Clients Module:
This is mainly used for managing customer contacts. It captures the customer details when he/she
first comes to the Salon. It is presented in user-friendly, easy-to-explore screens. It has a capability
of capturing even the customer’s image and zooming the image for easier visibility.

Transactions Module:
This module captures customer transactions from the time he/she first joins the Salon. This
therefore keeps a track record of a customer as far as the salon is concerned. It has a POS
terminal module, which captures the various transactions by a customer, including payments, and
even receipts printing. The POS transaction module is very flexible and the cashier can even
capture discounts on various products by the salon, set reminders and even more

SMS Management Module
This is a state-of-art module for managing SMSes. From this module, a cashier can use the
computer to send SMS messages to various clients. It also tracks records of all the SMS messages
sent, including the reminders and Birthday alerts. The SMS Module allows automated sending of
Birthday alerts, Reminders and any other messages through SMS.

SMS Management and sending screen
Birthday tracking module
This is a marvelous and mystical module. It is invisible to the operator of the system, yet it
somehow remembers all your customers’ birthdays and even sends them Birthday wishes without
your notice. You can also set it to send Birthday wishes to prospective clients or even to your own
self. This occurs automatically when your birthdays becomes due.
Reminders module
This is integrated with the transactions’ and clients’ module. When a client does a transaction e.g.
Hair cut, the system will set an average grace period before he/she comes back for another Hairdo.
The reminders module automatically takes over this routine and shall remind the customer through
SMS when his/her hair is due. This also works with Birthday reminders and other services. You do
not have to think about your customers, the systems will do it for you better.
