SCFLF’s mission is to support individuals and
families going through the heart transplant
process at the U of MN-Medical Center Fairview
and U of MN-Masonic Children’s Hospital.
SCFLF sponsors a weekly support group and
three member events each year: an Educational
Seminar, Golf Event Fundraiser and a Christmas
Event Toy/Gift Drive.
For patients in need, SCFLF offers financial help
for prescription medicines, medical expenses,
housing and transportation.
SCFLF is an approved 501(c)3 nonprofit
foundation which makes your donation 100%
tax deductible. $43 of your registration fee is a
charitable contribution.
