1.“Musings of a Golf Widow” by Tania Doucet
24” x 24” acrylic on Canvas, 2011
Tania Doucet is a contemporary Canadian artist
living in beautiful Prince Edward Island. Since
moving to PEI in 2008, she has dedicated a portion
of her time to painting island landscapes and
cityscapes, but from a different approach. In
particular, she focuses mostly on night scenes,
adding slightly surreal elements to bring a touch of
whimsy to her portrayals. Her works can be found
at the GG Gallery on Victoria Row.

A beautiful Stained Glass work by Ontario artist,
Kara Derksen whose works are featured in
galleries located across Canada. Throughout
Kara’s life she has produced art in many mediums,
but found a love and business adventure in the
medium of glass. Donated by from The Showcase
Gift Shop located in the lobby of the
Confederation Centre of the Arts.
