International Forum for Drug & Alcohol Testing
Thursday, Nov. 8th and Friday, Nov. 9th, 2012
Rome, Italy
Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore –
Fourth Annual International Forum for Drug and Alcohol Testing Conference
www.IFDAT.com
Welcome to IFDAT
This will be the fourth forum following conferences
held in Sao Paolo, Brazil, then Barcelona, Spain and
last year Houston, USA. The International Forum for
Drug and Alcohol Testing is a non-profit organization
dedicated to the advancement of global employee
screening systems and processes. It provides a
platform for experts from the drug and alcohol
testing industry, as well as related disciplines, to
meet and discuss various topics relating to the
current and future developments of international
employee screening.
Why Should You Attend?
The international employee screening market is
growing rapidly as more and more businesses expand
their operations globally. As the need to screen
employees on an international basis grows, so does
the need to improve and identify opportunities for this
complicated process. The IFDAT conference provides
a forum for employers and industry providers to
hear and discuss best practices, to learn about
new developments, like changes in policies and
technology, and to find ways to improve efficiencies
in the international employee screening process.
Professionals who work in health and safety, human
resources, or anyone that manages a drug-free
workplace policy will be introduced to the
challenges of testing in different regions of the world.
They will be enlightened on laws and practices that
impact employee testing in those regions and will
discover ways to enhance their company’s employee
screening programs.
IFDAT conference attendees will interact with their
global counterparts and meet providers of international drug testing services who can help with
the implementation of global drug-free workplace
policies and related processes.
What Will You Learn?
IFDAT conference attendees will hear from
prominent professionals from all over the world.
These speakers will address topics that include:
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
Worldwide testing
Alternate testing methods
Legal challenges in testing
International MRO services
New technology in testing
Background checks
Testing in the aviation industry
And much more!
Sincerely,
Per Björklöv, Chair IFDAT
