Airfield. Taxis are available but booking is advised. Parking exists for 20 cars.

basis of contract
This Contract is made for the purpose of a holiday and is not intended to create the relationship
of landlord and tenant between us.
payment
A 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
You can pay by cheque, BACS or credit card (2% charge if paying by card).
cautionary deposit (damage or breakages)
Cautionary deposit is set at £1,000. Your credit card details are taken approx 10 days before
the start of your stay, no money leaves your account. Any damages or extra cleaning charges
incurred will only be taken after discussion with yourselves. If Cautionary Deposit is paid by
cheque or bacs we will refund within 5 working days.
cancellation
If you cancel your holiday please let us know by email or in writing to Upper House, Lyonshall,
Kington HR5 3JN.We will endeavor to re let the property, but if we cannot, we reserve the right
to withhold all or part of your deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out Cancellation
Insurance.
period of hire
Period of hire begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure.
fireworks
No fireworks are allowed on the property due to the presence and safety of farm animals.
noise policy
We request that loud music is kept within the properties after 10 pm.
pets
Pets are welcome by arrangement and with a £50 charge per animal. Any damage caused by pets
will be taken from the cautionary deposit. Upper House is a working farm with livestock – please
keep dogs under control around animals.
no smoking policy
All the properties are entirely non-smoking inside the barns.
