Ministry Opportunities
Have you gotten “plugged in” at Living Word? We have several opportunities available that we would love for you to be a part. LWC is looking for
additional ushers, greeters, and individuals or couples to be a part of the
visitation team. If you are interested in any of these ministries or would like
additional information about them, please contact the church office.
Ministry Fair
LWC will host a Ministry Fair on Sunday Evening, April 24th, starting
at 6 pm in the Outreach Center. Ministry leaders are encouraged to
participate to promote and represent your ministry with handouts, information, and giveaways. Please see Pastor Brennan for more information.
Crisis Pregnancy Center
Crisis Pregnancy Center of Lincolnton will hold Open House TODAY, Apr. 10th from 35pm. If you have wanted to learn more about what CPC is about, this is a great opportunity
for you.
Girls’ Ministries
Girls’ Ministries will not meet this evening, Apr. 10th.
Camp DaySpring
Start making plans for 2016 Camp DaySpring
Senior High (Grades 9-12): June 15-19
Junior High (Grades 7-8): June 19-23
Primary (Grades 1-3): June 23-26
Junior (Grades 4-6): June 26-30
Registration forms are now available! See Pastors Brennan Travis, Kevin or Lisa high for
your form. Sign up early to qualify for the LWC camp scholarship. The scholarship
deadline is Sunday, April 17th. Don’t miss it!!
Prime Timers
The Prime Timers are planning a trip to Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner
Theater on Thursday, May 5th. They will be seeing the show “Peace
In The Valley”. Tickets cost $38. Please see Judi Ainsworth if you
would like to sign up for this trip.
Mother’s Day Bulletin
We are making preparations for the 2016 Mother's Day Bulletin.
Forms are now available at the front visitors desk and on the table at
the office entrance. Entries this year will be able to add a short message for your mother/grandmother. All proceeds from this project will go towards the Youth
Camp Scholarship Fund. Forms are due by Sunday, May 1st.

Pastors Kevin & Lisa are already making plans
for this year’s VBS. We hope you will mark
your calendars and make plans to join us. We
will have more information in the weeks to come.
In the meantime, we are collecting supplies to make this year’s VBS great! We are asking
for donations of empty paper towel rolls, toilet paper rolls, baby food jars (with lids) - preferably jars that are “food stage 2 & 3” size jars. Please see Pastors Kevin & Lisa for more
information and other supplies that may be needed. It’s gonna be great!!
Van Drivers Needed
