These top quality, high tech knives are equipped with the Tailwind™ speed assist
opening mechanism which is extremely smooth, lightweight, and easy to use. The
over-center cam/spring design holds the folder securely closed. When either of the
dual thumb studs is rotated outward approximately 30 degrees, the Tailwind™ spring

hand forged blade with a hardness of 58 +/-2 and each blade tang features an

The Damascus steel blades in the United Black collection have each
been folded 256 times to yield 1,792 layers of superior cutting
power. Each sword is presented in a traditional cloth
sword bag with a collectible hanging medallion and

This knife is an actual copy of a typical Bowie
knife of the 1830s. The story of the Bowie began
on a sandbar of the Mississippi River above Natchez, Mississippi on September 19, 1827. A brawl
that eventually involved Col. James “Jim” Bowie,
who, having been shot and stabbed, successfully
defended himself killing Major Norris Wright and
