Project activities a) Evaluation 2nd partner meeting in Guestrow External origin Internal origin Helpful to achieving the objective Harmful to achieving the objective Strenghts: Sufficient information was given before the meeting to prepare the journey. The agenda and organization of the meeting were good. All partners were well prepared and brought a lot new information into the project. Weaknesses: In general there was nothing harmful in the meeting organization to achieve the project´s objectives. Opportunities: The meeting environment was very pleasant and the partners enjoyed a very friendly working atmosphere. Cultural exchange was appreciated. Threats: In general there was nothing harmful in the meeting environment to achieve the project´s objectives. Suggestions for improvements: • name badges for each participant • always listening carefully to each other during the presentations • stick to the agenda • work in mixed groups • time limit for presentations • more visits of educational institutions and cultural sites Suggestions for improvements: • Internet access at the hotel is preferable • Sufficient English language knowledge is required. • The online contacts among the participants in between the meetings should be increased BilSE-Institute for education and research 1.
