The ultimate way to treat yourself and relax, incorporating a whole day of treatments, refreshments and full use of our
Leisure facilities. Your day starts at around 10.15 with arrival tea and coffee, before you are invited to explore the extensive
leisure centre, with heated indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi available to get you suitably relaxed for the day ahead. If
energetic activity is your preferred method of unwinding, then our 50-station gym is the perfect tonic. At around 1pm, a
light yet hearty luncheon platter will be served in your private room (minimum of 6 guests – 1-course lunch in Terrace Bar
& Grill for groups less than 6), along with a complimentary glass of Prosecco; because you deserve it! Following lunch,
you can return to the leisure area to enjoy the rest of your afternoon. Your day also includes TWO pre-booked 60-minute
treatments to really give the day added indulgence, as well as complimentary refreshments prior to your departure.

Our Pamper Days take the same structure as our Indulgence Days and still offer a great way to relax and be treated like a million
dollars. ONE pre-booked 60-minute treatment is included and departure refreshments are not included, though can be added
