If you pay in cash at the theatre Box Office, there are no additional charges. Paying with a Debit card will
incur a Booking Fee of 50p. Paying by Credit Card will incur a Booking Fee of 5% of the total ticket sale.
Online Bookings will be subject to a 10% Booking Fee for all payment methods.
We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Solo & Visa Delta as
method of Payment.
Tickets will be posted to you if booked more than 5 days in advance of your chosen performance and an
additional fee of £1.20 for postage will be automatically charged to your account. All other tickets will
be held at the box office for collection. Please note that the credit/debit card that was used to purchase
tickets must be produced at the time of collection.

RESERVATIONS
Tickets can be reserved for three days without payment unless alternative arrangements have been
made. Tickets reserved less than 3 days before the performance will be held until 1 hour prior to the
performance depending on availability. Please note that if payment is not made on time
your reservation will be cancelled.

For some of our shows we offer reduced priced tickets to the following:Groups of 10 or more, Additional Needs, Children (under 16), Senior Citizens, Students, Unemployed,
Services & Emergency Service Personnel, Carers. Concession tickets are subject to proof of entitlement.
