PARTICIPATION
VITAKTIVA 2 EDITION 2016
Valorexpo srl, located in San Marino, via Consiglio dei Sessanta, 50-47891 Dogana Rep. San Marino, Share Capital: Euro
26,00.00, Economic Operator Code SM 26072, Registration Company no.6971 in the course of its competitive business activity,
organizes the event: VitAktiva, International Exhibition to Rimini Fair from the 21th to 23th october 2016.
Art. 1 - ADMISSION TO THE EXHIBITION
The Fair is open to trade operators and the public
The following may be admitted as exhibitors:
a) The Companies exhibiting their products or their manifacturing, sammarinese or foreign dealers exhibiting products or services
falling within the sectors included in the exhibition.
On the chance manifacturing companies do not take part at the fair, will be admitted their dealers, agents, exclusive or general
representatives.
b) Representatives must declare in the Host Firm Module or Represented, the firm list they represent and the products they expect
to expose. The Organization reserves the right at any time to request the representation mandate or documents attesting that type
of relationship. The lack of representation mandate, gives the Organizer the right to close the exhibition stand. Any liability as a
result of this, in respect of hosted companies and/or collectives, will be deemed the sole responsibility of the host company and/or
promoter of collective.
c) Trade associations and public or private bodies that institutionally conduct promotional and research activities dealing with
information and publication in the specific fields of the exhibition.
Valorexpo srl reserves the right to prohibit the presentation of the same products, samples, or services at more than one stand in
the same merchandise category.
c.1) In case any of the above entities/bodies/associations to create a “collective” it should be noted that exposure of machinery is
however subject to a prior approval by the Organizer. In case of non-fulfilment, the Organizer reserves the right to close the
exhibition stand. Any liability as a result of this, in respect of hosted companies and/or collective will depend on hosting company
and/or the collective promoter. Application requests, should be filled in the appropriate modules supplied by the Valorexpo srl.
administrative office, they will be accepted up to availability of space. Applications must be submitted to Valorexpo srl. Direction
Office, unless expressily specified, this article are equally applicable to the sponsors and participants who buy an exhibition area

Valorexpo srl. And its subsidiaries are insolvent in respect of the same Valorexpo srl.
The presentation of the application form and the subsequent proposal for event partecipation regularly signed, the participants:
e.1) agrees to participate in the event and the economic conditions laid down in this proposal for event participation;
e.2) accept, unconditionally the rules of this regulation;
e.3) shall elect legal domicile at the Valorexpo srl. Office recognizing for any controversity the competence of San Marino Court.
May be admitted as visitors:
a) students classes should be authorised in advance by Valorexpo srl. Directorate (addressing the administrative office:
[email protected]). In the absence of such permission, the access to the event is denied for those who do not have invitations
or reduction (admission day ticket is € 5,00).
Art. 2 - PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION AND SELLING OF GOODS
Participation:
The attached application form must (under penalty of non acceptance) be completely filled out, signed, and countersigned, will
be deemed an irrevocable request by the applicant, and will entail the applicant's acceptance of these "General Terms and
Conditions" (as well as of the "Technical Regulations and Various Forms booklet" of the "Exhibition Centre Regulations" and of all

other rules regarding the organisation and operation of the exhibition and of the Exhibition Centre).
When applying, the applicant must pay a down payment (see art. 3 of General Regulations). Payments slip must be attached to
the application form, otherwise it will not be taken into consideration.
Valorexpo srl shall rejectc applications at its sole discretion, if the presentation in not completed by:
a) the prepayment deposit (a indicated in the application form) will be returned in case of non-acceptance of the application form.
b) the present General Regulation by the subsequent application form duly filled in, suly endorsed in all its parts with stamp of the
company and signature of the legal representatives;
c) certificate copy of registration to CCIAA or Chamber of commerce company registration
d) copy of identity document and fiscal code of the Legal Representative.
Valorexpo srl decides with full authonomy with the only obligation to indicate the reasons for non-acceptance solely for applications
received at least 40 days prior the opening day of the event, in case the applicant presents instance within 20 days of the formal
closure of the exhibition. Dealers, agents, general or exclusive representatives must attach to their application a list of companies
they represent and of products they intend to expose. The applicant is required to provide any other documents that may be
required for the application acceptance and to ensure at any times the terms and conditions of participation in the exhibition.
If the application is accepted, Valorexpo srl will send a formal written notice to the requester.
For applications received later than 20 days, the applicant will receive notice of approval at least the day prior to the opening
date, approval may be notified trough registered letter or any other appropriate means, including fax.
In case of collective or coparticipation, the applicant may not Invite Exhibitors that have been previously excluded by Valorexpo
srl for non compliance with exhibition regulations and obligations, including the case of other exhibitions. Should this occur, the
applicant will be held responsible for the compliance of coparticipants.
Sale of goods: (provisions and regulation concerning the single-phase tax)
During the event will be permitted the sale of products with immediate delivery to the customers. Every exhibitors must expose,
clearly and visible, the price of each product sold.
Exhibitors, whom during the fair have sold goods are obliged under their own personal responsibility to declare the tax authority
of the Republic of San Marino goods sold under an obligation to carry out the payment of single-phaseTax, and also to issue
self-invoice of the samegoods.
The exhibitor has the possibility to sell goods exposed only in the last two days of the event (21 - 23 october, 2016)
adhering to regulations in force in the Republic of San Marino.
Any liability of fiscal nature, penal, administrative or otherwise arising from the sale, exchange etc. of goods on display falls
directly and exclusively to individual exhibitors and does not involve the Organization in any way.
Art. 3 - PAYMENTS - RATES - TERMINATION CLAUSE
Participation prices, various mandatory services and registration fee are indicated in the application form. The registration fee
includes the following services:
- insurance All Risks and Third Party Civil Responsibility (compulsory)
-inclusion of the company in the official catalogue
-free printable tickets on our website: www.valorexpo.com
The square meter fee or lump sum includes the costs ofthe exhibittion space, the services specified in the General Terms and
Conditions of Participation, complementary events such as meetings and conferences, society and celebratory events included
in the Exhibition programme In order to facilitate participation at the Exhibition, the following have been included:
- connection and testing of the electrical system
- daily cleaning of the stands
-one standard wi-fi connection
When submitting the application the following down payment equal to 30% of exhibition space request VAT exempt must be
included:

Indicating the payment purpose “VITAKTIVA 2 EDITION 2016” and exhibiting company name.
Upon receipt of the deposit Valorexpo srl will issue an invoice corresponding to the amount paid.

