Intergenerational Food for Thought
- SDCI, Strathroy Clients and high school students from the hospitality program at Strathroy District
Collegiate Institute work along side each other to prepare, cook and enjoy a meal together.
This program is a great way for dementia clients to socially engage and feel enlivened by
their contact with a younger generation. There is a nominal cost of $4/person per session.
Food for Thought is offered in partnership with Strathroy District Collegiate Institute.
Sessions take place in the school’s Saints Kitchen, Room NE 113, at
361 Second Street (see map on Time and Location sheet).
