Overview
The Givex Module for Magento Enterprise is a seamless integration between Givex
and your Magento eCommerce store. The included Givex features are balance
check, gift card redemption and cancellation of redemption. It disables the
functionality of Magento's native gift card to avoid gift card code authentication
conflicts

Note that this module is only available for Magento EE

Balance checks
Order has to be refunded in full and within 24/48hr after the order place
time; otherwise the refund has to be issued outside of Magento

Installation
The Demac Media Givex Integration for Magento Enterprise is available now on the
Demac Media Product Page, and can be installed directly from the Magento
backend, no FTP’s necessary! It’s completely automatic.
All individual modules will be bundled into the main install with the option to enable
or disable as required. The install of this extension (via FTP) is the same as the
majority of modules that are available on Magento Connect.
For the particular package Givex_2014_Feb.zip you will need to:
1. Extract the files inside the Givex_2014_Feb/ directory in your Magento root.
This can be done with an FTP program such as FileZilla.
2. Flush your Magento cache under System > Cache Management > Flush Cache
Magento Cache.
3. Re-login to the Magento administrative backend.

Configuration
The following steps will walk you through the configuration process in the Magento
Admin:
1. Go to System configuration
2. Click into Demac Givex Integration
3. Change the SOAP URL to live SOAP URL (Default to Development Soap URL)
4. Enter your account information
5. Save the configuration

Testing Procedure
The following list is a basic procedure for testing before releasing to end customers:
1. Add some items to your cart
2. Go to cart page
3. Enter your Givex card number
4. Test check balance function. (Required check balance permission from
Givex)
5. Test add giftcard function. (Requires redemption permission from Givex)
6. Perform a regular checkout.
7. Test cancel order function in Magento backend. (Requires cancellation
permission from givex)