Applications will be accepted up to exhaustion of available exhibition areas, including those which may be made at the discretion
of Valorexpo srl Directorate. Specific requests about the exhibition stand placement are not recognized as conditions for
participation. Valorexpo srl. Exclusion of competition is not allowed.
The management reserves the right to enter the waiting list incomplete application forms or not in original.
Valorexpo srl reserves the right to refuse this application coutersigned if:
-does not arrive within the time limits laid down;
-the company has not paid the downpayment within deadlines provided in the application form and indicated in this Regulation;
-if there are outstanding administration issues.
The balance must be paid with bank transfer no later than: 16th SEPTEMBER 2016.
In the absence of this payment, Valorexpo srl reserves the right to deny the company participant or possible fitters the stand fitting.
In case of non acceptance of the participation request Valorexpo srl will give a reasoned and timely communication.
The invoices will be transmitted in pdf format via email to the email address for invoices and administrative documents, which
must unavoidably be filled in.
The Exhibitors not having paid the balance of the participation fee will not be entitled to enter the exhibition centre to set up their
stands. In the case of non-compliance with these provisions the Valorexpo srl may consider the contract annulled, without the
need
for the service of notice or decision from a court of law, but simply by serving formal notification on the party concerned.
In this eventuality, Valorexpo srl being released from any commitment and having the right to allocate the stand to other
applicants, will be entitled to retain the sums already received and also to receive full payment, as well as any other contractual
amounts, without prejudice to its rights to compensation for damages. If the application is not accepted, the aforementioned sums
will be returned, excluding in advance the right of the applicant to any form of compensation for damages or interest.
RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN GOODS EXCHANGE:
Participants in goods exchange must submit the following documents:
a)This General Regulation and the subsequent Application form duly filled in all its parts, with the company stamp and the
signature of the legal representatives;
b) copy certificate of the enrolment at Chamber of Commerce,
c)Invoice for Goods Exchange, as per per agreements with the Manager of the event, have to be headed to Valorexpo srl located
in San Marino, via Consiglio dei Sessanta, 50-47901 Dogana Rep. San Marino-C.O.E. SM 26072.
Art. 4 - NON-COMPLIANCE AND NON FULFILLMENT
The failure to comply with the requirements of this regulation and non compliance with obligations under this contract also
including the case of non payment Valorexpo srl, taking into account the seriousness of the matter, may impose the following
sanctions on Exhibitors:
- not activate ancillary services including all utilities required for the smooth functioning of the allocated exhibition space;
- prohibit the supply of parking passes for cars, Exhibitor passes, provided visitor's tickets, catalogue and other material related to
participation in trade fairs;
- order the immediate removal of non admissible products with the authority to a direct and immediate intervention, in case the
Exhibitor not comply forthwith, without prejudice to additional sanctions;
- order the immediate closure of the stand with the authority to intervene directly an immediately should the Exhibitor not comply
forthwith reserve the right to impose additional penalties
- order the exclusion of the Exhibitor from successive editions of the event. In no event shall the Exhibitor be entitled to
reimbursement or compensation of any kind and will remain obligated to pay Valorexpo srl the full amount for the fees participation.
Valorexpo srl also will in any case entitled to claim damages and costs incurred for the publication of material supplied to the
Exhibitor potentially non delivered and for the removal of the products displayed and/or closure of the stand and/or the possible
preparation of the exhibit space, including assignment to different Exhibitors. Valorexpo srl, by virtue of the delinquencies reffered
to above, will require full compensation for damages, which include booth the actual damages as well as those stem ming from a
loss of profits.
Art. 5 - STANDS ALLOCATION
Stand allocation falls exclusively within the competence of Valorexpo srl Directorate, considering the general interest of the
exhibition, the priority of the application form receipt, the surface requested and as far as possible the preferences expressed by
the applicant.
The map attached to the offer has provisional character because the surrounding areas and the stand space assigned may be
subject to change.
Any special instructions or requests from the exhibitor are understood to be merely indicative;

they may not bind or influence the application and are therefore not considered. Furthermore, Valorexpo srl will have the right to
move or reduce a stand already allocated, or to transfer it to another exhibition area; this will not give the participant any right to
compensation or indemnity of any kind.
Valorexpo srl will be required to notify the exhibitor of such decision by registered letter (or fax or other appropriate means) sent at
least 10 days prior to the opening of the exhibition. It is forbidden to sublet or assign, even free of charge the exhibition
stand or any part thereof without the prior written permission of Valorexpo srl. Directorate. It is also forbidden, without
the above authorization, exposig samples, products and his own brands or of other companies not declared in the
Catalogue.
Non-observance will result as the revocation of the contract and subsequent immediate closure of the exhibition
space, without any refount for dues paid and costs incurred.
Art. 6- RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
A participant that is unable to participate in the exhibition for legitimate and proven reasons may withdraw from the contract by
documenting such inability and notifying to Valorexpo srl by registered letter with advice of receipt no later than 30 days before
the opening of the exhibition, without prejudice to the Valorexpo srl right to retain the down payment as the agreed penalty. Should
such notice be given less than 20 days before the Exhibition opening date, without prejudice to the above-mentioned acquisition
of the deposit by Valorexpo srl as partial compensation, the participant shall be required to pay not only the registration fee but
also the whole of the participation fee.
In such case, Valorexpo srl may dispose of the stand and assign it to other exhibitors as appropriate. Valorexpo srl will decide
on the legitimacy of the causes preventing the firm from taking part.
If the notice of withdrawal is not given and the exhibitor does not set up its stand, the participant shall be considered entirely in
breach of contact and, without prejudice to the above-mentioned acquisition of the deposit by the Valorexpo srl as partial
compensation, shall be required to pay not only the registration fee but also the whole of the participation fee, as well as any other
greater damages accruing to Valorexpo srl, be they direct or indirect.
Valorexpo srl may withdraw from the participation contract at its discretion up to two weeks before the opening of the exhibition
and, for reasons relating to the organisation and/or management of the exhibition, up to the opening date. In this case, Valorexpo
srl will not be required to indemnify or compensate the participant in any way, but will have to refund all amounts (registration and
participation fees) where these have already been received.
Art. 7 - DELIVERY OF STANDS
The stands shall be made available to exhibitors by the deadline specified in the "Technical Regulations and Various Forms booklet."
The stands furnishing shall be completed on schedule according to the technical regulations in Art. 2°, 2B, 2 c, 2D
otherwise, the contract may be terminated due to the participant's default in the same manner and with the same consequences
referred to in Art. 6. For what concerns stand set-up, including a possible loan for use of required materials, the Directorate
reserves the right to confer the status of “authorized supplier” to one or several companies whose name will be communicated
prompltly to the participants along with their performance rate.
Valorexpo srl. Directorate declines all responsibility for any work carried out both by approved vendors and any other service
subcontracted to third parties. Supply conditions ad planned are indicated in the ONLINE SERVICES section – reserved area.
Admission to the Exhibition Centre is subject to advance accreditation of data on the website [email protected]; each
exhibitor will be sent a password to enter the reserved area for accreditation. This password must be used to submit details of the
stand set-up companies, personnel and vehicles that will enter the Exhibition Centre.
The Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that the companies carrying out work in the exhibition centre on its behalf meet the
necessary requirements.
Please note that in the absence of the full payment will not be allowed the stand set-up to participant company or any fitters from
this charge.
In case of non-immediate full payment, the defaulting participant loses the right of participation and the Directorate as well as retain
the advance already paid claims the full payment, and considers free the exhibition space that can be rented to another participant.
Valorexpo srl may define, also to comply with occupational safety regulations, specific criteria for access to the Fairgrounds during
the set-up work, as well as restrict access of vehicles and/or establish charges when vehicles are parked outside the area and
/or time limits defined by Valorexpo srl. In particular, if motor vehicles in general remain at the Fairgrounds over two hours, the
Exhibitor having the password used to approve the vehicle will be charged the amount of
€ 500,00
Art. 8 - STAND FURNISHING
Exhibitors must limit their exhibition stands to the area of the stand itself, as indicated clearly in the "Technical Regulations and
Various Forms booklet" and their height may not exceed the allowed height specified in the exhibition regulations.

