This Certified Professional Program is designed to be self-contained through face-to-face interaction
workshops and assessed through work-based assignments/project & integrated examination. The
participants will acquire and share knowledge in a highly interactive arena and will be given every
opportunity to test, apply, and share their skills within a controlled and supportive training environment.
This methodology will assist in developing confidence and courage necessary in all team leaders. It
includes a rich mixture of balanced blended learning i.e. discussions, individual exercises, lecturers, role
play, quizzes, video learning, e-learning and group work to give participants the best opportunities for
learning not just what to do – but how to apply at your workplace our action learning methodology at its
best!
Deliverables
Participants will attend face to face workshops, coaching for project work, ‘case’ study, tutorials,
complete assignments, and attend a 3-hour examination within the six month programme. The six-month
programme will include support for directed online E-Learning with renowned US Universities to
supplement and enhance their knowledge on the core subjects.
Project work can be individual or team assignments and will be tailor-made to address specific
organisational needs. Tailor-made Assignments will provide invaluable corporate payoffs to accelerate
