presentation is limited to 5 minutes. Each presentation must be presented to and approved by Bay Area QYN, no
later than January 5, 2016. All Payments are due in full by December 10, 2015. Facebook Posts and material must
be submited by the vendor no later than December 10, 2015; all posts and material are subject to approval by
BAQYN.
If you wish to give food samples, you must submit your Temporary Food Facility application to Bay Area QYN no later
than Dec 5, 2015.
To receive Early Bird price, you must reserve your space or sponsorship by July 15, 2015 with a written contract and
a minimum deposit of $200 or 25% of your total purchase (which ever is greater).
† Shared electricity means that many vendors will be sharing the same circuit. Power outages have occured in the
past, and we thrive to prevent this from happening, however, it can happen, therefore Quinceanera Expo cannot be
held responsible for any and all damage to your equipment.