The exhibition stand shuld also beart the name of the participant company. Valorexpo srl will verify in advance the compliance
with these features, in case of the lack of it , the Exhibitor shall be obliged to comply with an equipped stand subject to pricing
assigned by Valorexpo srl. In the event the Exhibitor fails to all of the above-mentioned, Valorexpo srl has the right to deny the
participation in the event, claiming by the way the compensation for the payment of the full amount of the exhibition area. Every
project on the construction must be approved by Valorexpo srl. Directorate and strictly presented at least 20 days before the
opening date of the fair. The participants must however set up and keep their exhibition stands so as not to harm the aesthetics
and visibility of neighboring booths and not cause harms to other participants.
The stand set up must be contained within the surface allocated and marked through painted or chalked lines, and the height
must be contained, except where expressly authorized by the Directorate.
The Technical Management, in its sole discretion, to authorize the realization of hanging stuctures or graphic elements on
condition that they do not disturb the visibility of neighboring booths.
The stand projects must necessarily be subjected, by written request, the approval of the Technical Direction of Valorexpo srl
who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, assess whether or not to grant permission.
In the large exhibition areas that encompass the spaces for corridors, as provided by standard floor plan of the Exhibition
Space, is required not to obstruct those spaces with fittings.
The participant undertakes not to damage the plaster and the floor, to use easels or framework stuctures in order to hang or fix
objects. The participants (or another person on his behalf), to use only water based paint during the stand set up. Any damage
must be reimbursed: exhibited products will beheld as security for this, on which the Directorate will have the right to
recoupment, unless of course there are any forms of compensation. Advertising signage on stands must be positioned at a
minimum distance of 2 metres from boundaries with adjacent stands.
All liability regarding setting up and fitting is the responsibility of Exhibitors, who expressly exonerate Valorexpo srl from
liability for any damage caused to themselves or others by exhibit/fitting defects due to wrong calculations or imperfect
construction. Reserves the right to have fittings mounted whose designs have not been approved changed or removed.
Regardless of surface area, stand fittings are classified as either Standard or Non-Standard and their specifications are set out
in detail in the Technical Regulations that form an integral part of these regulations and which the Exhibitor accepts in full.
In the case of non-standard fittings, at least 20 working days before set-up begins, the Exhibitor shall submit to the Organiser and
Valorexpo srl for approval the non standard fittings design duly stamped and signed by a qualified technician.
Should the Exhibitor not possess a non standard fittings design signed by a qualified technician, Valorexpo Srl.
In the case of non-standard structures, should the respective design duly stamped and signed by a qualified technician fail to be
sent to Valorexpo srl, arrangements will be made to carry out inspection and approval, the Exhibitor being charged double the
standard rate for such service as specified in the technical forms.
It should also be noted that non-standard fittings require final inspection and approval carried out exclusively by Valorexpo srl, the
Exhibitor being charged the rate specified in the technical form. The amount charged currently ranges from a minimum of € 200.00
to a maximum of € 1,500.00 VAT exempt. The Exhibitor is required to install in a clearly-visible and readily accessible location in
the stand, a sufficient number of fire extinguishers of suitable quality as specified in detail in the article 9 of Technical Regulations.
The Exhibitor may arrange to hire them directly from Valorexpo srl. In the event of non-compliance, Valorexpo srl may provide the
necessary and charge an additional cost, currently ranging from a minimum of € 50.00 to a maximum of € 100.00.
The displays and related equipment shall be constructed in a workmanlike way, and accident and fire prevention regulations shall
be observed.
Valorexpo srl shall have the right to call on the Supervisory Committee for places of public entertainment. The Exhibitor undertakes
to observe the legislation relating to places of public entertainment and to abide by the provisions and procedures laid down in
the "Technical Regulations and Various Forms Booklet".
Failure to deliver to Valorexpo srl the declarations and documents required by the "Technical Regulations and Various Forms booklet"
covering responsibility for fittings and electrical installations will give Valorexpo srl the right to close the stand and to take the most
appropriate measures to ensure safety conditions are maintained, without prejudice to any and every civil and criminal liability on the
part of the Exhibitor.
Valorexpo srl reserves the right to require that fittings and installations that do not fall within the provisions laid down above be
altered or changed. The exhibitor is solely responsible for the static of the fittings, execution and running of the installations and
any damage to persons or things owned by Valorexpo srl, or to third parties.
Failure to abide by these provisions and the regulations contained in the Technical Regulations and Various Forms Booklet will
entitle Valorexpo srl to take precautionary measures against the firm, for example, found to be in default on the fire prevention
requirements, including, should the supplementary measures of the general safety conditions be adopted, charging to the firm
the corresponding costs, which are estimated at not less than € 300,00 per exhibition module, or an order to dismantle all or part
of the stand and a declaration of non practicability of the stand itself. Exhibitors failing to observe the safety rules may be reported
to the judiciary authorities.

Art. 9 - HANDING BACK OF STANDS
At the end of the exhibition, but not before, the exhibitors will remove the products and materials they have installed and, after
obtaining an exit voucher from Valorexpo srl, will remove said products and materials from the Exhibition Centre. Stands must be
completely emptied by the date specified in the "Technical Regulations and Various Forms booklet.". Stands shall not be dismantled
totally or in part before the end of the event and exhibited materials may not be removed before the event closes.
Participants infringing this rule, have to pay a contractual penalty equal to the half of the stand rent. The removal of samples,
products and artifacts can be made from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on October the 23th 2016.
It is recommended in any case to remove from the stand any valuable item, fragile or easily transportable. The stand
dismantling must be completed within the maximum period of a day by the end of the fair, according to the following timetable:
08.00 - 20.00 h on October the 24st 2016. If the exhibitor does not complete stand dismantling by the stated deadline, without
other formality the Directorate can proceed on its own initiative at the expense and risk ofand behalf of Participants. As of 30
days from the end of the Exhibition, Valorexpo srl.has the right to arrange for the sale without any formality whatsoever of
materials and samples exhibited with participants have not removed. From the sum obtained from the sale, the Directorate will
retain any amount due from participants and will keep the remaining amount at theri disposal for a maximum of 6 days, after
which this sum will be confiscated by Valorexpo srl. Who will assume no liability for material and products left in the Expo
Centre and can have them transported elsewhere at the expense and risk of and on behalf of Exhibitors. It should be noted,
also, with reference to all of the above, that the organiser will not be helding any way liable for damage occurring to the
materials during dismantling, both during relocation and when they remain unattended at the Exhibition Structure.
Although the exit voucher is not issued to exhibitors who have not settled each and every one of their accounts, direct or indirect,
with Valorexpo srl, it does not constitute receipt of settlement of the sums due for participation in the exhibition, and shall be valid
only for the vehicle indicated on the voucher itself.
The participant expressly authorises Valorexpo srl to check that there are no products or materials other than those installed on
the stand and listed on the exit voucher in the exhibitor's and/ or its representatives' vehicle or baggage leaving the Exhibition
Centre, and further authorises Valorexpo srl not to allow any products and materials not listed on the exit voucher to leave the
Exhibition Centre.
Valorexpo srl disclaim all responsibility for goods, materials and anything else left unattended by the exhibitor in the Exhibition
Centre.
ARTICLE 10 – CLEANING AND WASTE DISPOSAL
The exhibitor is required to hand back the stand in the same condition in which it was received. Waste and residue from set-up
work must be disposed of by the Exhibitor and/or its employees, and all aisles must be kept free of all and any rubbish.
Exhibitor shall arrange for cleaning of their stands during the hours indicated by the Directorate. In particular the participant is
obliged to return the space in the condition it was at the time of the occupation, free from any adhesive tapes, waste materials and
waste etc.
During the event, exhibitors must take recyclables (paper, glass, PVC, tins) to the recycling stations provided for this purpose
in each hall. General waste can be taken to the bins located in the aisles or placed outside of the stand when the fair closes
for the day.
In the event the exhibitor fails to comply with knock-down times and/or is late in clearing the area, the exhibitor hereby gives its
irrevocable consent to removal and send left goods to the dump sites and all direct and indirect costs incurred as a result of the
dismantling operations shall be charged to the Exhibitor, whom shall be required to refund the direct and indirect expenses

incurred for the removal, currently from a minimum of € 300,00 to a maximum of € 2.000,00 for every 16,00 m of surface,

Art. 11 - ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION CENTRE
The Exhibition Space shall be open every day only to involved members of the trade presenting the required entry pass
according to the opening hours that Valorexpo srl establishes, and which it reserves the right to change, if necessary, even during
the Exhibition.
Visitors who have not received an invitation may access the Exhibition Centre by filling in the registration form.
Valorexpo srl will provide badges so that exhibitors and their staff may have free access to the exhibition. The use of such
badges is subject to the provisions and acceptance of the "Technical Regulations and Various Formsbooklet." The exhibitor is fully
liable for the conduct of persons to whom it provides entrance passes, as well as for the conduct of its employees, assistants,
and workers in the performance of their assigned duties.
Inside the Exhibition Centre it is strictly forbidden to promote offerings and donations for recognised institutions, to collect
offerings, o make political or religious propaganda and to conduct any activity whats ever not related to the aims and purposes
of the exhibition.

