Consumer Limited Warranty
Scope of Warranty. 3M warrants that the crystals are made of hard
quartz and the ceramic color coating will not fade or chemically react
with industrial resin systems for a period of ten (10) years from the
date of installation. Since 3M does not provide installation services or
prepare resin systems, this warranty does not cover workmanship, reinstallation, or other manufacturer’s materials. If the crystals are proven
to be defective, 3M will replace the crystals at no charge. You must
pay for any other material costs or labor charges for re-installation.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights that vary from state to state.
Limitation of Liability. 3M will not be liable to you for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from or
in any way related to this 3M product. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation may not apply to you.
