Auction Guidelines
Your bidder number can be found on the back cover of this program. This is
the number that you will use to bid on or purchase items in the silent auction,
the live auction and Fund an Angel.
At the conclusion of the Live Auction or at the end of evening, return to the
registration area to receive a tally sheet listing your winning bids and the total
of these purchases. Then proceed to check-out to present the tally sheet for
payment. We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or
Discover).
Silent Auction
Each item in the silent auction has a bid sheet. To bid on an item, enter your
bid number and the amount of your bid on the bid sheet. Bids must be in
whole dollars, must exceed the previous bid, and must follow the increments
listed at the top of the bid sheet. You may bid more than once on an item.
The silent auction will end promptly at 7:30 p.m. No bids will be accepted
after that time. An alphabetical list of winning bidders will be delivered to
your table shortly after the silent auction ends.
Live Auction
To bid, raise the back cover of your program so that your bidder number is
visible to the auctioneer. The auctioneer will recognize all bids. The live
auction will continue until all items have been auctioned off.
Please make payment in full before leaving the event. All sales are final. We
are unable to make exchanges or refunds.
All unclaimed auction items will be at located at Booth N901 inside the North
Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center on Thursday for pick -up upon
payment.