Art. 12 - SURVEILLANCE AGAINST THEFT LIABILITY FOR THEFT AND DAMAGES- RELEASE FROM LIABILITY FOR
RIMINI FIERE - INDEMNITY CLAUSE
During the Exhibition opening times the Exhibitor shall watch over his own stand either directly or by means of his personnel. The
exhibitor is required to supervise its stand and exhibition space with its own personnel during the entire exhibition period.
The exhibitor is the only custodian of all of the materials, goods, and furniture at the stand and exhibition space during the entire
exhibition period (including set-up and dismantling operations). As custodian of its stand and exhibition space, the exhibitor is
required to indemnify Valorexpo srl substantively and legally against all losses, damage, liability, cost or expense, including legal
fees, deriving from the exhibitor's use of its stand and assigned exhibition space. For the entire duration of the Exhibition and for
the stand furnishing and removal periods, there is a service of night surveillance inside the Exhibition Structure. Therefore,
Valorexpo Srl is released from any and all responsibility for theft and/or damage that may occur at the expense of the Exhibitor.
The exhibitor shall also be responseble to Valorexpo srl for all damage, be it direct or indirect, which for any reason is attributable
to him or to the staff working for him (including damage caused by furnishings or by the systems set up either directly or by third
parties engaged by it, even if they have been inspected by Valorexpo srl).
Art. 13 - INSURANCE - RELEASE, ASSUMPTION AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Exhibitor shall benefit from the following insurance policies taken out by Valorexpo srl
a) Third Party Liability cover, including fire damages: single limit € 750.000,00;
b) Exhibitor's Employees Liability cover: single limit per claim € 3.000.000,00 with limit of € 1.500.000,00 per person;
The above listed insurance policies are governed by the conditions and limitations which the Exhibitor may request from the
Exhibition Organising Office, and which will be printed on the form contained in the Technical Regulation and Various Forms
booklet of the Exhibition.
These insurance policies do not release the Exhibitor from liability in respect of all risks which, according to the independent
assessment of the Exhibitor, are not covered or which exceed the limits of cover as set out above. The Exhibitor shall take out
such supplementary cover, as he deems appropriate. In particular, because of the existence of a system of video controlling of
halls, in case of thefts, Exhibitor takes note of presenting or forwarding a written report draft by the Public Authority to the
Insurance Companies, within seven days after the end of the exhibition. In default, there might occur the loss of the allowance.
The Insurance Companies will also handle claims and settlements at the end of the exhibition.
In any event the Exhibitor hereby undertakes to include in the supplementary insurance cover a clause in which the insurer waives
any action of recourse or redress against the Exhibitors and Valorexpo srl, and in default he shall indemnify and hold it harmless
from any action that may be brought against it.
Having taken note of the foregoing, the Exhibitor nevertheless (on his own account and for his agents, employees or assistants)
expressly relieves Valorexpo srl from any liability for loss or damage which for whatever reason may occur in the exhibition area
assigned to him, and during the installation or dismantling of the area assigned to him, and in respect of anything located therein,
and he accepts sole liability for any damage caused to third parties by the management of the exhibition space or by anything
introduced therein, and which is not covered in the terms or manner indicated above or by additional insurance cover taken
out by the Exhibitor. Valorexpo srl will accept no liability for consequential damages, damage to image, loss of revenues, etc. As
regards direct damages, the Exhibitor accepts that the liability of Valorexpo srl is limited to the insurance limits as stated above.
The Exhibitors accepts these limits of liability.
Art. 14 - COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the organization and production of the Exhibition must be immediately reported to Valorexpo srl in
writing, and in all cases not later than seven days after the conclusion of the Exhibition.
Any complaints received after such deadline will not be deemed subjects of dispute with Valorexpo srl.
Art. 15 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The products and goods on display as well as the stands housing them may not be photographed, drawn or in any way
reproduced without the authorization of the individual exhibitors and Valorexpo srl nevertheless reserves the right to film,
reproduce, disseminate and to authorise the filming, reproduction and dissemination of general and detailed outside and inside
views, and may permit their sale or even sell them directly.
Art. 16 - TEMPORARY IMPORTATION
The temporary importation of foreign merchandise or goods (such as samples) for display at the exhibition must take place at the
exhibitor's expense through Valorexpo srl official carrier according to the methods specified in the "Technical Regulations and Various
Forms booklet," with exemption of all liability for such Valorexpo srl official carrier.

Art. 17-DISPLAY OF PREFABRICATED STRUCTURES, SCAFFOLDING, ETC. AND DISPLAY OF MACHINERY
IN OPERATION Regarding the exhibition of prefabricated structures, tower cranes, self erecting cranes and other similar
cranes, scaf folding, temporary reinforcement and scaffolding in general, in addition to fully and strictly observing all regulations
in terms of safety, legislation, standards, good practices, as well as those based on experience and prudence, the Exhibitor
also pledges to scrupulously observe Valorexpo srl instructions during the entire stay on the Valorexpo srl grounds.
Machines on display may not be operated unless written permission has been received from the Operations Division of Valorexpo
srl and provided such operation does not cause danger or disturbance.
In this case, machines must be equipped with devices to prevent accidents, noise, foul odours, and the emission of gas and
liquids. Machines may not be operated with internal combustion engines in the halls, and must not require the use of fuels or gas
cylinders. All machines must comply with safety laws, regulations, and standards of good practice, and must be accompanied by
the administrative documents issued by competent authorities.
The Exhibitor will assume all civil and criminal liability for any injury and/or damage to third parties caused by the non-observance
and violation of such regulations and/or instructions. Valorexpo srl has the right to remove or have removed from the Exhibition
Centre any structures that do not conform to the provisions referred to above.
Art. 18 - PRINTED LITERATURE AND ON-LINE INFORMATION
Valorexpo srl reserves the right to issue the Catalogue and distribute the information (including in summary or abbreviated form)
contained in the Application Form regarding the exhibitors and the products and/or services they present, or regarding anything
else exhibited or presented, using the means and techniques of communication (printed matter, CD-ROM, Internet, etc.) it deems
most appropriate, with no liability for any omissions, errors or malfunctioning.
The information printed in the Catalogue will refer to application forms received and approved up to 30 days before the opening
of the exhibition, without prejudice to Valorexpo srl right to change the allocation of the stands.
The above also applies to the contents of other information forms signed by the Exhibitor or by one of his employees and provided
to Valorexpo srl (including via computer).
Valorexpo srl reserves the right to provide, on the website of the exhibition, reserved area for the individual Exhibitor, to which the
Exhibitor himself can login entering his password and username to integrate, send or modify informations relating to his own
business.
The Exhibitor will have exclusive liability for the content of the reserved area for him and for the proper use, also by third party,
including the username and password assigned to him by Valorexpo srl.
Art. 19 - PAID ADVERTISING
Outside the exhibition area, assigned to the exhibitors, any and all forms of publicity or advertising must be carried out through
Valorexpo srl. or through the companies appointed for this purpose by Valorexpo srl. Such advertising will be subject to the
payment of a fee and associated tax charges.
Art. 20 - CAR PARKS
The Exhibitor has at its disposal areas for parking subjecting to the availability of parking spaces, and these vehicles may be
parked only in the allotted spaces and only during Exhibition opening hours. In the case of non compliance with these provisions
Valorexpo srl may remove the vehicle from the Parking Area to a protected place.
All occupants of the vehicle must have a valid document for admission to the exhibition centre. Since the car parks are unattended,
Valorexpo srl is not responsible for security of the vehicle and will accept no liability for damage or theft of any kind.
Art. 21 - SPECIAL PROHIBITIONS- Exhibitors are especially prohibited from:
- transfer or exchange all or part of their stands;
-exhibit of prices except in those areas where Valorexpo srl allows it;
- display products that do not belong to the marketing designation of the stand as it appears on the Exhibitor's application;
- display billboards or samples, even those of a purely indicative nature, for firms not listed on the application form and not
represented;
-engage in any form of advertising outside their own stand and in the Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors may distribute advertising
material only inside their own exhibition area;
-to use own forkitts and lifting devices in the Exhibition Centre without expressed authorization of the Technical Department of
Valorexpo srl as stated in the Exhibition Technical Regulations;
-stage any show or entertainment, of whatever, type, kind and characteristics, even if it is confined to the inside of the stand
or designed for the presentation of products, without the prior written consent of the management of Valorexpo srl any form of
unfair competition between or among participants in the exhibition. Therefore, to ensure correct execution of the exhibition, the
exhibitor hereby accepts all of the initiatives that Valorexpo srl may undertake to ensure the immediate cessation of any possible
forms of unfair competition or to protect and safeguard the other exhibitors and Valorexpo srl it self.

