I.V. Prep® Protective Barrier Wipes
Successful insulin pump use depends on the proper care and
protection of your infusion site. The site should be changed,
cleaned and prepped every 2 to 3 days to help prevent infection
and skin irritation. During exercise or in hot, humid conditions,
water and perspiration can loosen your infusion set adhesive,
so having the proper site care supplies on hand is essential to
good health.
In addition to antiseptic cleansing, these wipes can reduce skin irritation
associated with adhesive removal. Can also help to improve adhesion

An insulin pump consists of a pump reservoir filled with rapid-acting insulin, a small,
battery-operated pump and a computer chip. Stocking up on insulin pump batteries
and reservoirs is one way to ensure that your diabetes management therapy can be
maintained no matter the circumstances.
Most of the cost of insulin pump supplies is covered by many insurance plans.
With SERTER™ auto-insertion devices, inserting the cannula under your

for people of all different sizes and shapes, you can find a Medtronic Diabetes infusion

The Sof-set® Infusion Set
The Silhouette® infusion set offers comfort and flexibility for active
pumpers. With a variable-angle (35°) cannula, the Silhouette®
infusion set lets you choose your insertion depth. Works with the
optional Sil-serter® (sold separately).
The Sof-set® infusion set, the original 90º angle set, features a soft
