Kids Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

To confirm your booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with this signed document.
Payment is required to be in Rainbow Springs bank account at least 3 working days before your party date.
Final payment can also be made at Rainbow Springs on arrival for the party.

Confirmation of numbers for catering are required no later than 3 days prior to the party.

Please notify your Rainbow Springs Event Manger of any dietary requirements. We will endeavor to
accommodate these.

If you wish to postpone the party for any reason, you must notify your Rainbow Springs
Event Manager via mobile phone, no later than 24 hours prior to the party date and time.
No postponements will be taken on the day. Dates subject
to availability.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Rainbow Springs Annual passes and other discount
vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with functions at
Rainbow Springs, including Kids Birthday Party packages.

Please stick to the paths within Rainbow Springs and
supervise children around the open water areas.

For safety reasons, there are some restrictions around who
can ride The Big Splash. Please familiarize yourself with
these on your arrival before you board the ride. Shoes must
be worn at all times.

Children must be at least 80cm tall with an adult or over
110cm tall on their own to ride The Big Splash.

Do not feed the animals or birds within the park (especially
the ducks at the café!) unless with the food provided for
them at Customer Services or from the animal feeder.

Balloons and party poppers are permitted in the Café only, not within Rainbow Springs Park. Please ensure
any entertainers ie clowns are aware of this restriction.

The whole of Rainbow Springs including the Park, The Big Splash Wairere Café and Kiwi Encounter is a nonsmoking environment.
