Lash treatments are relaxing and enjoyable.
Just lie back and relax as your luscious lash
extensions are applied, because each lash is
applied individually the treatment times
can vary and may take between 1 and 1.5
hours. However, it's time well-spent as
your lashes can last up to 12 weeks.
Maintenance
Even though your lashes can last up to 12
weeks, we do recommend that you have
maintenance treatments every two to
three weeks. Why? Because your natural
lashes constantly shed - their individual
lifecycle is around 90 days. The
maintenance procedure simply adds extra
lashes to those places where your natural
lashes have completed their natural cycle.
Aftercare
As with any beauty treatment, good
aftercare will help your lashes look better
for longer. Your therapist will discuss this
with you during your consultation and
treatment.

Faradic
Increases skin-cell regeneration. Builds
muscles, improving appearance of skin and
contour of face. Stimulates the skin,
improving its appearance. Muscle
contraction causes increased blood and
lymphatic flow, speeding up waste
elimination.
Galvanic
A deep cleansing facial using a machine
with varying currents, heightening the
skins ability to absorb products and retain
moisture, it’s great if you suffer from
consistently dry and dehydrated skin, yet
it’s also recommend for people with oily
skin as it removes congestion which can
lead to outbreaks and acne.
High Frequency
The machines produce high-frequency
electrical currents and infrared light. These
improve blood circulation and infuse the

Microdermabrasion is a deep exfoliating
treatment using vacuum and crystal
technology. The crystals are delivered at
high speed to the surface of the skin and
immediately vacuumed away, this
technology removes the top layer of dead
skin cells, revealing new, living cells
restoring a healthy, refreshed glow. In
addition the epidermis layer of the skin is
rejuvenated, meaning collagen production
is stimulated leaving your skin feeling
plumped, minimising the look of fine lines
and wrinkles. Its deep exfoliating effect can

A gentle exfoliation treatment for around
the eye area using real crushed diamonds,
this treatment is one of the latest

diamond peel treatment is much like a
microdermabrasion, but is a less invasive

Fake Bake gives an instant sun-kissed
colour and develops into a long lasting

treatments to provide the highest
service possible we feel we must
inform you that service levels may
vary from time to time to those you
experience in an external salon.
Salon Etiquette
Salon Arrival
Arriving late may make it necessary to limit
the time for your treatment so the next
client is not delayed. Please arrive 10
minutes before your scheduled time to
check in at reception and prepare to enjoy
your treatment.
Health Matters
Leave the hectic routine behind you, enjoy
a feeling of total relaxation and let yourself
be pampered. Please communicate health
conditions such as high blood pressure,
allergies, pregnancy or any other health
related concerns you may have when
making your appointment.
Group Bookings
We offer 10% discount for group
bookings of 4 or more people for
treatment packages.
Lost Property
The Graduate Academy does not take
responsibility for client’s personal
belongings. Any personal belongings left in
the treatment rooms and spa area are
done so at the owners risk.
Cancellation Policy
The treatments you select are reserved
especially for you. Clients will be charged a
50% cancellation fee for appointments
cancelled less than 24 hours from the
scheduled appointment time.
Gift Vouchers and Special Offers
Vouchers are available to redeem for
treatments and products. We have
monthly special offers - please check our
website or contact the salon for more
details.
Patch Testing
Eyelash and eyebrow services require a
currently valid patch test within 6 months
of previous treatment, or a patch test 48
hours before tint can be carried out.