-The technical prohibitions issued for reasons of safety, health, pollution in general, for persons and property, and to prevent
tampering with the property and assets of the Exhibition Centre, as well as the instructions contained in the "Technical Regulations
and Various Forms booklet," are an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions, and the exhibitor undertakes to observe
them scrupulously. Any exceptions may be issued, only in writing, by the Valorexpo srl Directorate.
In the event of contravention of even one of the above-mentioned prohibitions, or of those referred to in this Article, Valorexpo srl
may apply the sanctions provided in the "Technical Regulations and Various Forms booklet" and/or terminate the contract for
participation in the exhibition without recourse to the court, but simply by means of any form of written notice to the exhibitor at its
stand. This will entail the immediate closing of the stand and withdrawal of access documents to the Exhibition Centre, without
prejudice to the sums due from the Exhibitor.
Art. 22 - POSTPONEMENT, REDUCTION OR CANCELLATION OF THE EXHIBITION
Valoerxpo srl has the irrevocable right, at its discretion, to change the dates of the Exhibition; this will not give the Exhibitor any
right to back out of or cancel the contract or to be released from any of its obligations. In addition, Valorexpo srl may reduce the
length of the exhibition or eliminate all or some of its sectors without being required to pay damages or penalties of any kind. In
such cases, Valorexpo srl will give written notice of changes by means: registered letter, fax or e-mail, to be sent at least 30 days
before the opening date of the exhibition.
Art. 23 - GENERAL PROVISIONS-CHOICE OF DOMICILE-APPLICABLE LEGISLATION - ITALIAN
JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT OF LAW
The exhibitor is obliged to abide by any regulations that may be issued to Valorexpo srl by the Public Safety Authorities and those
responsible for fire and accident prevention and for the supervision of places open to the public. The exhibitor and third parties
working for him inside the Exhibition Centre must engage staff on employee or freelance contracts in accordace with the laws in
force (social security, insurance, taxation, etc.). The exhibitor agrees to have his legal domicile, for all intents and purposes of law,
at Valorexpo srl registered office.
For all legal purposes, the exhibitor’s domicile is to be considered at Valorexpo srl's premises, accepting solely
sammarinese Jurisdiction and the San Marino Court of Law. Relations between Valorexpo srl, the Exhibitor and any third parties
are governed solely by Italian law.
Art. 24 - RELATIONS WITH VALOREXPO SRL.
The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Exhibition will take place in the Exhibition Centre of Valorexpo srl and undertakes to observe,
and to have its employees and personnel observe, the rules and regulations issued by Valorexpo srl.
The exhibitor declares that he/she has read the Valorexpo srl “General Conditions for participation Health&Beauty 2ND Edition
2015”, available on the website www.valorexpo.com, that he/she shares it and fully agrees with its content, and is aware of the
possible consequences and penalties deriving from violation of the principles and rules stated therein.
Therefore, in case of the exhibitor's default in such obligations, Valorexpo srl will be entitled to take direct action, by means of its
service staff in the Exhibition Centre, in order to enforce its rules and regulations and all laws.
Art. 25 - HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform you, in accordance with art. 13 of the personal data protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/03), that the processing of
your personal data is carried out according to appropriate procedures to ensure security and confidentiality and it is
performed using paper, computer and/or telephone for conducting the business of the company Valorexpo Srl.
In accordance with art. 4, paragraph 1 lit. a) Decree 196/2003, for "data processing" means any operation or set of
operations carried out with or without the help of electronic means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage,
consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication,
diffusion, deletion and destruction of personal data even if not registered in a database.
In accordance with art. 4, paragraph 1 lit. b) Legislative Decree 196/2003, for "personal information" means any information
concerning a natural person, legal person, entity or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other
information, including a personal identification number.
In accordance with art. 4, paragraph 1 lit. c) Legislative Decree 196/2003 "personal data" means personal data that allow direct
identification;
In accordance with art. 4, paragraph 1 lit. d) Legislative Decree 196/2003, for "sensitive data" means personal data revealing racial
or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations
or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life.
In accordance with and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003 we inform you that the data collected with this
application will be treated by the Company Valorexpo Srl exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the activities of providing
services by acquiring goods and services in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/03 for the period necessary for the
performance of the related administrative tasks.

The data processing will be based on principles of necessity, propriety, lawfulness, impartiality and transparency; the data will
be collected and stored solely for the purposes set out above and will be protected the dignity and confidentiality.
The provision of data is optional, but a refusal to provide it will make it impossible for Valorexpo to use the data for the purposes
indicated, so that won't be possible the provision of the services requested.
The data collected with this application may be disclosed to other public bodies identified by law or regulation and/or
disseminated after publication in Praetorian register. The data controller is Valorexpo Srl intended as an event organization as a

The person in charge of data processing is the party enjoys the rights under art. 7 of legislative decree June 30, 2003 n. 196, the

"Valoexpo srl" is a Society organizing Events and International
Exibitions based in San Marino, at Via Consiglio dei Sessanta,
50 – Dogana Repubblica di San San Marino.

2.A - Date, time and venue of the Exhibition

Gli Espositori e il personale dipendente dovranno
accedere agli stand entro le ore 9.30 e trattenersi fino alle
ore 20.00.
2.B - Disponibilità degli stand - consegna
Gli stand dovranno essere messi a disposizione degli
Espositori a partire dai gg:
Mercoledì 19 ottobre dalle ore 08,00 alle ore 20,00
I lavori di allestimento dovranno essere completati entro le
20,00 del giorno 20 ottobre.
L'Espositore dovrà assicurarsi che l'allestitore prescelto si
impegni al rispetto del suddetto termine, inserendo nel
contratto la clausola dei tempi di realizzazione.
2.C - Accesso alla Struttura Espositiva durante il
periodo di allestimento degli stand
L'accesso alla Struttura Espositiva potrà avvenire solo previo
accreditamento dei dati anagrafici dell'espositore nell'apposito
sito www.valorexpo.com nell' "area riservata". Gli Espositori
ed i propri allestitori/fornitori, che non si accrediteranno a tale
sito, e non provvederanno alla stampa dei documenti di
ingresso, non saranno autorizzati ad accedere all'interno
della Struttura Espositiva nei periodi di allestimento e
disallestimento della manifestazione.
A ciascun Espositore sarà inviata, all'indirizzo e-mail indicato
nella domanda di partecipazione alla manifestazione,
un'apposita password per accedere alla propria area
riservata all'interno della quale dovrà inserire i dati riguardanti
il personale ed i mezzi della propria azienda, per la stampa
dei relativi documenti d'ingresso.
I fornitori/trasportatori che accederanno nella Struttura
Espositiva per conferire materiale su incarico dell'Espositore,
dovranno essere in possesso anche di apposito Documento
di Trasporto (DDT) recante i dati identificativi dell'Espositore
di interesse, quali ragione sociale dell'Espositore e
posizionamento stand. Ai fornitori che si presenteranno con
Documento Di Trasporto sprovvisto di tali dati, sarà negato
l'accesso nella Struttura Espositiva.

