The Fall/Winter 2012 Troy-Bilt® Unit
& Accessory Price Lists supersede all
previous price lists.
Only Troy-Bilt® units bearing a serial number
Although every effort will be made to notify
Troy-Bilt® Dealers in advance, we reserve the
right to change prices, descriptions and/or
specifications without notice.

TROY-BILT® FREIGHT POLICY
Freight will be prepaid on orders
adding up to 80 points or more of
Troy-Bilt® units in the same shipment.
Consult the Dealer Price list for point values for
each model.
The full freight amount will be added to the
invoice on any shipment that is not billed
through GE Floor Plan. Dealers paying according
to terms may deduct the freight amount on
orders of 80 points or more of Troy-Bilt® units in
the same shipment.
Dealers will be invoiced separately for freight on
shipments billed through GE Floor Plan totaling
less than 80 points in units.
Freight is not deductible for shipments of less
than 80 points, for late payments or past due
accounts.
Normal Dealer Pricing Applies To Dealers Not
Placing A Preseason Order.
Factory drop shipments are not eligible for
freight deductions.
TROY-BILT® GOLD DEALER
Freight deductions are not allowed when paying
by credit card.
Place a minimum order of $12,000 of Troy-Bilt®
equipment, from at least three categories, to
qualify as a Gold Level Troy-Bilt Dealer and be
qualified to participate in the factory-sponsored
Troy-Bilt Retail Financing plans for consumers.
