AT BAHADURGRH. SIRSA. NARNAUL AND BAWAL.
Housing Board Haryana ha<l launshed Housing Schemes at Sector-9 Bahadurgarh
:
618 Flats, Sector 19 Sirsa 1260- Flats, Sector 1- Narnaul 282Flats and Bawal 280 Flats in
2010. The draw was held on27.08.2010, 20.09.2010, 02.05.2011 and 30.07.2010 respectively.
Ifowever the same was challenged through CWP No. 17910 of 2010, of Bahadurgarh, Sirsa,
Narnaul ancl CWP No 23774 of 2011
of
Bawal, in the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The matter remained under protected litigation in Hon'ble High Court and Supreme Coutt vide
the orders of the Apex court dated 01.05.2012 and 08.05.2012 and was finally decided.'aslper
the final orders of Hon'ble High Court and Apex court all the reservation were to be granted as
per regulations and all separate category, not specifically rpention in the Regulations
cancelled. The total allotment was cancelled and earnest money of all the
applicints. was refunded. Further in compliance of the orders
of
vi/ere
unsuccessful
Hon'ble High Court all the
original applicants were allowed to apply fresh vide different advertisement dated 01.07.2012,
r2.1t.2014, 13.i t.2Ar4, 09.04.2015, 10.04.2015. 09.05.2015, 02.06.2015, 12.06.2015 . As per
the last advertisement the applicants were granted last opportunity to apply for these schemes
with the closing date as15.06.2015.

has been uploaded on the website
also available for inspection
of
the Estate
of Housing Board Haryana, wu,w.hbh.nic.in. The detail{are
in the office of Executive Engineer, Housing Board Haryana
Panchkula, Karnal, Rohtak, Faridabad and Gurgaon..
All concerned may check the details on the website of the Board and in above
mentioned offices. Objections with regard
discrepancies and objections,
if any with
to inclusion/non-inclusion of the name
and
reference to information given in the applicafion
form may be submitted in writing to the Secretary, Housing Board Haryana, Panchkula, up
to
14.08.2015 where
after Housing Board Haryana shall not be responsible for any
error/omission. No objections will be entertained after 14.08.2015.
