A modular home, similar to any site built home, is built to the National Building Code and
applicable local building codes, and as such can be placed in most residential developments.
Your Grandeur Home includes superior construction materials and is built with the latest
innovative building techniques. Each Grandeur Home can be customized to suit your personal
needs and desires for a home.
Each home is built inside our controlled environment where weather conditions, material
loss, and cost overruns will not affect the building of your home. Upon completion, the
modular home sections are ready to be delivered to the site where they are then placed on a
foundation and completed by a professional set-up crew (This is a service available through
Grandeur).
