ith over 35 selections we have assembled the most extensive
tequila collection on Maui's North Shore. These tequilas represent
a wide variety of distillers as well as offering each type of tequila:
Tequila Blanco Tequila Reposado
Tequila Anejo
Tequila Extra Anejo
Tequila Blanco: Also known as “Plata” or “Silver”: A clear,
unaged tequila, accents agave in its natural state. This tequila is
usually bottled immediately after the distillation process.
Tequila Reposado: Also known as “Rested”: This tequila
has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two months but never
more than a year. This aging mellows the tequila and imparts flavors
of the oak.
Tequila Anejo: Also known as “Aged”: This tequila has been
aged for a minimum of one year in oak barrels but never more
than three years. This aging period produces a smooth tequila with
pronounced flavors.
Tequila Extra Anejo - Extra Aged: The newest
tequila category, established in 2006. This tequila has been aged
a minimum of three years with no maximum age requirement.
Our collection of Extra Anejo Tequilas is always changing due to
very limited availability.
We offer a wide variety of Margaritas. Any of our specialty
tequila choices are available for a Margarita, however we
recommend Tequila Blanco or Tequila Reposado for Margaritas.
The Tequila Anejo and Extra Anejo in our collection are
“sipping tequilas” and are served in a snifter.
The diversity in Tequila Distillers and their techniques becomes
apparent with one of our Tequila Flights. These flights are a
wonderful way to introduce yourself to Tequila. We have assembled
several distinct sampler flights including our “staff favorite”.
