Kings Dominion is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and fun-filled experience for all of our guests. Please be respectful
of others and abide by all park rules and regulations, which are posted throughout the park and available at Guest Services.
Dress Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.
Swimwear must be sufficiently covered. Profanity,
obscene gestures and statements, pictures of illegal
substances, insignia of paramilitary groups, all gang-related
items on clothing, costumes or disguises that conceal
identity are prohibited and admission to the park may
be refused.
First Aid/Security Located near the Eiffel
Tower on International Street and next to Sun
& Surf Supplies in Soak City. First Aid is staffed by
certified Emergency Medical Technicians at all times.
Security officers are available throughout the park for
your assistance.
Food and Drink No outside food or drinks are
allowed in the park. Picnic areas are located in the
guest parking lot.
Guest with Disabilities Information for guests
with disabilities is available at Guest Services or
First Aid.
Inclement Weather Policy Kings Dominion will
remain open in most weather situations however;
the weather affects each ride differently. Rides will close if
there is a threat of lightning, high winds or heavy rain. Sorry,
no rain checks or refunds. Line Breaking Line jumping, cutting in front of
others, saving a place in line or leaving a line and
trying to re-enter may lead to ejection from the park.
Lost & Found Located outside the front gate. If
you lose an article on a ride, please see the ride
attendant. Do not enter unauthorized areas. Kings Dominion
is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Rentals Lockers, strollers, wheelchairs and
scooters are available for rent at Stroller Rentals.
Additional lockers are located in Soak City and at Safari
Village & Old Viginia Restrooms.
Same Day Re-entry Hand stamps are required for
re-entry. To re‑enter the parking lot, place your
parking ticket on your dashboard.

PLANET SNOOPY
Alcoholic Policy You must be 21 years of
age to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic
beverages. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed within
designated areas. Alcohol sales will end one hour prior to
scheduled park closing time.
Soak City Rules
• Proper bathing attire required. No pants, denim,
or transparent clothing. Only suits without metal
buttons, buckles, rivets, zippers, or sharp objects will be
permitted on the body slides. We reserve the right to
determine the appropriateness of swimwear.
• Swim suits with zippers, buttons, and/or hard rivets will
not be allowed on body slides.
• Tidal Wave Bay, Big Wave Bay, Lazy Rider
Children under 48" tall will be required to wear a
lifejacket. Children under 42" tall are required to wear a
lifejacket and be accompanied by a responsible person.
• Lifejackets are available for all guests needing special
consideration and are free of charge.
• Only Coast Guard approved lifevests are allowed.
• All children in diapers should wear waterproof
diaper covers.
• Please do not talk to or distract lifeguards while they
are on duty.
SAFARI VILLAGE
Smoking is prohibited, except in designated smoking
areas located near most restrooms.
Rider Safety Requirements
• Many rides at Kings Dominion are dynamic and thrilling.
There are inherent risks in riding any amusement ride.
For your protection each ride is rated for its special
features, such as high speed, steep drops, sharp turns
or other dynamic forces. If you choose to ride, you accept
all of these risks. Restrictions for guests of extreme size
(height or weight) are posted at certain rides. Participate
responsibly. You should be in good health to ride safely.
You know your physical limitations, Kings Dominion does
not. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any
reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition
of any kind, DO NOT RIDE!
• Guests with a history of recent surgery, heart-trouble/
high blood pressure, neck trouble, who are pregnant or
any other condition that may be aggravated by riding
should heed all warning signs at each ride entrance.
•All passenger restraint systems, including lap bars,
shoulder harnesses and seatbelts, must be positioned,
fastened properly and tightened securely to allow guests
to ride. Please try our test seats at the ride entrances of
Drop Tower, Crypt, Shockwave, Dominator, Volcano and
Intimidator™ 305 prior to waiting in line.
• Most rides cannot accommodate loose articles including
cell phones, pagers, hats, cameras, stuffed animals,
purses, backpacks, umbrellas, beverage containers,
personal entertainment devices, etc. Items must be
safely secured in cargo pockets, a waist pack, left in a
locker, placed in an article bin at the ride location or left
with a non-rider. Ride operators are not responsible for
these items.
• Supervise children at all times. A guest’s height is an
important safety factor on many rides and attractions.
Children may be measured and receive a wristband, if
qualified, at the Height Measuring Stations located on
International Street. For the safety of your child, a standard
play shoe which does not contribute excessively to the
child’s height is required. Kings Dominion reserves the
right to ask that shoes be removed to ensure that a child’s
height is not being artificially enhanced or manipulated.
• Virginia state law requires riders to obey all warnings
and directions and behave in a manner that will not
cause or contribute to injuring themselves or others.
Riders shall report all injuries before leaving.
