General Terms and Conditions
• All rates are in U.S. Dollars
• Each trip has an allowable posted weight per
guest for on board luggage, tackle, food and
beverage. These weights are found in the 2012
Trip Planning Guide available from your trip
planner by mail, or on-line as a downloadable
PDF file.
•All guests and their on board items will be
weighed prior to boarding.
• A total sales tax of 13% is added to some items
for each trip. A rebate of 6.5% is available to nonCanadian residents, and Wilderness North will
prepare and file the rebate application for these
guests. The refund is processed and mailed from the Canada Revenue Agency.
Wilderness North has NO obligation for timeliness in the processing of this
application.

• Flight schedules are subject to adjustments or delays due to weather
conditions.
• All bookings for Outpost and Multi Cabin Adventures require a $300 deposit at
time of booking.
• All bookings for American Plan Lodge Adventures require a $500 deposit at
time of booking.
• Guests are responsible for all damages or loss of equipment, and may
purchase a protection plan for $5 per day per person to limit their exposure to
$250 per incident. All members of the party must opt in or out of this plan.
