Redeeming the Gift Card in advance of providing a service will ensure that you
avoid any redemption difficulties. SpaWish cannot issue payment for invalid cards,
should you not follow the new redemption policy. eGift Cards will most likely be
printed on 8.5” X 11” paper, but the size and color may vary according to the printer
or paper used. The eGift Card may also be printed in black and white or feature

Retain copies of redeemed Gift Cards for your records for at least six months.
You may accept all forms of SpaWish cards and certificates for accommodations,
services, and products. If the full balance is not completely used, issue your

deducted from your payable total.
