PT Sanggar Sarana
Baja, on March 19,
to provide design
and fabrication
services for the
heavy equipment
market.

Site Service Division (SSBS) provide services
and technical improvements to the mining
companies at the customer site (on-site). By
providing on site repair services, customers do not have to send the product to be
repaired in Jakarta.
SSBS can genuinely “bring the workshop to
site” to help maintain and support Earth
Moving equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week and hence ensure minimal downtime
to maximize equipment availability.

OUR COMPETENCY
Excellent Welding method based on
the standardized procedure which
gives us the remarkable result of
quality. Using MIG (Metal Inert Gas)
wire feeder to have a fast result and
good quality at once.
SSB also undertakes works to on
site line bore and machining with
equipment including lathes, milling
machine, bore machine and radial
drill presses. Work such as tooling for
more effectively carrying out maintenance of equipment as well as general rebuilt & repair of machine parts
can be provided extremely quickly
with this work done on site.

ranging from basic maintenance to repair structural engineering for equipment used in mining activities
such as loaders, graders and dump trucks.
SSBS make improvements chassis, modified as
needed, reconditioning (refurbishment) and
upgrading mining equipment.

We have the capacity scalability to provide consistent service
in high-demand markets where it is often hard to find the
right skills and quality.
There are two main areas, which are

1. Technical services
Failure General Welding Work, SSB can undertake welding work at site Including :
• Assembly OHT dump body
• Crack removal and welding
• Structural
• Refurbishment/repair
Consist of structure failure analysis, repair
procedure, post repair testing, pre and post
testing procedures, dye penetrant, magnetic
particle as well as ultrasonic testing
2. Practical services
Consist of welding with TIG welding/GTAW
(Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded
metal arc welding), and MIG (Metal Inert Gas)
flux both gas metal arc welding and cored arc.

Chassis Refurbish
SSBS experienced on chassis refurbish of
heavy equipment, bringing back chassis into
new condition. SSB is supported by technical
proper procedure and technical support team.
We delivered good quality with competitive
price which is more economical compared to
the new chassis price. At one site alone SSB
has finished a B to C frame upgrade program
and refurbished over 60 CAT 793 Chassis
within two years. The results have been excellent with considerable cost savings to the
customer, thus eliminating the purchase of
new chassis.
Truck Body
Repair and Refurbish
We also specialize in Body repair and refurbishment of heavy equipment by restoring
bodies life beyond customers expectations.
We have finished a total 114 bodies CAT 785
and CAT 789 within 2 years. The results have
been excellent and for only a fraction of the
price for a new body. The economical results
for the customer have been huge.
Reinforcing Plate
and Liner Package
Our liner plate design will support you to
achieve best performance on your production
by reducing any hang up and carry back. As
we know that hang up or carry back are unexpecting load keeping stay at your machine
which will reduce significantly of your ma-
chine performance and will give bad impact
to your final production. With our special
material installed, we offering you a solution
to eliminate them. For ordinary liner, we offering you a liner plate material with the most
efficient in production cost .
