Advantages:

Generator, cabin, hub etc. all are galvanized processing with 25 years anticorrosion lifespan.

Generator bearing is fully sealed design for easy oiling and cleaning.

Generator bearing lifetime is more than 303680hrs (25 years.)

Patented technology ensures generator high output when in low wind speed.

Generator with strong overload capacity which could run in 2 hours when overload is more than 50%.



MPPT function ensures the maximum power output.

The safety factor is high because solid of revolution output torque to 10KNM.

Mechanical brake system is drum brake, which is high stability and strong brakeage.

Features of 50KW Wind Turbine
1. Special design in generator with low starting technique applied, start-up wind speed low to 2-2.5m/s and cut-in
wind speed low to 3-3.5m/s.(Patent No.: 201020259726.4).
2. Magnetic saturation generator design, engage for the safety of generator and the 20 years lifespan of
generator. (Patent No.: 201020296641.3)
3. Blade flange processed with reinforced rib increasing the intensity. Blades are in good angle to make sure the
start-up wind speed in 2-2.5m/s.
4. NSK Bearing from Japan which have a long lifespan.
5. Worm gear is made from copper, which with high tenacity, and worm is made from chromium to make sure the
lifespan.
6. Worm and worm gear specially assembled to make the clearance small.
7. First design of MPPT function from wind turbine to make sure the wind turbine have the rated output when the
wind turbine over the rated wind speed.(It’s been applied for patent)
8. Special signal transmission system, wind vane and wind anemoscope no need to be on the wind turbine any
more. (It’s been applied for patent).
9. Mechanism brake for your option.
10. Complete isolation design with stable quality to make sure the controller can work in extreme conditions. Life
time can reach up to 6 years.
11. Matched controller with PWM charging (Patent No.: 200910213782.6), electronic and manual brake (Patent
No.: 200910213784.5), dump load (Patent No.: 200910213783.0), untwisted protection (Patent
No:200910213785.X).
12. Each parameter showed on the LCD display of the controller. Some parameters are adjustable and can be set
by yourself.

Electronic Yawing Protection
Electronic system consists of vane, anemoscope, CPU in controller and a DC motor and worm gear.
Vane and anemoscope collect the wind information for the CPU in controller. When the direction of wind is
changed, the CPU will take orders to the DC motor, to adjust the rotor following the wind direction.
When the wind speed exceeds rated wind speed, the electronic system will turn the rotor a certain angle to the
wind direction, in order to keep the wind speed in rated wind speed.

angle To be efficient and avoid being
damaged. (We designed the security
wind speed is 60m/s) This angle is
accurate counted by the CPU.
The wind generator magnetic material used is Neodymium Iron Boron, it’s the 3-phase permanent magnetic
alternator. The wind turbine magnetic saturation quality magnetic saturation and utility model patents have passed
the National Patent Office certificate, Patent No. ZL 2007 2 0020261.7. It means that we the only manufacturer
that make own generator in China.

Features of matched controller
1）Through the use of high sensitivity and high reliability of the sensing element, can detect the wind speed , wind
direction, voltage and current effectively, then according to this to make judgment and reaction.
2）The controller use the infinitude adjust to sure the battery won’t charged on the sudden large current. And
decrease the RPM stably, advice the blades fly away.
3）In order to ensure the wind turbine operate normally, we using yaw, brakes and unloading triple protection
methods，the combination of active protection and passive protection are more reliable.
4）The dump load protection depend on the hardware, and it’s independent comparatively with other protections.
And this protection makes sure the wind turbine working safely even though the controller invalidation.(3KW-E
controller has now dump load box)
5) We use the software untie function and the hardware limited function, make sure the cable untie, and the untie
function more reliable.
6）Automatic brake and manual brake ensures that the wind turbine and the PV & wind hybrid charging controller
operate safely and reliably.
7) PWM CV charging protects the storage batteries from being over charged and energy can be fully utilized.

Gel Battery-12V 200AH
1. Descriptions:
Gel Battery is mainly made up of positive and negative plates, special diaphragm, gel electrolyte, battery shell
and security valve and so on. Through colloid technology, the electrolyte is fixed in solid state in battery. Some
trace gases are generated during the charge-discharge process, they will be freely floating through the
crannies of the gel, can be regenerated according to Pb-Ca alloy cathode absorption principle, which make
sealed up and maintenance free come true. The GEL battery series are specially designed for applying in solar

3 Features of Gel Battery
 Completely sealed and water-free maintenance, no acid gas and environmental friendly.
 It has adopted colloid electrolyte technology, avoiding density stratification problem of acid solution and
elimination plate corrosion and passivation caused by density stratification.
 It has a long float charge life. The designed life of 12V series battery can reach up to 6 to 8 years
(environment temperature from 20℃ to 25℃)
 Applied with German Gel formula, grid alloy and plate formula, the battery is performed very well in cycling
and recovery from deep discharge, especially in rainy days.
 More suitable for using in harsh condition than AGM battery as the rich electrolyte inside of the GEL battery
makes it working stable in high temperature or over charge.
 Good performance in cold environment and the battery capacity decreases little when using in low
temperature.

Little self discharge because of the super-pure material and the low density of the electrolyte, it can be stored
over 6 months.
