1. JOHNNY MILLER USED AND AUTOGRAPHED 3 WOOD – Player used and autographed personal “Big
Bertha Hawkeye 3 – Wood” with a Callaway (strong) shaft, and Big bertha grip, the shaft is longer than
the usual 3 – wood, and Mr. Miller has autographed the head in Silver sharpie pen. The club comes with
a letter of authenticity from “The 2003 Forsgate Foundation Charity Golf Classic” in Forsgate NJ, The
club is in excellent condition. Note: Mr Miller won both the 1973 US Open & 1976 British Open.

MD. We have documentation (Letters written and signed by Mr. Venturi ) stating that this Ben Hogan,
speed slot 3 – wood was also used by BEN HOGAN prior to 1960 when he gave the club to Mr. Venturi.
Mr. Venturi also used this club to win (5) Tournaments including his only Major “The 1964 US Open @
Congressional C.C.” a historic and unique club that was actually used in tournament play by two major
tournament winners The last Ben Hogan used club we sold last year (2011), sold for over $9,000 !!!!!!

7. Brown’s Patent Water Iron – By Winton of Montrose, circa early 1900’s the pierced face
has (5)slotted holes, (2) are located on the heel and (3) are on the toe of the face. There are
no visible stampings on either the back of the head or shaft, with an early re-shaft and period
suede grip, the unusual patent club is very rare and seldom seen, in good condition …….…….

12. NO NAME (Unusual) – Early 1900’s Croquet – Style putter from the Jeff Ellis Collection.
This Club is pictured in Mr. Ellis’ book “The Club Maker’s Art on page #210. This putter has a
slight variation in its otherwise straight forward croquet style design; The underside of its
heel is gently rounded so that the club can be user right handed if desired. This feature
allowed the golfer to address the ball in standard fashion on long putts and croquet style on
short putts, this club is well made and has a long lead backweight inlaid in the head. The sole
is inlaid with a horn slip along the leading edge, and is covered with a brass soleplate. The

95. A 16x16 sepia tone photograph of Gene Sarazen, Bobby Jones, and Tommy Armour @ the
1929 US Open Winged Foot GC, double matted with early autographs from each and engraved
brass plate. Mr. Jones won the 1929 US Open, Mr. Sarazen was 3 rd and Mr. Armour finished 5th.
This piece is 29” tall x 21” wide and is double matted. Price @ $4,250

96. A 16x20 black and white photograph of Gene Sarazen, Bobby Jones, Walter Hagen and
Tommy Armour @ the 1935 Masters that was won by Gene Sarazen. This victory by Mr. Sarazen
was done in dramatic fashion when he holed his 2nd shot on the par 5, 15th hole for a double
eagle which put him in a tie with Craig Wood. Mr. Sarazen then went on to victory in the 36
hole play-off (144 to 149). The victory also completed the professional grand slam for Mr.
Sarazen who was the 1st of only 5 people to complete such a feat. This piece is framed with
early fountain pen autographs from each golfing legend.
The piece is 26” tall x 28” wide and
