Hello and welcome to the 2016 Summer Tasmanian Psychic Expos! We had a good year in 2016 for readings
although the attendances were down. The advertising is the best it's ever been and continues to work well, just
not in Burnie. *sigh* Nope, not going back to Burnie again, which is a bit of a shame. HBT / LTN / DEV it is.
CONGRATULATIONS to our TPE Psychics of the Year: Anoel (2014), Marlene (2015) and Paulette (2016)!
All three received their awards at the March Burnie expo and for two it's been a long time coming. Well done.
ADVERTISING:
Internet (website, FaceBook group and page and email list with 3 free monthly readings)
Newspaper (2 weeks of classified ads in The Mercury, The Examiner or The Advocate)
Television (5 days M-F of 13 ads per day minimum on WIN TV, including 6pm News)
Radio (20 30-second commercials over 4 days on each of: 7HOFM, LAFM or SeaFM)
Something new that I have done is request A4 posters from the general exhibitors like we do for our psychics.
These posters are used on the webpages listed below. They are a great piece of advertising that you could use
yourselves and also tells the public who our exhibitors are. Email me yours as a PDF ASAP or ask me for help.
FORMAT: Your name in big letters at top, then your photo, then 3 lines of what do you and 1 line contact info.

Previous exhibitors have until the end of April 2016 to pay for their stall if they wish to keep it for this July.
All unsold stalls will be sold from May 1st. Stall prices are as marked on the plan maps for each city expo.
Hobart (2m wide x 3m deep) $350, L'ton (3m wide x 3m deep) $350, Devonport (3m wide x 3m deep) $300.
Book your stall by transferring your stall money to: Dr Jason Betts, BSB 067102 ACT 10239868.
Put your last name into the details section with the letter of the expo CITY you are paying for (H, L or D).
For example, John Smith, Hobart expo, enter "John Smith H" into the details section, 1 deposit per expo.

I also might point out we have some very interesting interstate exhibitors and a Sunday night concert too!

Hello! Here are some things I have created to maximise your success with my Tasmanian Psychic Expos.
These are things you can do now - as soon as possible - to take advantage of our expos' publicity platform.
Being one of my exhibitors benefits you from the website links, the prestige of presence and my experience.

This is your best, simplest and most fundamental item of A4 advertising!
FORMAT:
your name on the top, then a photo of your face, then 3 lines of description, 4th line phone/web.
Posters that are not in this format may be declined. This will help you create and keep your focus and marketing.

MOVIE INTRODUCTION
This is perhaps the *best* piece of marketing material you could create for yourself. It's a video introduction.
Create it and then send it to me, preferably in .mov format. Say who you are, what you do and how much for.
Make it less than 25 MB and then email it to me. It is a great way to attract customers before you meet them.

THE 3 METRICS

Here are 3 things for you to do to create and measure your expo success:
1. collect names, phone numbers and emails using http://www.emeraldalchemy.com/expos/namelist_sheet.pdf.
2. demonstrate or present your product or service, http://www.emeraldalchemy.com/expos/booking_sheet.pdf.
3. personally meet, greet and introduce yourself to as many people as you can and then hand them a brochure.
These represent: (1) their information coming in, (2) on-the-day-sales/sessions, and (3) your information going out.
At the end of every expo you can measure your success with a statement of these three metrics. For example:
"I collected the details of 48 people, did 13 personal paid sales/sessions, and personally spoke with 110 people".
Your EXPO METRIC sum is: 48 + 13 + 110 = 171. Measure your success and strive for a maximum Expo Metric!

Your Metric Sum is then 48 + 13 + 110 = 171. Measure your success and strive for a maximum Metric Sum!

Please keep a track of your numbers. They are a way of your measuring your success at my expos.
This will give you the information of how effective your expo fee is in terms of dollars / contact.
It also teaches you that your fee will buy you these three opportunities to maximise your spend.
This sheet is personal and confidential to you, but it would be nice to share your final metric#.
Please post your EXPO METRIC in our FaceBook Group survey so you can compare it with others.
This metric will help you grow your business and also show you what works for you at the expos.
Psychics should also do this as it will work for them as well and any other expo stall exhibitor.