2.C - Access to exhibition centre during the stand
furnishing period
Admission to the exhibition centre is subject to advance
accreditation of exhibiotion's data on the website:
www.valorexpo.com “reserved area”.
Exhibitors, stand-fitters/suppliers that won't be credit to the site
www.valorexpo.com and won't proceed with the printing of the
required entrance documents, won't be allowed access to the
Trade Fair Centre during the stand setting-up and dismantling
of the exibition.
Each exhibitor will be sent to the e-mail address provided on
the trade fair application form, the Id and password to access
the exhibitors reserved area for accreditation. On the gate
restricted area each exhibitor should enter the required details
on staff and vehicles in order to print the entrance pass, that
are strictly required to get admission to the Trade Fair Centre
during the stand set-up and removal stages.
Suppliers/carriers entering the Exhibition Structure to
provide material on behalf of the Exhibitor, must be in
possession of appropriate transport document (DDT)

Stand fitters and suppliers devoid of such data will not be
allowed to enter the Trade Fair Centre. In accordance wuth the

e di quanto ivi si trova, ed assume a proprio carico la
responsabilità degli eventuali danni causati anche a terzi
dalla gestione dello spazio espositivo o da quanto immesso

3) FURNISHINGS AND PROHIBITIONS
3.A -Is considered NON STANDARD fitting an installation that
do not present the features listed above. An Exibitor who
wanted to ask for different features must apply for it by fax or
certifies mail to Valorexpo Srl. Within 20 days before the start
of the official stand. For the eventual approval of a non
standard stand it is required the signature and stamp of a
technician provided by Valorexpo Srl.
If the Exhibitor is not in possession of the off-standard fitting
project signed by a qualified engineer/architect supplied by
Valorexpo Srl., the Exhibitor may fill in the appropriate request

3) ALLESTIMENTI E DIVIETI
3.A L'espositore che intendesse proporre il proprio stand,
sarà tenuto a farne richiesta tramite fax o posta elettronica
a Valorexpo srl entro 20 giorni prima dell'inizio
dell'allestimento ufficiale. Per l'eventuale sua approvazione
sarà necessaria la firma e il timbro di un tecnico abilitato
fornito da Valorexpo Srl.
Nel caso in cui l'Espositore non sia in possesso di progetto di
allestimento firmato da tecnico abilitato fornito da Valorexpo
Srl, è possibile richiederne preventiva verifica a Valorexpo srl

In any case, Valorexpo Srl has ever the right to examine stand
projects that fall outside conventional set-ups in terms of
dimensions and potential danger. The Exhibitor must provide
the technical calculation and the names of the technicians
responsible for the structural part, for the set-ups, for aspects
regarding health and safety at the workplace, and for the
systems. The same obligation applies for stands built in

3.B - Allestimento degli stand
L'Espositore dovrà contenere il proprio allestimento entro la

collegamento principale (es. tirante, fascia, fune, catena,
asta) anche un collegamento di sicurezza (p.e. tirante,
fascia, fune, catena, sistemi estensibili anticaduta, ecc..). Per
"carichi sospesi" devono intendersi strutture americane
(semplici o tipo "ring") o altre tipologie di travi/strutture e tutti

be disposed by the Exhibitor and/or its employees, and all
aisles must be kept free of every item and rubbish. Waste and
residue from set-up work and disassembly is removed by

the walkways, exhibition areas or any of the spaces in and

skips are available in each fair hall during set-up and
disassembly for waste disposal; refuse can only be disposed
in these areas.
Any materials discarded in the fair district or disposed of with
general waste, reported during spot checks by Valorexpo srl
staff will be disposed of by Valorexpo srl and the cost of waste
disposal shall be charged to the Exhibitors/ Assembly staff

prodotti senza la preventiva autorizzazione da parte della
Direzione di Valorexpo srl;
L'Espositore assume a suo esclusivo carico la responsabilità
civile e penale per eventuali danni causati dalla inosservanza
o dalla violazione delle norme vigenti e di tutte le prescrizioni
riportate nel presente Regolamento e nel Fascicolo
Sicurezza, obbligandosi inoltre a tenere sollevato Valorexpo
srl da eventuali richieste risarcitorie avanzate da terzi.
L'Espositore dovrà informare il proprio personale e le aziende
per esso operante nella Struttura Espositiva circa le
prescrizioni e i divieti del presente Regolamento e nel DUVRI
circa le Condizioni di Partecipazione alla manifestazione.

Si precisa che:
I servizi di trasporto, carico e scarico merci e di facchinaggio
all'interno della Struttura Espositiva, sono organizzati
esclusivamente dallo Spedizioniere di Valorexpo srl.
Per introduzione nella Struttura Espositiva di merci di
provenienza estera da esporre quali campioni, gli Espositori
dovranno rendere edotto Valorexpo srl utilizzando l'apposito
modulo.
Nella Struttura Espositiva sarà attivo un servizio di
ristorazione.
4.B - Responsabilità dei servizi

4.A - Technical assistance available to Exhibitors
The Organiser, through its Exhibition Office, will provide

general services available throughout the Centre. The
services listed below may be requested from the Official
Suppliers, whose names are given in the Various Forms
booklet, should Exhibitors not have their own equipment or if
they do not intend to use their own staff:

water service and motive power. Moreover, Valorexpo Srl.
Reserves the right to contract out or to grant exclusive for any
service deems useful to defining the operating mode. In

The Exhibitor acknowledges that the services managed by
Valorexpo srl. and subcontracted) ensure regular performance

7.B - Accesso con cani od animali
E' vietato introdurre nella Struttura Espositiva cani ed animali
di qualsiasi tipo, eccezion fatta per i cani al servizio di

il preventivo consenso di Valorexpo srl e del titolare dello

8) NORME REGOLAMENTO DI SICUREZZA
Il presente regolamento è redatto a cura di Valorexpo s.r.l.,
in ottemperanza ed assolvimento degli obblighi di legge in
materia di sicurezza sul lavoro ed in particolare a quanto
previsto dalla Legge18 febbraio 1998 n.31.
I destinatari del presente regolamento sono imprese e/o
lavoratori autonomi operanti nell’ambito degli eventi
organizzati da Valorexpo s.r.l., sia in qualità di Allestitori
che di Espositori.
Tali ditte sono soggette ai seguenti obblighi:
1) Rispettare in generale le disposizioni previste dalla
normativa sulla sicurezza sul lavoro ed in particolare dalla

2) rispettare il presente Regolamento di Tecnico di
Manifestazione
3) rispettare il Documento Unico di Valutazione dei Rischi
Interferenti (DUVRI) di Valorexpo s.r.l. in ottemperanza
della l. 31/98 art.7.
Inoltre dovranno produrre a Valorexpo s.r.l., almeno 15 gg
dall’inizio dei lavori, la seguente documentazione:

8.A OBLIGATIONS OF STAND FITTERS
In addition business/self-employed operating a fitters must:
1) provide Valorexpo srl. At least 15 days prior the
commencement of the work, its Operational Safety Plan (POS)
edited in accordance with Annex 7 of 25/02, in reaction to the
activity carried out;
2) documentation regarding the conformity of machinery and
equipment used;
3) safety data sheet for substances and/or hazardous products
used
4) keep the above-mentioned documentation available at the
booth during the entire duration of the booth furnishing and
removal works;
5) during the setting up and dismantling phases, for all Installer
workers, it is compulsory to show personal badge with a photo
and geeral information and indications of the employer;
6) All workers employed by the Fitter must be provided with
appropriate personal protective equipment (D.P.I) that should
be used by the workers themselves, in accordance with article
33 L.31/98.
8.B Obligations. In the event of Subcontracting
The fitters who wish to make use of subcontractors and
exhibitors who entrust other companies/self-employed of the
setting-up and dismantling operations must comply with the
following:
1) verify the suitability of any technical professional
subcontractors even though the request of registration to the
CCIAA or licence;
2) provide them detailed information on specific risks existing
in the environment in which they are to operate, and this Safety

