LIGHTING & SOUND SYSTEM
Celebrations features a state-of-the-art intelligent lighting system including moving head fixtures,
scanners, gobo projectors, and colored LED room washes. Facility-wide distributed sound system with
front-of-house PA suits a range of applications from subtle background music to live entertainment with
our DJ or your favorite band. The facility features (10) plasma displays that can show a custom video or
photo montage created for your event, or broadcast live video from in-house cameras. A raised stage is
available to your guests for interactive dancing.
Lighting (included)
• Pre-programmed intelligent lighting system with moving
heads and scanners – the perfect compliment to your evening
of dancing and live entertainment
• Colored LED wall and room washes provide a custom look to
your event; select from (6) designer color combinations
• (4) mood-lit lounges for a more intimate gathering
Audio/Visual (included)
• Our in-house audio system is available for background music
during your event, as well as for use with live entertainment
(DJ, band)
• Front-of-house PA, with 24-channel mixer and outboard
effects
• (10) 58” plasma displays throughout the facility provides
video playback of your choice; bring us your home movies or
slideshow on a DVD
• A podium, wireless microphone and/or lapel mic is provided
DJ Services/Live Entertainment
• Our house DJ can be provided for your event for $1,500 (our
all-inclusive package). Music can be customized to your
wishes. Liability insurance is included
• You may bring your own DJ/band for your entertainment. A
$750 charge will apply for an on-site A/V technician the day
of the event to make sure everything goes smoothly
Optional Services
• Custom lighting and sound packages are available upon
request. An on-site technician will be required for the above
services
• Custom gobos can be made with your corporate logo or event
honoree. Prices range from $250 to $500 each, plus labor,
depending on color and quantity
• Broadcast video feed, webcasting services and wired/wireless
Internet connection available for a fee upon request
