature Series wheel, we were excited to learn his abilities didn’t stop on
the track. Through the Dale Earnhardt Jr. Signature Series line of wheels for
passenger cars as well as most trucks and SUV’s, that legendary Earnhardt
performance is attainable.
CARROLL SHELBY
Carroll Shelby has had a remarkably long career as a driver, team manager,
manufacturer, consultant, and visionary. The result of his vision, which is
considered perhaps the greatest sports car and one of the fastest road cars
ever constructed, is the Shelby Cobra. The aluminum-bodied 289 and 427
Cobra models and the subsequent Shelby GT350 AND GT500’S he built for
Ford made Carroll Shelby a household name.
The Shelby passion for performance and high standard continues with the