3) cooperate with contractors on implementation of measures
for prevention and protection from occupational risks accidents

coordinate the interventions of prevention and protection from
the risks to which workers are exposed informing them

9) SAFETY STANDARDS FOR FIRE PREVENTION 1) all

Inoltre, le imprese/lavoratori autonomi che operano in
qualità di Allestitori devono:
1) produrre a Valorexpo s.r.l., almeno 15 gg prima dell’inizio
dei lavori, il proprio Piano Operativo di Sicurezza (POS)
redatto conformemente all’Allegato 7 del D. 25/02, in
reazione all’attività svolta;
2) documentazione relativa alla conformità di macchine ed
attrezzature utilizzate;
3) schede di sicurezza di sostanze e/o prodotti pericolosi
impiegati;
4) tenere a disposizione la suddetta documentazione
presso lo stand durante tutta la durata dei lavori di
allestimento e disallestimento;
5) durante le fasi di allestimento e disallestimento, per tutti
i lavoratori dell’Allestitore, è fatto obbligo di esporre un
tesserino di riconoscimento con foto, generalità personali e
indicazione del datore di lavoro;
6) tutti i lavoratori dell’Allestitore devono essere forniti di
idonei dispositivi di protezione individuale (D.P.I.) che
devono essere utilizzati dai lavoratori stessi secondo
quanto disposto dall’art.33 della L.31/98.
8.B OBBLIGHI IN CASO DI SUBBAPALTO
Gli Allestitori che intendano avvalersi di subappaltatori e gli
Espositori che affidino ad altre imprese/lavoratori autonomi
dei lavori di allestimento e disallestimento, dovranno
ottemperare a quanto segue:
1) verificare l’idoneità tecnico professionale di eventuali
subappaltatori, anche attraverso la richiesta dell’iscrizione
alla CCIAA o licenza;
2) fornire agli stessi soggetti dettagliate informazioni sui
rischi specifici esistenti nell’ambiente in cui sono destinati
ad operare, fornendo loro il presente Regolamento della
Sicurezza e il DUVRI;
3) cooperare, con i datori di lavoro delle imprese esecutrici,
all’attuazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dai
rischi sul lavoro incidenti sull’attività lavorativa oggetto
dell’appalto;
4) coordinare gli interventi di protezione e prevenzione dai
rischi cui sono esposti i lavoratori, informandosi
reciprocamente anche al fine di eliminare i rischi dovuti alle
interferenze tra i lavori delle diverse imprese coinvolte
nell’esecuzione dell’opera complessiva; tenere a
disposizione presso lo stand tutta la documentazione di cui
sopra e quella prevista per legge.
9) NORME DI SICUREZZA PER LA PREVENZIONE
INCENDI
1) Tutti i materiali utilizzati per l’allestimento degli stand
devono essere incombustibili, ignifughi all’origine oppure
ignifugati ai sensi delle normative vigenti.
2) Tutti i fili, spine e prese devono essere adeguatamente
isolati. In particolare i cavi elettrici devono essere costituiti
protective sheath (in good condition) and the plugs must have
the cable gland. In addition, the arrangement of the cables
must be kept under control ao as to avoid obstacles in steps
and transit routes.
3) it is prohibited to smoke inside the exhibition area even
during the setting-up and dismantling period. The exhibitor
must ensure compliance with the smoking ban inside his own
stand;
4) it is prohibited to carry out, on their own or though non
authorised by Valorexpo srl third parties direct connections to
services (water,electricity,compressedair).
As regards electrical system, during the setting-up and
removal phases it can be used only the service sockets. In
their use, a particular attention is required in the placement of
any extensions that should not hinder the feasibility of the
neighborhood and be properly protected. When using multiple
sockets is necessary to ensure in compliance with specific
safety standards, the impossibility, without using special
means to come into contact with live parts. During the
dismantling operations, it is necessary to ensure it is
processed before the disruption of the electrical system.

6) it is forbidden to introduce in the exhibition area detonating
explosive materials, as well as introduce or use cylinders of
compressed/liquefied gases.
7) it is forbidden to use open flames (candles, fireplace, stoves

8) it is forbidden to abandon in the exhibition centre the stand
fittings such as carpets or residue of any kind;
It is compulsory for each Exhibitor to install on the exhinbition
stand, in a clearly visible and accessible position, suitable fire
extinguisher and to train their personnel to the adequate use.
In case the Exhibitor does not have fire extinguisher. He can
make a special request, Valorexpo srl will provide the rent of it.

10) SUPERVISORY POWERS AND FACULTIES OF
INTERVENTION OF VALOREXPO Srl.
Valorexpo srl shall ensure that its provisions, regulations and
General Conditions are observed, and it is compulsory for
those entering the Exhibition Structure to colpy with the
provisions and requirements Valorexpo srl. Will impart at the
entrance and inside the Exhibition Structure with appropriate
signage, with written warnings, loudspeaker releases and
provvisions issued by the service personnel shall prevail over
the other warnings. Exhibitor is warned that non-observance
of standards or the infringement of prohibitions may result in
the immediate closure of the exhibition stand by officers or
agents of Valorexpo Srl, the withdrawal of the entry passes
and parking cards, all without any right of the Exhibitor

3) E’ fatto divieto di fumare all’interno dell’area espositiva
anche durante i periodi di montaggio e di smontaggio degli
allestimenti. L’espositore deve vigilare sul rispetto del
divieto di fumare all’interno del proprio stand;
4) E’ vietato effettuare in proprio o tramite terzi non
autorizzati da Valorexpo s.r.l., allacciamenti diretti ai servizi
(acqua, energia elettrica, aria compressa, telefono). Per
quanto riguarda gli impianti elettrici, durante le fasi di
allestimento e disallestimento, si possono utilizzare le sole
prese di servizio. Nel loro utilizzo particolare attenzione
dovrà essere posta nel posizionamento di eventuali
prolunghe che non dovranno intralciare la percorribilità del
quartiere ed essere adeguatamente protette. Nell’utilizzo di
prese multiple si dovrà garantire, nel rispetto delle
specifiche norme antinfortunistiche, l’impossibilità, senza
l’uso di mezzi speciali, di venire in contatto con le parti in
tensione. Nelle fasi di disallestimento bisognerà avere cura
di verificare che si sia proceduto preventivamente al
distacco della tensione dell’impianto elettrico.
5) E’ vietato lasciare attivata l’alimentazione dell’energia
elettrica dell’impianto servente lo stand, nelle ore di
chiusura del quartiere fieristico, anche in fase di
allestimento e di disallestimento;
6) E’ vietato introdurre nella area espositiva materiali
esplosivi, detonanti, o comunque pericolosi nonché
introdurre od usare bombole di gas compressi o liquefatti.
7) E’ vietato l’uso di fiamme libere (candele, camini, fornelli,
ecc…);
8) E’ vietato abbandonare nella Struttura Espositiva parte
degli allestimenti degli stand, quali moquette, o residui di
qualsiasi natura;
E’ fatto obbligo a ciascun Espositore di installare nello
stand, in posizione ben visibile ed accessibile, idonei
estintori e di addestrare il proprio personale presente nello
stand all’adeguato impiego. In caso l'espositore non abbia
a disposizione gli estintori, facendone apposita richiesta,
Valorexpo srl provvederà al noleggio degli stessi.
Il Partecipante è tenuto ad osservare le vigenti
disposizioni (vedi ALLEGATO Dichiarazione di
Accettazione delle Norme sulla Sicurezza del Lavoro
scaricabile dall'AREA RISERVATA ESPOSITORI nel
sito www.valorexpo.com alla voce “Regolamento

