Rain has merged with Crossborders, a New York-based digital content creation company. We couldn’t be more thrilled about this stellar
combination of software & interactive development capabilities, video production, digital branding and social media strategy. The newly
combined, 75-person agency will operate under Rain’s company name and the two offices will now be known as Rain UT and Rain NY.
Crossborders will remain as the documentary film and television segment of the company and continue to produce great feature-length films.

Crossborders and Rain already have a recent history of close collaboration that has produced outstanding results. Of particular note,
Crossborders partnered with Rain to launch the critically and commercially acclaimed mobile game, The Adventures of Timmy: Run Kitty
Run, in October, 2011. Timmy has been downloaded more than 500,000 times worldwide. The game was the recipient of the 2012 Webby
Award for “People’s Voice in Handheld Games” and a Mobile Favourite Website Award (FWA). Additionally, Timmy was nominated for a
Mashable Award as “Best Mobile App of The Year”. The game has also been marketed by DoSomething.org as a component of its Stand Up
To Bullying campaign.

Crossborders (now RAIN) is the agency of record for the Walmart Public Affairs department. We assist the world's largest retailer with
digital initiatives to help people understand the value of opening new Walmart stores in many urban markets. Our team’s work has helped
inform consumers about Walmart’s myriad of activities, from details of store openings to Walmart’s various charitable donations.
Our work engages communities at multiple Walmart distribution touch-points. We built and manage over 35 community action network
websites, including WalmartNYC.com and WalmartLosAngeles.com. Additionally, we created a Facebook page that promotes dialogue,
helping the residents of the five boroughs of New York City discuss the value of having Walmart in their communities.
Facebook.com/WalmartNYC currently has more than 60,000 fans and features a passionate and productive conversation on a daily basis.
