Serving as development, construction and asset manager for the project, Woodbine worked with Palmer’s architects to preserve the grandeur of the land, all while creating a thoroughly challenging course renowned for its beauty. Woodbine served as development, construction and asset manager for the project. In 1994, the course was sold to an affiliate of ClubCorp International. In 2002, it was sold to EAGL (Evergreen Alliance Golf, Ltd.). Woodbine continues as asset manager of the remaining land parcels available for purchase in Fossil Creek, as well as manager of the Fossil Creek Property Owners Association. Location The Golf Club at Fossil Creek is just 8 miles north of downtown Fort Worth at the intersection of North Loop 820 and I-35 West in the center of Woodbine’s 1,150-acre Fossil Creek master-planned community.