11) AMENDMENTS TO THIS REGULATION
Any legislative or regulatory disposition that may modify the
provisions of this Regulation shall be deemed to have been
automatically and immediately applicable even if the
regulations have not been modified or varied on these
points. In addition, Valorexpo srl. May at any time adopt
measures which it considers appropriate, and the Exhibitor
shall immediately apply them for what concerns fire
prevention, hygene at work, preventing accidents and
damage, safety of participants and visitors.
The latter measures may be communicated to the exhibitors
by any means and shall prevail over the general provisions

EXHIBITION CENTRE REGULATIONS
1) ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION
CENTRE
The Exhibition Centre is open on the days and according to
the timetable set forth by the Valorexpo srl of each individual
fair. Information regarding hours and access will be made
available to the exhibitors and buyers via the means
considered to be most appropriate for the purpose by the Fair
Provider. The schedule in terms of both days and hours,
however, can be changed at any moment by means of a
simple communication, including an announcement made
over the public address system, promulgated within the fair
facility or at the entry points. Permission to access the
Exhibition Centre will be limited to people in possession of a
valid entry pass. Visitors should carry this pass with them at all
times while at the fair and always be ready to show it to the
facility's services personnel.
2) RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
All people who visit and use the Exhibition Centre are
expected to behave in a civil manner, respecting the property
and equipment located in the facility belonging to the Fair
Provider and third parties. Everyone is expected at all times to
scrupulously follow all the rules and regulations which shall be
disseminated by the Fair Provider at the entrances and within
the fair facility by meansof special signs, printed bulletins and
announcements made over the public address system, as well
as by means of the service personnel and via any other means
the Fair Provider shall deem necessary, with the
understanding that the announcements made over the public

11) MODIFICHE AL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO
Ogni eventuale disposizione legislativa o regolamentare che
dovesse modificare la normativa del presente regolamento
si intenderà automaticamente ed immediatamente
applicabile ancorché il regolamento non sia stato modificato
o variato su tali punti.
Inoltre è facoltà di Valorexpo srl di adottare in qualsiasi
momento i provvedimenti che più riterrà opportuni, e che
l'Espositore dovrà immediatamente applicare, in tema di
prevenzione incendi, igiene del lavoro, prevenzione infortuni
e danni, incolumità dei partecipanti e dei visitatori.
Questi ultimi provvedimenti potranno essere portati a
conoscenza degli Espositori con qualsiasi mezzo, e
prevarranno sulle disposizioni generali in precedenza
adottate.
REGOLAMENTO DELLA STRUTTURA
ESPOSITIVA
1) ACCESSO ALLA STRUTTURA ESPOSITIVA
La manifestazione è aperta nei giorni e negli orari stabiliti da
Valorexpo srl: le relative indicazioni verranno poste a
conoscenza di espositori e visitatori con i mezzi che
Valorexpo srl riterrà più idonei allo scopo.
Giorni ed orari di apertura potranno comunque essere
modificati in qualsiasi momento, previa semplice
comunicazione, anche a mezzo impianti amplifonici,
effettuata all'interno della Struttura Espositiva od ai suoi
accessi.
L'accesso alla Struttura Espositiva sarà consentito solo alle
persone legittimamente munite del regolare documento di
ingresso, documento che dovrà essere conservato durante
tutto il periodo di permanenza nella Fiera e che dovrà essere
esibito ad ogni richiesta del personale di servizio.
2) OBBLIGHI E PRESCRIZIONI
È fatto obbligo a quanti accedano alla Fiera di mantenere un
contegno civile nel rispetto dei beni e delle attrezzature
presenti negli spazi espositivi che dei terzi presenti
all'interno della Struttura Espositiva e di osservare
prontamente e scrupolosamente le prescrizioni e le
disposizioni impartite da Valorexpo srl all'entrata ed
all'interno della Struttura Espositiva con apposita
segnaletica, con avvisi scritti, con comunicati diffusi
attraverso l'impianto amplifonico, nonché attraverso il
personale di servizio e con qualsiasi altro mezzo, con la
precisazione che i comunicati amplifonici e le disposizioni
impartite dal personale di servizio prevalgono sugli altri
avvisi.

activity not directly related to the objectives and aims of the fair
in progress. No dogs or any other sort of animals may be
brought into the Exhibition Centre except for dogs used
specifically to assist disabled. It is forbidden to organise and to
participate in gambling and games of skill. It is also forbidden
to use rollers, skating, scooters, bikes, motorbikes, except for
Valorexpo srl staff. It is strictly against the rules to bring any
sort of still photo or moving-picture camera video recording
equipment or any other sort of filming devices without prior
authorization from the Fair Providing Organization and it is
also against the rules to take photographs or do any sort of
filming of the Fair Center, the stands and the goods being
exhibited without prior permission from the Fair Providing
Organization and the owner of the stand(s) in question. The
Fair Providing Organization reserves the right to prohibit
people from carrying bags, luggage and other containers into
the fair center or the individual pavilions, requiring said and
similar items to be checked into special wardrobe facilities.
Offenders will be expelled from the fair by the service
personnel.
4) ACCESS WITH VEHICLES
Access will be granted, on the appropriate routes, solely to
vehicles displaying the proper authorization and the people
riding in them, only if they are in possession of the required
entry passes and only during the established periods. Parking
inside the Exhibition Centre will be permitted only in the
designated parking spaces upon display of the relevant entry
document.
Parking is not allowed in the Exhibition Centre after closing
hours. Specifically, it is forbidden to unload and park
containers or detachable parts of non self-propelled vehicles.
In the event of failure to comply with these provisions, vehicle
may be towed away by Valorexpo srl at owner's expense and
risk. Owners and exhibitors will be considered jointly and
severally liable to the related costs.
Valorexpo srl is hereby released from all responsibility
regarding the attendance of vehicles and shall not be held
liable for damage or theft of any kind.
5) THE RIGHT TO AMEND AND WAIVE
The Fair Providing Organization has the right to add to,
change or revoke these rulings, as well as the right to
depart from them and make exceptions. It shall
communicate such intentions in the manner it deems most
appropriate.
6)SANCTIONS
Noncompliance with the rules and regulations set forth in
this document could lead to confiscation of the violator's

I contravventori potranno essere allontanati dallaFiera
ad opera del personale di servizio.
4) ACCESSO CON VEICOLI
L'accesso sarà consentito, attraverso i passi carrai abilitati,
esclusivamente ai veicoli muniti di apposita autorizzazione
ed alle persone che si trovino sugli stessi, purché munite del
documento di ingresso. La sosta dei veicoli all'interno della
Struttura Espositiva sarà consentita soltanto negli appositi
spazi (con esposizione del documento d'accesso sul veicolo)
e non oltre l'orario di chiusura della Fiera.
In particolare non sono consentiti lo scarico e la sosta di
contenitori o parti staccabili di veicoli non semoventi. In caso
di inosservanza delle predette disposizioni Valorexpo srl
potrà far trasportare il veicolo fuori a rischio e spese
dell'Espositore al quale è stato rilasciato il contrassegno e
del proprietario del veicolo, il quale rimarrà responsabile in
solido con l'espositore per le relative spese.
Valorexpo srl è esonerata da ogni responsabilità di custodia
del veicolo, e non sarà responsabile per danni e furti di ogni
genere.
5) FACOLTÀ' Dl INTEGRAZIONI E Dl DEROGHE
Valorexpo srl ha la facoltà di integrare, modificare ed
annullare le presenti disposizioni e di derogare alle stesse,
dandone comunicazione nei modi ritenuti più idonei.
6) SANZIONI
L'inosservanza degli obblighi stabiliti nel presente
regolamento potrà comportare il ritiro dei documenti
d'ingresso e l'immediato allontanamento dalla Struttura
Espositiva delle persone responsabili, nonché se trattasi di
espositori o loro collaboratori la chiusura temporanea o
definitiva dello stand.
