COMPANY
ViFlow Finland is part of the ViFlow Group. ViFlow
designs, engineers, produces and markets highly
efficient and custom designed heat exchangers,
pressure vessels, containers and reactors. Our
manufacturing companies RAMAB and Örnalp
Unozon are located in Sweden, we are responsible
for the sales in Finland. ViFlow´s main owner is
Vinovo, a Swedish investment company focusing
on development of small and medium-sized
enterprises. At the moment Vinovo owns six
companies, four of them in Sweden and two in
Finland (Ferral Oy and ViFlow Finland Oy). ViFlow
has the ambition to expand it´s activities to all
Nordic countries.

ViFlow is Sweden´s largest producer of shell and
tube heat exchangers.
Our factory area is more than 10000 m2. We have
manufactured equipment with diameter up to 6
meters and length up to 33 meters. Because of our
four manufacturing facilities we can carry out even
very large projects without bottlenecks in capacity.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
ViFlow Finland is responsible for selling tube and
shell heat exchangers, reactors, tanks and other
pressure vessels made by the two swedish ViFlow
companies on the finish market.
To be able to serve our customers in all questions
concerning heat exchanging we complet our
product range with high quality plate heat
exchangers made by well-known and innovative
european producers.

customer and choose the most suitable
equipment for each application.

If desired, we take care of the delivery and also
train in deployment of the new equipment.

We supply the orded equipment according
to an agreed time schedule.
In co-operation with the customer we take care of
the whole project from the beginning to the end.
We also provide after-sales service for the products
if needed.
Over the past seven years we have not had any
late deliveries. Many of our customers keep
coming back to us whenever new equipment is
needed. This is the way we want to continue in
Finland, too.Our sales office is located in Helsinki.

our Finnish customers the whole world.

best possible solution for each heat-transfer task.

customers own construction drawings.

SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Shell and tube heat exchangers withstand high
pressure and high temperatures and are therefore
suitable for many applications.
ViFlow companies RAMAB and Örnalp Unozon
have long history and practical experience on
various equipment requirements. We know how to
dimension our devices correctly. We use a number
of design programs, eg. Aspentech HTFS TASC.
We manufacture our shell and tube exchangers and
other pressure vessels of all commonly used
materials. Corrosion-resistant materials such as
titanium, aluminum, stainless steel and Hastelloy
are our specialty.
PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Plate heat exchangers have been produced already
for more than 80 years and they have proven to be
suitable for many applications.
The unique feature of plate heat exchangers is their
versality. When the application changes, the plate
heat exchanger can be adapted for the new task
either by removing plates or adding new plates.
This is possible for the models with gaskets
between the plates or pairs of plates.
With the expanding use for new applications the
range of partly or totally welded plate heat
exchangers is steadily growing. One of the latest
innovations on the market is the fully laser welded
heat exchanger in Plate and Shell design. The
gasket-free design allows it to be used also for
aggressive media. ViFlow sells this product with an
exclusive contract in all scandinavian countries.

REACTORS AND TANKS
Beside tube and shell heat exchangers ViFlow´s
companys RAMAB and Örnalp Unozon design and
manufacture also other pressure vessels like
reactors and tanks. We calculate and design the
products invidually for each customer or use the
customers own contruction drawings.
We are known for taking care of demanding tasks.
One of our specializations is manufacturing
of products using materials that are demanding to
work with. Examples of such materials are
aluminium, titanium, carbon and stainless steel,
nickel nd Hastelloy. We are also especially focused
on manufacturing heat exchangers in two materials,
for example with titanium on the tube side and
carbon steel on the shell side or use compound
materials.

MAINTENANCE AND SPARE PARTS
ViFlow Finland helps the customers with the
maintenance and spare parts of all the products
that we sell. Our service does not end with the
delivery of the product.
Our delivery includes operating and service
instructions which allow the customer or the
customer´s own service company to do the routine
service operations. If needed, we will be happy to
help.
The product range goes from small heat
exchangers up to huge tanks and reactors.
Our four workshops have enough space and lifting
capasity to manage even very big projects without
restrictions.
QUALITY
We comply with the last pressure vessel standards
such as EN 13445 (PED), ASME VIII, BS 5500, AD
Merkblatt and Chinese pressure vessel certificate.
We also make annual maintenance contracts to
ensure a long term life for every piece of equipment
which we deliver. The annual contract also ensures
the availability of spare parts. A spare parts bank
quarantees a prompt delivery without long waiting
times.
The gaskets of a plate heat exchanger have to be
renewed from time to time. If the task is critical or
when the aggressivity of the media requiers the
gaskets to be changed more often than normal, we
recommend a replacement gasket kit and possibly
also the acquisition of replacement disks.

Our products are suitable for a wide operation
range.
ViFlow is specialized in paper- and pulp industry,
energy, metal- and chemical industry. We also have
references in HVAC, district heating, water and
wastewater, environmental technologies and
renewable technology applications.
For industrial applications our products are tailor
made for each customer. For other applications we
can offer a large range of equipment made in serial
production.
