VISITOR INFORMATION
If you need further help with any aspect of your visit to
Four Oaks, either before or during the show, please
contact Pat Coutts at the Organiser’s Office or mobile

REGISTRATION
DISABLED FACILITIES
Previous registered visitors will receive their badges by
post in mid August. All other visitors may register on-line at
www.fouroaks-tradeshow.com (preferred) or on arrival at
the show. Entry and catalogues are free of charge.
OPENING HOURS
The show is fully accessible to the disabled visitors.
Toilets: Disabled toilet is by OP33.
Parking: For disabled parking within the exhibition site
please display your blue badge or the disabled pass issued
by the organiser.
Tuesday September 6th - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Wednesday September 7th - 9.00am to 4.30pm
LUGGAGE
CATERING
Luggage can be left at the office reception.
Full catering and bar facilities are available in House T.
There is also a fast food area beside registration at the
main entrance.
PARKING
There is ample free parking close by see plan on page 6.
On site parking is available for the disabled, with easy
wheelchair access - see site plan page 8.
ORGANISERS OFFICE
This is located in the main office block.
ACCOMMODATION
CAR PARK SHUTTLE
SERVICE
A free shuttle service operates continuously between the
visitor car park and the main exhibition entrance see site plan page 6.
SECURITY
The exhibition will be patrolled by Impact Security during
the show.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Courtesy coaches will operate from Manchester
International Airport Tuesday 8.30am to 6.00pm (last run)
Wednesday 8.30am to 5.00pm (last run)
Coaches for return journeys will wait at the main
exhibition entrance.

The first aid room is located in the main office Block.
Courtesy coaches will also operate from Holmes Chapel

The Congleton Tourist Information Centre which operates
an accomodation booking service on our behalf, will be on
hand at the show for last minute hotel reservations in the
registration marquee.
There will also be a number of unlisted B&B addresses
available at the organisers office.
Appliances are located beside the doorway of each house.
STAND NUMBERING
Individual stands can be identified by an overhead number
and house letter, corresponding to the stand listings in the
catalogue.

GETTING TO THE SHOW
Four Oaks Nurseries, home of the Four Oaks Trade Show,
is just 5 miles from junction 18 of the M6 motorway in
Cheshire, 4 miles from Holmes Chapel railway station
and 14 miles from Manchester International Airport.
BY ROAD
Leave the M6 at junction 18. Take the A54 for Holmes Chapel
following AA signs for Four Oaks Trade Show.
BY RAIL
Holmes Chapel station is on the main Crewe to
Manchester line. On show days, a free minibus shuttle
service will operate from 8.30am to meet trains from
both directions.
BY AIR
From Manchester International Airport - follow signs for
Wimslow. Take A34 to Alderley Edge, then A535 which
will bring you directly to the show. A free coach shuttle
service will operate on both slow days.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
Tuesday 6th & Wednesday 7th September,
SELWYNS TRAVEL will operate a courtesy transport
service from Manchester International Airport on both
show days from 8.30am onwards.
Visitors should make their way to the FOUR OAKS STAND
in the COACH STATION WAITING AREA, located near to the
train station. Four Oaks staff will also be present in Terminals 1
& 3 arrivals to assist visitors.
For the return journey, coaches will be parked by the
main entrance to the show.
The last pick-up from site will be 6.00pm on Tuesday
and 5.00pm on Wednesday.
