Cosa? Attività ricreative e formative per famiglie, adulti, giovani e bambini
Il progetto avrà luogo presso l'organizzazione Rodinné centrum Kamarád – Nenuda,
un'organizzazione non-profit che dal 2012 ospita volontari Europei.
Il centro famiglia è stato istituito nel 2007 e nella sua mission troviamo:
- la promozione e la tutela della famiglia con bambini
- convivenza multi-generazionale
- la prevenzione di fenomeni socialmente patologici
- la promozione e la protezione dei giovani
- contribuire alla formazione permanente
È un luogo dove gli adulti, i bambini e i giovani possono trascorrere il loro tempo libero in un
modo che trovano arricchente. Qui si organizzano discussioni, seminari e conferenze per i
genitori con bambini piccoli, per adulti e per giovani.
Varie attività proposte:
- esercizi di allenamento (zumba, qi-gong,
callanetics, pilates, poweryoga, esercizi di
riabilitazione, equilibrio tappetino esercita
bosu, danza e preparazione
musicale dei
bambini piccoli, ecc)
- eventi culturali (dibattiti su arte, sostegno di
tradizioni e mestieri)
- corsi di disegno (graffiti, paiting con cera calda
…)
- corsi di formazione (genitorialità efficace, la
preparazione pre-scuola, stile di vita sano,
l'alfabetizzazione finanziaria, ecc);
- Doposcuola Club - per bambini e giovani
(drumming sciamanico, giochi da tavolo, giochi
gratuiti, ecc)
- Scuola materna - i bambini lavorano in una
classe, a partire dall'età di 2-3 con il loro
insegnante.
Durante l'anno si organizzano in alcuni weekend: giochi, mostre, sport o attività creative
manuali, pomeriggi per i bambini e i loro genitori.
Fra i vari compiti del Volontario in associazione
troviamo:
- Aiutare con le attività del tempo libero
- Aiutare i bambini alla scuola materna
- Partecipare alle attività dei fine settimana
- Supportare le sessioni di informazione sul
Servizio di Volontariato Europeo
- Collaborare nell'organizzazione di vari workshop
Durante le prime due settimane di settembre i
volontari saranno coinvolti in un periodo di
“ambientamento” culturale, di modo da
rendere più semplice l'integrazione nella
comunità locale e nei progetti. Prima di
arrivare
riceveranno un "pacchetto di
benvenuto" contenente tutti i documenti e le
informazioni per avere una conoscenza di base
sulla città di Zlín.
Il Volontario sarà affiancato da un Tutor e da un Mentore che lo aiuteranno nell'orientamente e
nll'integrazione in associazione, nella comunità locale e nella città.
È prevista la partecipazione agli incontri di formazione organizzati dall'Agenzia nazionale, cui
partecipano tutti i volontari della repubblica ceca.
Il volontario dovrà frequentare un corso di lingua ceca. Le lezioni saranno combinati con le
altre attività quotidiane del centro.
Ore e giorni liberi di lavoro:
I volontari lavoreranno circa 30 ore a settimana, dal Lunedi al Venerdì, ma è anche possibile che
alcune attività si svolgano durante il fine settimana. Avranno due giorni liberi al mese (20 in
totale), da concordare con i responsabili (durante il periodo di Natale i centri sono chiusi, per
cui co saranno vacanze obbligatorie).
Vitto, alloggio e Pocket Money:
All'inizio di ogni mese riceveranno un contributo per il vitto che potranno autogestirsi.
La sistemazione sarà in una stanza singola in una casa dello studente.
I volontari riceveranno ogni mese un pocket money di 95 euro.
Trasporto locale:
I volontari avranno lun abbonamento mensile valido per i mezzi pubblici di Zlín.

The project mainly consists of developing tasks in an association of Rodinné centrum Kamarád –
Nenuda o.s.
The Organization Rodinné centrum Kamarád – Nenuda o.s. is a non-profit organization.
The Kamarád-Nenuda family center was set up in 2007 as a place for parents with small children,
children and young people. The center offers a number of activities for adults with the option of
having their children looked after for the entire duration of the activity. We offer various activities
for children and youth (teenagers) as well.
Mission:
promotion and protection of the family with children
multi-generational cohabitation
prevention of socially pathological phenomena
promotion and protection of young people
offer a variety of ways for adults, children and young people to spend their spare time in a way
they find enriching; contribute to life-long education via discussions, seminars and lectures
Target groups: age 0 - 50+
depends on activity, mainly women, but we try hard to get involved more men

Activities:
workout exercises (zumba, qi-gong, callanetics, pilates, poweryoga, rehabilitation exercises,
balance mat exercises bosu, dance und musical preparation of small children, etc.)
cultural events (discussions about art, support of traditions and crafts)
drawing classes (graffiti, paiting with hot wax = encaustic painting etc.),
educational classes (effective parenting, pre-school preparation, healthy lifestyle, financial literacy
etc.),
after school club - for children and youth (shamanic drumming, board games, free games etc.)
nursery school - the children work in one class, from the age of two to three with their teacher.
During the year we organize at the weekeneds some plays, exhibitions, sports or hand made
activities, afternoons for children and their parents. To the other activities belong eg. Family
afternoon with shamanic drumming, graffiti, cooking etc.)
Your activities:
Your activities will be divided into more parts: you colaborate with
children in Nursery school, or After school club, or one day activities.
Tasks in association:

Helping with the leisure time activities
 Helping with the children in nursery school
 Participating in weekend activities
 Support the information sessions about EVS
 Organising coversation workshops
But they will also have the opportunity to make their own suggestions and propose new idea.
The adaptation period
During the first two weeks of September the volunteers will be involved in a cultural adaptation,
time supposed to make their arrival and integration in the local community and their tasks in the
projects easier. Before arriving they will get a “Welcome Pack” containing all the documents and
information to have a basic knowledge about Zlín, in order to make the first time in Zlín easier
and helping them to get used to the city.
The Volunteer get a mentor, who helps him with the Orientation in Zlín and with the Integrations.
After this adaptation period, begins the activity
First of all, they will have an On-Arrival Training from youth – agency, where all volunteers from
the Czech republic meet and get the basic facts of being a European volunteer. They will continue
with Czech lessons, what we intend to be intensive in the beginning and not so intensive when
they know a bit more of the language. The Czech lessons will be combined with the other daily
activities of the center.
Working hours and free days:
The volunteers will work about 30 hours a week, from Monday to Friday but it’s also possible that
some activities take place during the weekend. If this happens they will have additional free days.
They will have 2 free days each month (20 in total), and it has to be arranged between
organizations and volunteers when they will enjoy this free days, but sometimes like in Christmas
and in the holy week they will have obligatory holidays from within the 20 days, because the
centres are closed.
Food and accommodation:
They will get food money at the beginning of each month and they can organize themselves as
they want.
The accommodation will be in a single room in a student house.
Local transport:
The volunteers will get the monthly transport card, which allows taking every public transport in
Zlín.
Pocket money:
The volunteers will receive each month pocket money. In the Czech Republik it is 95 EUR in Month.
